At the moment this needs to be done in TesEdit/CK. _SLS_LicExceptionsArmor _SLS_LicExceptionsWeapon Backpacks are armor so should go into the armor list. Thanks! Editing Formlists is well within my limited CK skills, so I'll give that a try.
MetZwerg Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 are the prices for the amputation healing per limb, or complete ?

MetZwerg Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 with healing and re-applying the other amputations maybe ? but i think for a full healing 1000 is far too cheap..... maybe the range of the slider should be extended....

Don't just make up stuff just to harass a modder to make something for SE If they want to do it, they'll do it. Otherwise, shh. No it isn't. It hasn't been for a long time. I suggest going and checking if you can actually BUY legendary edition on Steam anymore. (You haven't been able to for a long time) This could have been checked before telling me I'm wrong. I checked before posting. I checked before making this response. LE is no longer purchasable and has not been for a while. There are some companies that have some third party keys available from third party sources but there is no officially sold version through official retailers (steam/amazon/etc), they were all stopped. The only version available for purchase is Special Edition. Owners of Legendary Edition still have access and support but there are no new owners unless they're getting old keys still in circulation from before official sales were stopped. I recommend googling this. You'll find a mountain of topics about it. It hasn't been purchasable for 14 months now.

It is written on the steam page : Notice: At the request of the publisher, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is unlisted on the Steam store and will not appear in search. What is happening on steam is that they have hidden Skyrim LE so when you search in steam, only Special Edition will appears but steam still sell a copy of LE In canada it sells for 21.99 and Hexbolt8 says that the link works in the US also I got the link from searching in google "steam skyrim legendary edition" maybe that will help

I mean Todd Howard more or less said as much in a recent interview (in a roundabout way). Their very nasty turn toward becoming very corporate lately doesn't fill me with confidence (or hype) for their upcoming games. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Like the forced creation club updates for F4.
Yuuen Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 @Monoman1 so i made the Tes5editMerged patch and all the options for the distributor menu were still grayed out. Is there some thing I have to refresh/restart for it to register?

Theres talk/pics over on my blog about it. Basically theres a technical limitation I don't know how to get around. The amputator works by scaling the node (bone) to zero. Which also scales the armor or prosthetic in this case. So the prosthetic needs to be attached to the previous bone in the hierarchy. Which makes it animate very unrealistically. So say you amputate the foot + calf. The the prosthetic needs to be attached to the thigh bone to be visible. But the it animates like a thigh in a really weird way.

I would feel better about SE if they'd put any effort into fixing bugs from LE, but they didn't. It still has almost all of LE's bugs, plus an utterly terrible set of shaders that looks like something went wrong with your gamma setting. And then FO4 got a few nice Papyrus features, that SE does not have. Why not? Because Beth won't do anything unless they can get the ROI percentage out of their broken spreadsheet models.

Is this patch supposed to like, merge the actual bikini armors mods or is it supposed to create some kind of record to be accessed by whatever determines vendor stock with the records or reference to those armors. How would I check for what's supposed to be there? I did it just like how you said to.

To do that, it has to identify the mod with the armor - by name. If you merge the mod into another, that ESP is no longer there, and getting it by name fails. This means that none of the bikini armor items can be identified, because as far as SLS can see, there is no bikini mod.

How would I check for what's supposed to be there? I did it just like how you said to. Just to add to what Lupine says. The name 'Merged patch' is a little misleading. Everything in skyrim is made up of records. Every armor has a record for example. Say Mod A and Mod B both change the same armor record, then whichever mod is loaded last will have it's changes to that record applied but the mod that loaded first will have it's changes completely ignored. Whichever mod loaded last is the 'winning override' for that record, which is why load order is so important. This contention for records is eased somewhat by a TesEdit merged patch. It tries to merge changes applied by multiple mods to one record. If say Mod A and Mod B were both to add a different keyword to an armor then the merged patch would try to add both keywords to the armor, hopefully making things work better. In the case of survival, the problem is contention for the merchant container records. This is my entry for warmaidens merchant chest: Spoiler Just ignore 'Distribution patch' there. It's my own little way of distributing items around skyrim. If there was no merged patch here you can see that Requiem would 'win' and the bikini armors entry would not make it into the game. But because of the merged patch both the changes from survival and requiem are being applied to the container. With the exception of that book entry by requiem. I'm not sure why that's not coming over but whatever. It's still better than the way it would have been.

Monoman explained the part I needed, but thank you for the help. Edit: nope you pretty much explained it too, but the extra detail did help, sorry lol.
Yuuen Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 @Monoman1 Okay, I checked through the patch and the SLS_BikiniArmorsEntry... record is in the correct place, only had to add one record that it somehow missed so that it wasn't being overridden. 4 hours ago, Monoman1 said: Your bikini mod wasnt detected.
