  1. Transfer Settlements - Finch Farm Institute Surveillance Station

A Transfer Settlements blueprint that answers the question on how a family of farmers can survive with The Forged, Gunners, and Super Mutants as neighbours. This build specifically makes use of the overpass going over the property to create a multi-level Institute fortress that observes the Commonwealth as their experiments carry on below.

    Details on this build:
Features an extensive greenhouse for high production. Supports all major stores that bring happiness. Mix of living and work spaces. Settlers can exist almost exclusively within the fortress without venturing down. Forward and aft turret batteries can engage Gunners and Super Mutants. Useful when the colony goes to war with either side due to the player getting too close to the property line and triggering an engagement. Thirty settlers armed with Institute weapons will clear out Revere Station in no time.
    Settlement Features

31 bunks. 150+ food. 900 defence. 420 power. 63 water. Tier 3 Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, and General Store. Dedicated gym area. Vault-Tec drink dispenser and slot machines. Working sinks and showers. Power mostly runs through conduits to minimise visible power lines. Settlers occasionally fall through the floors but can move throughout. Cat and dog included in the build. No visual glitches observed from this build.

    Setup

Clearing the area is relatively straightforward. Clear the area of clutter and trash, especially the large mound by the home. Feel free to tidy up the home itself, but nothing changes inside. The overall goal is to create the illusion that the Finches live below doing their thing while a community thrives above providing defence as necessary.

Clear up the overpass of clutter and vines. Those hanging below can stay since they are often a pain to scrap (see below). Be careful when working this area, it's easy to fall through.

For items that are hard or impossible to scrap do the following:
    Select the vines. Disable MarkForDelete
Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. If that happens Enable will recover the object.
Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous on the roof of the Finch home.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.
    Tasks After Import

Confirm all power has been restored.

    Notes on Imports

Transfer Settlements recommends leaving the area after import and to not return for 1-2 game days. However, I found that saving on site always crashes the game.

The easiest way to get away and save is to coc Vault111Ext from the console. Wait a couple of minutes before heading into the vault. Once you arrive at the bottom it is safe to save.

I recommend that you import/export Blueprints using Stable defaults. Using other methods has caused ladders, walls, and flooring to appear without collision. In many cases the collision effects are found elsewhere leading to interesting behaviours among the NPC population, and leading to a snap back effect as you push through an area and are forced back by the invisible wall.

Note. This blueprint was tested with Transfer Settlements working under Stable.
Lastly Import wired power connections should always be selected as part of the import process. It will reliably re-connect all wired connections. This saves you the trouble of linking up floors, turrets, and in some cases re-establish connections for hidden or buried runs.

    Notes on Power and Performance

These blueprints utilize ambient fill lighting to provide a pervasive glow. I use Naked Bulbs to create a lived-in atmosphere for statues, fountains, and roof voids.

    Warning for Dynamic Lighting Users

If you use mods that turn all lights into dynamic, shadow-casting sources, the sheer number of these bulbs will severely cripple your framerate. I strongly recommend using the Transfer Settlements Blueprint Editor to strip out all instances of 306F1 before importing.

    Optimization for Complex Builds:
Because of the heavy use of conduits to reduce visible power lines, these settlements have high object counts. To steps below may improve performance.
Enable Faux Power in the Workshop Framework's workbench settings. Use the Transfer Settlements Blueprint Editor to strip all conduits from the .json file.
This can reduce build complexity by up to 40% without losing the overall aesthetic of the settlement.

Note. I cannot guarantee the above will work.

  3. Transfer Settlements - Jamaica Plain Victory Garden and Home

A Transfer Settlements blueprint that aims to make Jamaica Plain usable while working within the confines of the space. While it would be nice to remove the damaged buildings and abandoned home to create a coherent design, it tends to cause visual glitches that ruin the experience.

    Details on this build:
Repaired the brick structure making both levels usable, and added an additional display area for clothing advertisements. Repaired the wall on the second level of the home linking to the second level of the brick building, the latter of which houses the medical facilities. Cleared out the parking area and turned it into a greenhouse. This permits high food production and supports turrets for additional security. The empty space between the liveable buildings and retaining walls now supports a three-storey brick structure. This addition supports shops, bunks, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Replaced the damaged roads and sidewalks surrounding the liveable buildings with cobblestone pieces.
Note. A third level was added to the brick building but it is purely decorative. There are no stairs leading to it and it is generally only accessible through jumping off the addition's roof.
    Settlement Features

18 bunks. 70+ food. 525+ defence. 180 power. 60 water. Tier 3 Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, and General Store. Vault-Tec drink dispenser and slot machines. Working sinks and showers. Power mostly runs through conduits to minimise visible power lines. Settlers appear able to move freely, with minimal difficulties observed. Cat, and dog included in the build. No visual glitches observed from this build.

    Setup

Clearing the area is relatively straightforward

Clear out all clutter, brush, and trash. Remove all walls within the brick structure except for the angled one. The rest will be replaced for consistency. Remove the damaged wall on the first and second level of the wooden home. Remove the sidewalks and roads in the area surrounding wooden home. Anything below the parking lot retaining walls should be scrapped. Beyond the retaining walls there's a large tree, remove it. In the parking area the retaining wall bends in. Remove those bends along with the associated concrete posts.

To remove the tree, do the following:

    Select the tree. Disable MarkForDelete
Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. If that happens Enable will recover the object.
Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous on the roof of the boarded up home.

  4. Transfer Settlements - Tenpines Bluff HalluciGen Experimental Crop Facility

A Transfer Settlements blueprint that completely re-imagines Tenpines Bluff as an experimental crops facility by HalluciGen. Most of the usable space fused into a single coherent structure of Homemaker brick walls with vanilla warehouse glass pieces.   Details on this build: Two floor structure (with a courtyard) that uses most of the build space for the settlement. First floor: Stores, bunks, bathrooms, laundromat, workshops, and medical facilities. Second floor: Gym and over one hundred greenhouse tables. Courtyard: Bar, singing settler, slot machines, and drink dispensers. Combination of brick walls and warehouse glass walls, creates an expansive space that still feels like you are outside. Entire second level, except for the gym, is enclosed in glass. Hidden radiators and wires are used to power some of the lights.   Settlement Features 31 bunks. 175+ food. 715+ defence. 300+ power. 60 water. Tier 3 Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, and General Store. Dedicated gym area. Vault-Tec drink dispenser and slot machines. Working sinks and showers. Power mostly runs through conduits to minimise visible power lines. Settlers appear able to move freely, with minimal difficulties observed. Cat, dog, and child included in the build. No visual glitches observed from this build.   Note. Warehouse glass pieces add a reflection component that can tank your framerate when you are on the second deck. Changes the glass textures to reduce glare and reflection.   Setup   Clearing the area is relatively straightforward. Remove flora, food, garbage, rubble, the destroyed home and shack.   You will be required to scrap some trees beyond the build area in addition to the unscrapable tree within. For these you will need to do the following. Select the tree. Disable MarkForDelete   Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. If that happens Enable will recover the object.   Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous in the corner where the food workshop was located.   Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.   Tasks After Import   Because you cleared all food prior to the blueprint import, you'll need to re-assign the settlers already there. Additionally, confirm all power has been restored.   Optional   There is a brand new settlement workshop near the existing one. This serves as a reference to move the existing workshop in it's place. This is purely for aesthetics, but it does make the settlement look better. Do the following steps in order:   Select the new workshop and use the following:   getpos z getpos x getpos y getangle z   These are the values I extracted:   setpos x -22190.01 setpos y 89346.05 setpos z 6138.54 setangle x 0 setangle y 0 setangle z 171.89   Scrap the new workshop as it is not functional. Select the original workshop and apply the values procured:   setpos x -22185.38 setpos y 89303.74 setpos z 6159.34 setangle x 0 setangle y 0 setangle z 181.06   Note. While the above can be a copy and paste, confirm the values and save prior to making the changes.   Notes on Imports   Transfer Settlements recommends leaving the area after import and to not return for 1-2 game days. 6. I'm A Nobody

NOTE: This mod is a trial of one of my tools to generate voice, lip and personality files - Don't expect any updates to this version or maintenance on this mod:

    I'm a Nobody:

"The balcony! Get the fuck out, woman! We're fighting raiders—not babysittin' you!" - Preston (Museum Intro)
"You willing to do some work... or just here to complain like Marcy?" - Sturges
"Just make sure we can sleep with a roof over our heads. Go flirt or beg some guy to slap some beds together." - Sturges (Sanctuary)

Ever get tired of just walking through Concord and automatically given 'God Status' by the Minutemen? Would you like to feel like just another survivor trying to make it through? Then this is the mod for you! Rather if you're trying to role-play a more Survival themed fallout world or have a good laugh, this mod can provide both.

I'm a Nobody is a simplistic mod that does 2 things:
    1. Adds more Minutemen to aid Preston and his team in the fight at the Museum.
    2. Changes dialogue so that the female protagonist is seen more as 'Just another mouth to feed' rather than their savior.
This changes the dialogue of Preston & Sturges in the 'When Freedom Calls' and initial set up of Sanctuary. You're seen as some dumb, stereotypical woman that can't fight, build or do anything.

All lines are Fully Voiced, however, the .lip files are a little off so their lip animations may not sit perfectly. Additionally, I didn't change the actual text of what they say; this is just audio changes.

WARNING: This is a sexist mod and they will treat you as you're pretty well worthless.

    More details:
    - You walk into Concord and see the Minutemen actively defeating the raiders.
    - You decide to walk in to the Museum of Freedom where they are still battling with the raiders.
    - You knock off a few raiders in assistance.
    - You talk to Preston & Sturges. They don't want you to tag along because they want fighters and useful people to their cause. They see you as another nagging woman like Marcy that has no value other than maybe something to fuck, farm or use for scavenging.
    - Instead of telling you to find Power Armor and help, they direct you to scavenge ammo, so the men can keep fighting.
    - You get the Power Core, the Power Armor and assist in eliminating the rest of the raiders and Deathclaw.
    - When you return to Preston, he will now allow you to tag along due to the fact that he lost so many men, and you seem willing to actually pick up a weapon and fight. Although you didn't do much, and they still don't find you very useful, they will now 'tolerate' you.
    - You enter Sanctuary to where Preston & Sturges give you tasks. Instead of Sturges telling you to 'build beds' and do things like that, his responses will be more aimed towards having a man build it for you or something.
    - In Sanctuary, Preston won't give you repetitive tasks to save settlements. Instead, he'll direct towards more of you being a messenger to gather/rally men for him. Although you did help stop the Deathclaw, he still doesn't see you as an able fighter and pins the success on his men that died. You were kind of just there to shoot a few shots and help out.

  7. Transfer Settlements - Sanctuary Hills - The Heart of the Commonwealth

A Transfer Settlements blueprint that turns Sanctuary Hills into a thriving community. This build scraps every original building and even parts of the seawall to make way for proper homes, shops, a hospital, a hotel, and docks. The outer hedge is sealed to create a natural barrier against attack, and most buildings carry turrets to provide overlapping fields of fire.

    Details on this build:
Three-storey Hyperion Hotel with pool area, working elevator, and dedicated gym. Features a mix of private suites and communal sleeping areas. Two-storey hospital with working elevator, three surgical bays, bathrooms, and a recovery ward. Single-level pub, the Siren’s Song, with stage for a Singing Settler. Includes easy roof access. Two-level General Store with storage, front counter, workshops. Includes easy roof access. Anne Hargrave’s clothing shop with fitting rooms and extensive display space. Smiling Larry's Weapons and an armour store using Better Armory Mod for intricate displays. Barber shop with multiple chairs and lingerie display racks. Multi-purpose workshop / classroom combination. Includes easy roof access. Jetty with two functional buildings (laundromat and storage). Bunker near the bridge with holding facilities. A greenhouse for increased food production. Fully recreated player home featuring a working kitchen, child’s room, master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Several bunk houses, most with two or three bathrooms, small kitchens, gym equipment, and bunks. The approach to Vault 111 flattened for a children’s park with retaining wall and bubble-turret defence. The iconic central tree in the cul-de-sac replaced with a working fountain.
    Settlement Features
68 bunks 330+ food 2550+ defence 840+ power 150+ water All Tier-3 stores (Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, General, Weapons, Armour) Dedicated gym area Vault-Tec drink dispensers and slot machines Fully working sinks, showers, and fridges Power routed through conduits to minimise visible wiring Every building has independent generators, ensuring a single generator failure never disables turrets Child, cat, and dog included
Note. Visual glitches are minimal and vary heavily based on mod load. Outward-facing windows on most structures were deliberately removed to reduce glitches.

    Unrelated But Useful
Place Everywhere. Allows you to make minor adjustments if necessary. Armour Rack Female Mannequin Fix. Fixes the armour rack to support alternate bodies like Fusion Girl. * The Sanctuary Bridge. Replaces the wooden bridge with a concrete variant. This build is not specifically optimised for this mod.
    Setup

Clearing the area is straightforward but time-consuming. Remove all trash, brush, trees, and structures from Sanctuary Hills, with the following exceptions:

The hedge on the outside perimeter. The seawall from the outer edge of the settlement to the pillar furthest from the bridge. The remaining area is rubble and can be cleared. The road, sidewalks, and driveways. You can remove the bricks leading up to the homes. The Sanctuary sign by the bridge. Shaun's crib. Move it onto the road and place it back later.
The end effect is a large empty area, which will be resolved once the blueprint gets imported.

Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous anywhere on the road. I prefer to place it nearer to the cul-de-sac as you can see the larger structures take shape.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.
    Blueprints
Sanctuary Hills is a massive build containing over 8,500 pieces, which can complicate the import process. Two import options are available:

Single Import File. Available for all versions. Features the full settlement with every piece. You will likely get prompted that a piece or two were missed during the import, but the process is done in one sweep. This is the recommended method unless your system cannot handle it all in one go. Import Pack. Available for version 1.0.0 only. Sanctuary has been separated into three files with a focus to build required items before dropping in the structural elements. With this process you will end up with a lot of floating elements until you are done. Part 1. Includes all of the mods except for Homemaker and Far Harbour. This will setup and connect the whole power grid. Part 2. Includes all Homemaker and Far Harbour elements which will finish off the structures. Note. Using the import pack means leaving the area long enough for the cells to settle (Transfer Settlements recommends 24 in-game hours) before moving forward with the next Part.
    Tasks After Import

Move Shaun's crib back into his bedroom.

For version 1.0.0 is likely that the pool and fountain will be missing water pieces. Just add the items to complete the look after the site is stable.

    Notes on Imports

Transfer Settlements recommends leaving the area after import and to not return for 1-2 game days. However, I found that saving on-site often crashes the game.

The easiest way to get away and save is to coc GraygardenExt from the console. Wait a couple of minutes before venturing into the Graygarden homestead across the tracks. Once inside wait a few more minutes before saving.

    A Special Thanks To

Thank you to PiCSeL for the magazine and painting retextures seen in the screenshots.

    Updates

    Version 1.0.1
Closed up the roof of the Hospital. This effectively provides a third level dedicated for power generation. Can only be accessed using the elevator. Fixed and closed up the second level of the general store. Made a little lounge in addition to the crafting workbenches. Fixed up problem conduit runs. This could lead to interruptions in power as two conduits snapped at the same point. These have been removed and should make imports smoother. Fixed up water features at the pool and fountain. Added Immersive Laundry. Double up vendors at the pub and general store. Makes these locations feel properly staffed for a settlement of this size.

Coco, o menor denominador do humor.
    REQUERIMENTOS

  9. Transfer Settlements - Nordhagen Beach Hotel

Nordhagen Beach is transformed from an isolated beachside farm into a sprawling beach resort with a working dock. The build delivers high defence, population, and food production while leaning heavily into the classic resort aesthetic.

    Details on this build:
Added a large two-storey L-shaped hotel hugging the road and bridge-side of the shore. Hotel includes a basement that conceals power and water generation while providing workshop space. Added a fishing wharf with a docked fishing trawler. Added a smaller dock dedicated to a singing settler. Added beachside decor: palm trees, lifeguard shack, seaside bar, parasols, and deck chairs. Placed a large Skyrim statue as the settlement centerpiece. Several power lines and radiators routed below ground level for ambient lighting without obstructive pylons or visible lines.
    Settlement Features
32 bunks. 190+ food. 775+ defences. 260 power. 90 water. Tier 3 Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, and General Store. Dedicated gym area. Vault-Tec drink dispenser and slot machines. Working sinks and showers. Power mostly runs through conduits to minimise visible power lines. Cat and dog included in the build. No visual glitches observed from this build.

    Unrelated But Useful
Place Everywhere. Allows you to make minor adjustments if necessary. Armour Rack Female Mannequin Fix. Fixes the armour rack to support alternate bodies like Fusion Girl.
    Setup

Clearing the area can be done quickly. Still, save often just in case you accidentally scrap something important like the cliff face or the main fishing shack. Scrap everything but the following elements:
Existing food plants. Existing fishing shack structure. Clear out the inside, and wooden pad leading into it.
You need to scrap the leaning power pole and the associated wires. For the wires you will need to do the following:
Select one of the wires. Disable MarkForDelete
Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. If that happens Enable will recover the object.
Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous facing the workshop.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.
    Tasks After Import

No additional requirements other than confirming that all power has been restored as expected. You will likely need to lower the warehouse block adding additional collision meshes on the singing settler platform. Doing ModPos Z -15 from the console should send the block to the correct depth.

    Optional

Want to have permanent bikini-clad settlers hanging around the beach? Do the following:
Position yourself at a prime location by the beach. E.g., fire pit near the stage. From the console type: Player.PlaceAtMe 20593 5 This will spawn five settlers. Want to change a NPC? From the console select the NPC and type: recycleactor Using something like Crazy's Muli-tool, strip the NPC, and open their inventory to add in appropriate clothing. Additionally you can do it from the console. Repeat the above for more settlers using the idles.

  10. Alfred's Sexy Clothing Replacer

To use this mod you should just use the nexus version as it has the requirenments linked, and it's not easy to do that on LL. Alfreds Sexy Clothing Replacer at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community -

Finally, a mod that replaces npc armor and clothing with sexy outfits from all the best armor and clothing mods on Nexus! No longer will you wish npc's could wear that, now they can! Read description for important and detailed information and installation.

    Description
This mod uses bodyslide to distribute 117 outfits (over 500 different pieces of clothing) across the wasteland to every female npc in the game. It can distribute up to 5 different types of armor, not all of them lore friendly. 117 different variations of clothing and armor, replacing the vanilla assets. The armor will still have the vanilla defense value, so it will not mess with the balance of your game. All of the actual plates and outer garments will be invisible (so that it is more immersive) but you will not find the wasteland a walk in the park, as enemies still equip stronger armor and level up as you do.

Anther to note is that the armor is all extremely lewd, revealing nipples and butts, because that's what you clicked on this mod to see. A lot of npc's have nipple and vagina piercings, and some tattoos (although not overdone.) If you stubbled across this mod by accident, because it is my first mod, you are very lucky to have found this because it is a huge time consumer to put this together correctly.

If you have any other sexy outfits that you would like to add let me know in the comments. Currently, I've only distributed about a third of the library that I have accumulated, and don't mind adding more. This mod currently distributes over 500 pieces of outfits and clothing to a very large amount of npc's. I recommend a mod like  Mostly Female NPC's at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community or Femout4 - All NPCs Now Female at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community to ensure all the outfits are used.  Femout adds more especially to the brotherhood of steal faction but it esses with the player's voice a bit, so if you want more immersion don't use it.

    Installation instructions

Step 0: Make sure you install caliente's cbbe mod and select all vanilla and dlc outfits. HARD requirement.

Step 1: Download all the requirements.

Step 2: Right click on Lazman's all in one outfit replacer, open in file manager, delete meshes (you need to do this or else his mod will override this one)

Step 3: Go into bodyslide, select cbbe bodies in the group tag, right click on meshes in the bottom left corner and select "fusion girl-nude." In the top left under preset select "Lazman Fusion Girl Naked Preset," Then left click build. (you might be able to use other presets but they are built through a different format of bodyslide which might not work)

Step 4: (optional) make an output folder in bodyslide. You shouldn't need to build the outfits because it works without my meshes active, but for some reason if you do want to build everything, make sure this mod overrides your output folder. (If meshes get disorganized in your data folder they might accidentally replace or override these files, especially if you build lazrman's outfits and they go into data and get mixed up) "Bodyslide" is my outfit folder. Example:

Bodyslide tutorial:  BodySlide Quick Start Guide (for Skyrim SSE, AE, Vortex or MO2)

    Main features
Distributes sexy outfits to all female npc's in the game (excluding a few that will come in an update) .

    Requirements
Make sure to download all the files in the requirements tab on my nexus page,  as without these you will have invisible armors.  You also need OCBP  Alfreds Sexy Clothing Replacer at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community
All mods that are linked are required unless you want your npc's to have invisible clothes.

  11. A-Body V2 WIP Release

    Description

WIP version of A-Body V2 update.

Package contains base body, LooksMenu Sliders set-up and Bodyslide projects. Latest release contains all of Clothing and Armor items already updated for V2. Mod will evolve out of WIP to full release when I finish adding dismemberment support for all the armor (gonna take a while).

-Much better proportions to lessen arms proportions issue.
    -Body is Full HD now.
-A lot of new sliders, allowing extreme customisation.
    -Some old sliders revamped.
-All V2 vanilla armor is also more high poly.

Important: Base body supports dismemberment, but it will be long road to update all vanilla armor again.

This is WIP version, so it does not have pre-built meshes, only BodySlide projects.

Note if you want to make armor refits: do not use Base Body OS project for that, it has split body. Use AB2_VanillatoAB2ConversionRef or AB2_VanillatoAB2ConversionRefNeverNude projects which include full body model as one shape.

If you find any bugs - please report them so I can fix them.

    Installation

    -Install A-Body V1 from Nexusmods.
-Install AB2 update on top of it.
    -Build all projects in BodySlide.

    Permissions

Free, as all my mods now. If anyone wish to make armor refits based on it, I will be really happy,.

  12. The Fun House - Craftable Gloryholes

    Preramble
Hello, This whole thing started with me waiting for someone else to create this and after YEARS of waiting nothing ever came from it. As many a great villain said to their henchmen “If you want something done you gotta do it yourself” and here we are. The main purpose was to create a buildable gloryhole for you and your settlers to use, and I originally intended to create my own assets for this purpose(Those are still in work BTW). In the mean time I have decided to give you all an amuse-bouche and deliver a buildable Money Hole from the BarbarousAddon. The money hole is craftable, you can assign settlers to “hang out” in it and its able to be used like a piece of furniture to play the really cool AAF animations from the BarbarousAddon. The best part is you can use it over and over and over unlike the one time, fun time from the original addon. If you made it this far thanks for reading a madmans ramblings and have fun.

TLDR: Made it so you can craft the BarbarousAddon money hole and use it as “Fun time” furniture in your settlements.

    Requirements:

AAF to assign actors to the furniture and play the animations

    Where can you find it?
    - Its under the first settlement crafting menu that typically houses the quest craftables like the minutemen artillery.

    Known issues
-For some reason creating the collision caused the money hole is able to be picked up and moved by the player. I have not tested if this messes with the functionality of it but you should probably just store it and replace it.
-No sound effects. They werent built into the original money hole animations so they wont play on the original money hole animations.
-The player plays the sit idle animation. At the moment NPCs will run to the Money Hole and stand near it but dont play the sit idle animation immediately. If you wait in a chair or reset the cell they hop on in the money hole.

    Developer notes
-There currently is no automation built into this. To play the animations you have to use AAF to select your two actors and set the glory hole as the furniture. \

-This was built for and tested on a version of Fallout 4 that has not been updated to the NG or AE version. I have no plans to develop for or update this to support those versions of Fallout 4. If you want to update this for those versions you have my blessing to do so. Also if you want to take this file and update some stuff on it to make it better please go ahead. I'm a one perv show over here working with limited time and I will take any help I can get. Let's make this mod the best we can together!
I should also say I work with AAF not NAF or IAF so if you want to make a fork for those animation frameworks go ahead and do so.

  13. Transfer Settlements - Somerville Place a Farming Community

Somerville Place is defined not only by its convenient location near the Glowing Sea and a Gunner vault, but also by its unforgiving terrain and the lone Destroyed Home structure. This blueprint builds on that to create an expansive, thriving farming community. The added barn, homes, and structures form a layered defense strong enough to make even a legendary alpha deathclaw will think twice.

    Details on this build:
Repaired the destroyed home to house the diner, general store, and clothing store. Created an elevated area with retaining walls for access to four bunkhouses. Added a large two-level barn: ground floor used as gym, upper level serves as a workshop. Placed two large cisterns beside the barn to conceal water generators while preserving the farm aesthetic. Dedicated medical facility with surgical bays. Dedicated laundromat that also houses the barbershop. Added a large bunkhouse nearer to the water to fully enclose the settlement. Every structure equipped with independent power. Double-flooring used throughout to reduce settler fall-through issues.
    Settlement Features
30 bunks. 140+ food. 860+ defences. 420 power. 63 water.

    Setup

Clearing the area can be done quickly. Still, save often just in case scrap the destroyed home. Be sure to maintain:
Destroyed home, but toss the contents. Existing food plants and surrounding fence. Tree with swing. Water pump. Fire pit.
Note. To make scraping less risky around the Damaged Home consider using Disable during the scrap and Enable when done. Be sure to note the home's Reference ID in case you click on another object by mistake.
Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous facing the workshop.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.
    Tasks After Import

No additional requirements other than to confirm that all power has been restored as expected.

  14. Transfer Settlements - County Crossing Motel

What is missing by a military training facility? A motel!

County Crossing is transformed into an L-shaped motel that gives off a by-the-hour vibe. This build delivers high defence, population, and food production while leveraging the Settlement Objects Expansion Pack High Rise pieces to give it a distinctive look.

    Details on this build:
Added a large three-storey, drive-through L-shaped motel. Workshops, power generation, and water located on the third level. Rooftop planters for additional food production (viable even in sieges). Large concrete area with vintage cars (scrap if concerned about explosions). Existing power lines along the settlement activated for perimeter lighting. Placed a large Skyrim statue as the centerpiece (hides flames from an unscrapable fire pit).
    Settlement Features
34 bunks. 150+ food. 680+ defences. 200 power. 60 water.

    Setup

Clearing the area can be done quickly. Still, save often just in case you accidentally scrap something important like one of the power poles. Be sure to maintain:
Existing food plants. Power lines traveling along the road facing the nuclear power plant.
Some of the foliage cannot be easily scrapped.
Select the offending brush or tree. Disable MarkForDelete
Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. If that happens Enable will recover the object.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled. Tasks After Import

No additional requirements other than confirming all power has been restored as expected.

    Optional

The workshop ends up being lower than the floor level of the motel. This can be corrected with two quick commands:
Select the lantern besides the workshop and type getpos z to get the elevation. Select the workshop itself and type setpos z <value> using the above elevation.
Note. The window shutters can only be accessed from the outside. You'll need to use tcl to reach most of the windows. Notes on Imports

Remove the existing cottage and clutter found throughout the build area. Remove the damaged roof for the garage and the clutter within. Do not remove the garage itself. Remove all clutter within the sinkhole itself. This significantly expands the usable space.

A few elements cannot be scrapped normally, in this case you will need to do the following:
Go into the console. Select the object (E.g., ivy or wood plank). Disable MarkForDelete
Note. Disable first in case you selected the wrong object. In that case Enable will recover the object without consequence.

    A Special Thanks To

Thank you to Caladon for creating the template that makes blueprints installable.

Thank you to PiCSeL for the magazine and painting retextures seen in the screenshots.

    Updates

  18. Transfer Settlements - Croup Manor Redux

A Transfer Settlements blueprint that aims to repair Croup Manor making every level viable. This focuses on a high settler count that fits within the manor itself and a high food production.

    Details on the changes below:
Damaged walls are replaced by intact duplicates. Replaces the floors and roof with Homemaker pieces. Removes the carport and replaces it with a two-door garage with an electric door. Replaces the deck overhang. Extends the roof onto the third deck balcony to add living space. Removes internal walls to allow for more efficient spacing. Maintains the existing stairwells for pathing.
    Settlement Features
21 bunks. 99+ food. 415+ defence. 200 power. 60 water. Tier 3 Medical, Restaurant, Clothing, and General Store. Dedicated medical area. Gym area. Vault-Tec drink dispenser and slot machines. Working sinks and showers. Power mostly runs through conduits to minimise visible power lines. Cat and dog included in the build. No visual glitches observed from this build.

Primary build components for most of the settlement, decorations, furniture, and miscellaneous objects. Settlement Objects Expansion Pack. Fusion generators, railings, pool, foundation liners, cooking station, and water pumps.
Note. Transfer Settlements will not add items if the mods are missing. Mods listed below are not required but will remove associated elements.
    Soft Requirements
Craftable Working Sinks and Showers Redux. Working sinks and showers. Erotic Art. Frames and pictures used throughout. Working Fridges. Simple mod that adds working fridges, ice machines, and vending machines. Working Washer and Dryer (Immersive Laundry). Player functional laundry machines and dryers with sound effects.

Adds invisible markers that are used as idles for settlers and pets. Crazy Sex Animations. Invisible mats that make settlers happy through masturbation, done without using the Advanced Animation Framework, and additionally places assignable gurneys that increase happiness. Sex Toys of the Commonwealth. Adds the random placement of sex toys throughout. Bad Dragon Dildos. Adds more extreme dildos throughout.
    Unrelated But Useful
Place Everywhere. Allows you to make minor adjustments if necessary. Armour Rack Female Mannequin Fix. Fixes the armour rack to support alternate bodies like Fusion Girl.
      Setup

Clearing the area can be relatively quick. Still, save often just in case you accidentally scrap something important like stairwells, and cliffside.

Gut the main home with exception of the stairwells, and intact walls. Start from the third floor and remove the roof, accoutrements, garbage, and clutter. Remove all internal walls, floors, and damaged exterior walls. Remove the carport, storage above the workshop, and pavement in the carport area. Remove deadfall, trees, dead leaves. Leave scaffolding leading to the statue intact. Remove the door leading into the carport.
Build a Transfer Settlements console from Power > Miscellaneous anywhere on the road. I prefer to place it nearer to the cul-de-sac as you can see the larger structures take shape.

Note. Import should be done with Workshop Mode enabled.
    Tasks After Import

No additional requirements other than to confirm that all power has been restored as expected.

  19. AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

A mysterious eyebot travels the Commonwealth handing out fliers to every girl he meets, in his never-ending search for the next Golden Globes Studio porn star.

But while there are many pretty girls in the wasteland, the real problem is finding the one who is up to the task.

Nuka Ride is intended as an alternate start mod and is written with a woman as the protagonist.

    Content

Nuka Ride is a non combat quest mod for adults and has two different routes. Initially I planned the second route as another mod, but I decided to inject it into this mod so I wouldn't have to do maintenance on several different mods.

You decide which route to play when you meet Duke, the eyebot with whom this mod starts outside Vault 111. When you chat with him, you can choose the vanilla route made for “Nora”, the vanilla Nate's wife and Shaun's mother, or you can play the young vault dweller route, which is a new route focused on a new protagonist who is neither Nora nor looking for her son.

    ✨Nora's route

Domination content Transformation Corruption Bimbofication Probably a more hardcore experience in general.

✨Young vault dweller route [AKA Norita]

This route is only available by conversing with Duke and when you're near Vault 111. A mod like “Commonwealth Slavers” isn't compatible with this route, so uninstall it before starting. In this route the protagonist is a young pre-war girl, who may or may not be a virgin, among other features that the player decides.

Sexual awakening Bimbofication Probably a much more softcore experience overall.

Both routes are long and full of quests, but both are not finished yet. It's a long project and I'll keep creating content as long as I have fun doing it.

Which version of Fallout 4 do I need?

It works on all of the major versions, 163 (old gen) has the most support for some of the extras (F4SE plugins like Head Part Extended, etc).  But AE (1.11.191.0) works fine with some minor loss of functionality -- nothing that frankly would detract from the mod overall.

    by @dav42
    How do I start?

Duke, a yellow eyebot, will interact with you. If you are near Vault 111 you will find him immediately as he is looking for you. If you're not around, you can fast travel anywhere or sit and wait, and Duke will come to you.

    🌟Hard Requirements
You need these for the mod to work.

Workshop DLC Nuka World DLC Far Harbor DLC

    Fully functional AAF
You can use the official guide to make sure you have all the general requirements necessary to have the AAF system properly set up. The only difference is that, unlike the official guide, my mod need the latest version of Savage Cabbage.

Anyway, I'll still list here the AAF mods that my mod uses.

AAF  AAF Themes AAF Bad End Animations Atomic Lust Savage Cabbage Animations latest version ❗ Leito Animations BP70 Animations Rohzima Animations Kziitd Hookers Animations (It's not necessary to install the AAF files of this mod. You only need the base mod). Sex Attributes Torture Devices Fusion Girl Or CBBE, although the star of the show is Fusion Girl thanks to @Axary's edits. Pics and details below in the Outfit Section! HN66's Easy Girl - I only use textures & materials. You can disable the plugins if you want. HN66's TRS - same, just textures & materials. Darthroman Animations

    🌟Soft Requirements
My mod will work without these, but you need them anyway for a nice experience.

F4z Roh Doh  MCM Captive Tattoos French Maid FO4 (CBBE or Fusion Girl) - Very important soft requirement.❗Better if you have the version without physics. Use the .esp plugin (not .esl). RealHandcuffs  High Heel System OverQueen Armor (CBBE or Fusion Girl ) HBD DressBox Plugs of the Commonwealth (I suggest use the slot 56 one) Commonwealth Moisturizer HN66 nails (CBBE or Fusion Girl) KFT Devices Facial Tints Script. I love this mod for Commonwealth Slavers, but I don't quite get it if I like it for Nuka Ride. Install it if you want and enable in the MCM, AAF Section. Is disabled by default. Weepy - Tears Overlays - If you install Facial Tints, install this one too. I use tears on a couple of occasions. Vioxis Strap-Ons. For lesbian scenes or Dallas' training. Nezzar's Ultimate Collection (CBBE or FG). I use the Babydoll and the swimsuits on occasions. Maibatsu Piercing Collection (CBBE or Fusion Girl Version). Note for FG: I only provide a link with the bodyslide files, you still need the original mod. LooksMenu Body Tattoos - For Keyshawn's new tattoos. If you don't have this one, then Keyshawn won't have any tattoos.  Satisfactory Piercings. My mod makes extensive use of these piercings! Porcupine's PubicHairs. Install it if you are interested in trimming services, in Music's store. You can choose the type of color and style.  Vtaw Summer Mini Dress CBBE or Fusion Girl. Install it if you want. I use the vanilla floral dress, but I found that their Fusion Girl version has broken bones in the skirt and doesn't look right, so I looked for an alternative. K-Girls Outfits (CBBE or Fusion Girl). Pretty cool soft to have it. Bad Dragon Dildos by Konata. I have added (and will continue to) several of these accessories as decoration. If you don't have it installed, you won't see them. TBOS AntoHairPack. If you have this mod installed, my mod will detect it and add a pair of dreadlocks to a couple of men via script. If you don't have it, they'll have vanilla hair. CHAKS – For cuddle animations.    Vtaw Goth Girl (Fusion Girl version here) For a specific character's outfit. Rutah Tattoos – Tattoos for a specific character.    Pins and Needles - Piercings for men. Specifically for the Overboss.

    🌟Recommended Mods
Mods that I recommend to improve the overall experience.

Brawl Bug Fix - to avoid a vanilla bug during brawls.  Nuka Ride World Patch - A huge edition and improvement of Nuka World made for Nuka Ride made by @izzyknows. Also have patches for those who use BYOP or CWSS. Random Main Menu - In the optional folder of MEGA I uploaded about 12 main menus for Nuka Ride, which can be displayed randomly if you have this mod installed. Facial Expressions Fix 💖- Not to miss the facial gestures of the characters during dialogues. Natural eyes More blinking and face morphs - More naturalness during dialogues. A weather mod like ClearWeatherOnly. For some reason Dunmore Farm gets a lot of radioactive storms and it's not fun.  I've got Wood Too - It's just aesthetic. To vary the vanilla colors of the furnitures/apartment/houses.   No More Dirty Footsteps - Remove the dirt clouds from NPC and all creatures footsteps. HN66 Eyelashes - If you are going to use the facegen file. Dynamic Cinematic Face Lights - I can't play without this mod. Natural lighting during dialogues when it's dark. Rusty Face Fix - Install it and brown faces will be a thing of the past.  XDI - It's not mandatory, but I enjoy knowing what specifically my character is going to respond to. 3rd Person Behavior Fixes - Not so much for my mod, but for Sex Attributes and its speed mult modifications.  I uploaded to Mega some nice facial textures and eyebrows. It's called "Nuka Ride Textures for the Girls". Use it if you want. The textures are not mine but I will credit them in the folder. I highly recomend it using together with Kziitd Fusion girl's non realistic skin.  Ace Male Face Texture. Better facial textures for men, if you want. Universal Stiffener by spicydoritos. This mod is made for users whose in-game erections work most of the time. 4k Hairy Men v2 Nude - I feel compelled to recommend this mod since I've seen so many user screenshots where the men are magically shaved. Empty Vendor List Engine Bug Fix - To fix a rare game bug that causes merchants (like Cora) to have nothing to sell. HD Prewar Money - Just to make the money look good, especially for prewar missions. Head Part Extended - Sometimes the mod changes the hair of some NPCs and this mod is handy to make the scripts effective.  Nuka World Lightning - It's a texture mod that will give Nuka Town more vibrancy. It won't cause any precombines issues.  Fusion Girl - Operator's Armor Fix - If you're using Fusion Girl, you'll want to install this female Operator armor fix, or you'll see some weird naked female Operators.

🌟Mods recommended specifically for Norita's route.

Start Me Up Redux - While not mandatory, Nuka Ride includes a patch for "Start Me Up" if you want to play as a non-vanilla character. With that mod, all those dialogues about "I'm looking for my son" in vanilla quests are replaced. So when you start a new game and you don't want to play as Nora, install Start Me Up, and my patch will guide you to create your character. Distinctive Teeth to make the braces more noticeable. Player Voice Frequency, if you play with a young character.

    🌟Optionals
    Mods for specific tastes.

Nuka Ride: FFO Patch - Furry patch for those who like the theme. Soft compatibility with "Myopia Simulator" for the eight NR glasses. Family Planning Enhanced (Original or Redux) - My mod will only give you condoms if you have this mod installed. Nothing else.  Black Male Raiders - It will make all male raiders in Nuka Town black and therefore comment as if your protagonist were the only white girl in the place.   A Bit Prettier NW Raiders - Female raiders will be more attractive, maintaining the aesthetics of their respective factions. I have a patch in the Optional folder, called "Nuka Ride - ABitPrettierNWRaiders", with some fixes and adjustments (such as reducing the probability of them wearing helmets to 25%).

    General recommendations

This mod was created with the dialogue camera enabled in mind. If you play with the dialogue camera disabled, you may experience issues. If you are new to AAF, I recommend the Official Guide by Saya. This is an alternative start mod. I need many living Npc that in a late game could be dead, so I strongly recommend using it in a new game. Do you want to make a quick and safe start? You can use SKK Fast Start or Start Me Up to go from Intro to outside the Vault in less than two minutes. Pick only one, they're incompatible. Activate the subtitles. You can also download the synthetic voice file made by Axary and Kalistara. Optional folder.  This mod will take you throughout many parts of the Commonwealth and Nuka World, and so it is incompatible with many mods that change the locations and interiors of places it takes part in.  To avoid conflicts, put Nuka Ride among the last of your load order.  I do NOT recommend playing it together with other quest mods. They can be very invasive. Otherwise very bizarre things are going to happen and take you out of the immersion. I recommend XDI for a better experience, but it is not required. I would advise you to use a character without tattoos, since in this mod there are characters who put tattoos on you as the story progresses and obviously I don't know if your character normally have tattoos that could overlap with mine. Nuka Ride is going to doll you up a little: NPCs put you clothes, piercings and jewelry too.  Don't clean your Nuka Ride save with ReSaver. I did it once and never again. Everything, absolutely everything, was upside down. Packages, aliases, dialogs. Don't do it.  I suggest you disable the Bokeh Effect if you have BethIni, because it conflicts with my special cameras. Here is an example of what I am saying.

Why are objects and textures in Nuka Town flickering and disappearing?

Pre-culling issue. To resolve it, place Nuka Ride.esp in the bottom of your load order

    AAF and Animations

We owe @Axary absolutely all the animations with stages here. The XML edits have taken MONTHS and each animation had to be worked on individually to consider duration, angles, rescaling of some furniture to look natural and he even handed me fixes for animations like the protectrons, which usually reproduced with bugs.  SQr17 (Sneaking Idle) from his New Idles mod! Outfits

I highly recommend using this mod with Fusion Girl. Here @Axary has taken FG by the reins.  The stockings, Overboss piercings and almost all the outfits are editions, refinements and creations of Axary.  Here are a couple of examples of how he has edited/created/transfomed CBBE outfits into his version for Fusion Girl.

    Uninstall

This mod disables a lot of triggerboxes in Nuka World, as the ultimate goal is to replace the DLC. All unlockables will be unlocked little by little with Nuka Ride. So basically don't uninstall the mod. If you want to play the classic DLC, start a new game without Nuka Ride installed.

  22. (EAP) Extended AAF Patch

This is a fix and update of the Ultimate AAF Patch from Ulfberto.

    Changelog:
Support for almost all animation packages. All XML files are rewritten according to a unified standard and can be edited in bulk using regular expressions. Outdated, duplicate, and currently useless XML files are replaced with placeholders. The unified animation naming system forms an ordered list in the AAF wizard. All animations consisting of multiple stages are grouped into "Trees" and are played by game mods from start to finish, regardless of the timer in the mod settings. The duration of staged animations is controlled by their positionTreeData.xml. Stages can be switched manually using the keyboard arrow keys, and in most animations, this happens instantly. In staged animations with smooth transitions between stages, to maintain a smooth transition, the previous animation always plays to the last frame before switching. Fixed twitching in T-pose or a freeze when switching animations where it possible. For all animations designed for F (passive) + M (active), separate XML files with settings for MM/FF/MF have been created. All animations settings are selected during installation. Settings for all Kissing / Hugging / Spanking / Footplay / Bondage / Dance animations are now stored in separate XML files. Separate XML files with never-nude settings have also been created for these animations. So, if desired, EAP can be used as an SFW. Simply disable all NSFW animations during installation. FF/MF animations using strap-ons now use all seven strap-ons available in Vioxsis, which are equipped randomly on NPCs at the start of the animation. PC are always equipped with the same strap-on. You can change the strap-on for PC in AAF\Vioxsis_Strap-ons_EquipmentSetData.xml. A modified UAPMoans framework is used for animation voiceovers. It was merged with CustomMoans to expand the functionality of both mods. It can now be used to add not only randomized voiceovers to animations, but also regular voiceovers. Automatic actor gender recognition. A separate voiceset can be assigned to a PC. UAPMoans now use lip animations when moaning. The "UAP Zaz Particle Effects" framework has been fixed and can now actually be used to equip female actors with squirt/gush effects. SAM and SAMFormer are integrated into most animations. Adjustment files are created and registered. Therefore, to edit an animation, simply open SAM and make the necessary corrections to an existing adjustment. Leito and RZ animations use modified adjustments from SAMEnhancedAnimations v1.45. New adjustments have been created for some animations. However, a significant portion of the 4,000+ files are still dummy files (mostly MM/MF files). Violate has been modified to support new DarthRoman animations and some previously unsupported actor race combinations. ESP are flagged as ESL whenever possible.
    Additional information for animation creators:

    SAMFormerNG v2.6:
The script has been modified. This may fix the issue with it freezing. An additional adjustment for vaginal opening is now applied to actors using an insertable Viodoe strap-on. (Experimental): Added CBBE support. If your CBBE has VaginaPenetrate and AnusPenetrate sliders, they will be applied to the animations, marked as "PenisToVagina/PenisToAnus/StrapOnToVagina/StrapOnToAnus". For example, morphs added by CBBEVagMorphs. Adjustments no longer need to be registered in positionData. Simply assign the correct name to an adjustment when creating it. If SF doesn't find a specific adjustment in Tags, an adjustment consisting of the exact animation name and the actor number separated by a space is applied to the actor: "FullAnimationName A0," "FullAnimationName A1," "FullAnimationName A2." This applies, of course, if a file with such a name exists. Actor numbering starts at 0, from right to left, in the AAF interface. In staged animations, the adjustment for the first stage should have the name of the staged animation, not the stage. It's also worth noting that in EAP FM adjustments are still applied to FF animations, and MM adjustments are applied to MF animations. I consider this a sufficient alternative to creating several thousand more separate adjustment files. The names of the adjustments applied to actors can also be viewed in the Papyrus log.
    Hard Requirements:
Working AAF sex system, of course - you must fulfill all mandatory requirements of [AAF] "The Fucking Manual". The Ultimate AAF Patch - EAP itself is a patch, not a replacement for the UAP. Screen Archer Menu - creating adjustments for animations. If you already have all the requirements of [AAF] "The Fucking Manual" you need to install only SAM. SAMFormerNG - automatic application of SAM adjustments. Use only my NG version to any F4 version. It works. (SCRS) SavageCabbage Animations Rescaling - framework for correct rescaling of actors when starting and stopping animations. Vioxsis Strap-Ons (ZeX Bones fixed) - for FF/MF animations. Use this correct version, not the one in [AAF] "The Fucking Manual". Only main file required. Should be installed to prevent error spam even if you don't use strapons.
    Soft Requirements:
Fusion Girl body - Many adjustments add genital animations using NSFW ZeX bones. BodyTalk - just recommended male body. NSFW Sound Pack 3.0.1 - creatures and 50SoF voiceovers. QUAAF Balanced v1.7e03/1.7e05 - animation voiceover balancing. Furniture XML for AAF - for registration additional workshop furniture. Outfit ReDress Fix - Engine bug fix to prevent NPCs from defaulting their outfits (But works only on OG).

Atomic Muscle and A-body - UAP settings are used. Now optional, not mandatory. For those who don't want to use BT. CBBE with VaginaPenetrate and AnusPenetrate sliders (Experimental). For example, from CBBEVagMorphs. For those who don't want to use FG. AAF Violate 1.61 - EAP modifies esp and script to support additional animations and creatures. Servitron v1.1.1 - add AAF, SAM, and Vioxsis compatibility patch. Thanks to DarthRoman for the SAM-compatible Servitron skeleton. Also recommended use  "Servitron - Fusion Girl Bodyslides and Skeleton" and "Automatrons Have Genders Too". Tactical Reload v1.4 - EAP and TR modify MTBehavior.hkx, so a compatibility patch has been made for them.
    Installation:
Automatic - FOMOD installer. Manual (for advanced users only) - MO2 users can copy the contents of the installation archive into the instance's mods folder to gain access to advanced customization. Of course, EAP should overwrite all the mods it fixes. Of course, if you change the list of these mods, you'll need to reinstall EAP to take those changes into profile.

  24. Red Seat District (DCE) music replacer

    Heya!

Bored from original Red Seat District music in Diamond city? Want to drink some beer and chill in 80-90s strip bar? This mod is for you! It replaces music in Diamond City Red Seat district. As I'm quite big fan of 80' and 90' rock/strip music (blame my parents that I born in that time) this mod includes 16 tracks from 80' and 90' strip clubs. There are some songs from my radio mod as well, but I'll not spoil this time.

Let me know, if it's not enough with 16 tracks - these tracks are combined 4x4. I never stayed in Red Seat District too long, and I have no clue how songs are mixing.

    Requirements: Diamond City expansion (hard)

Suggestions: I highly recommend to install DCE Atmospheric Red Seat (site is correct, look in optional files). Put it  after Diamond City Expansion in left pane in Mod Organizer 2 (if you are using Vortex, you should figure by yourself). This mod should overwrite DCE.

Installation: Install mod with your mod manager

  25. Krazyones SAKR Skimpy Armor Keyword Resources Addons

    Info...
I have plenty of Clothing Mods on The Nexus, I also like SAKR. Skimpy Armor Keyword Resources. As it takes out the guesswork out of clothing.
Such as mods working out what the clothing your character is wearing, as well as what it looks like. Is it a Top, Bottom, Full Outfit, Heels.
Is it tight, or loose fitting, slutty, or damn right obscene to wear in public.

    Features...
    - TAGS for clothing types
    - Mods can tell if a piece of clothing is Top, Bottom, Full, Heels, Stockings, Sheer, Slutty, Tight, Loose
    - Knowing Armor Slots not needed, with a mod that reads the TAGS. Sexual Harassment does this
    - Mod Organizer 2 instructions in mods Notes section
    - Works with my Clothing Treasure Hunt mods, on The Nexus
