I wouldn't worry too much about the actual final price. As long as the price IS changing. Just set it to something that seems 'fair' (not so fair of course).

Price aint exactly straight forward. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Speech See 'Prices' about half way down. The wording of the mcm might be a bit misleading. But like I said I don't really care as long as the price does change and you can set it to whatever you like. 

 

But I'll double check that I didn't muck up the percentage multipliers. 

 

Oh and 100% of original doesn't actually do anything IIRC. It's only lower where a perk is applied. So maybe it's just he's got mad bartering skillz. Plus I think I made the quartermasters dislike you so they'd grunt at you as much as vanillia skyrim allows. Maybe that's another factor.

So yeah, when some stuff is not working for me I just kind of shrug and live with it. The mod already does so many other things.

Since our issues seemed so similiar I decided to try it at 100% as well. The value of the items are much higher than their original price, and I seem to have access to his food. I guess it was just a coincidence that the 25% option was pretty much identical to the actual price when I tested yesterday and I must've glossed over the 50% one, the values do indeed change just not at the expected rate. Whatever breaks this for us seems to be the same exact thing.

I think you might be confusing base value with final price. What you see in your inventory is the base value. What you see in the vendor screen is the final price. There are all sorts of modifiers thrown on top of the base value. Like your speech skill, the npcs speech skill, perks, gear etc. 

What is that items price if bought from a blacksmith? (Go and sell it to a blacksmith and try to buy it back)

Well that's embarrassing. It was worth 1293 after selling it to Belethor's which is within margin of error considering whatever Sexlab Disparity speech modifier I might've been under. Turns out the option was just a lot more punishing than I initially thought. Funny thing is it's probably this mod that reduced it's inventory value to 350 as well with the misogyny price change I have ticked. Thanks for that nugget of knowledge. ?

Oh, I'd actually love it if that's what happening, I think some dialogue mod I have can change character's disposition too and as a policy I am as rude as possible to the guards every chance I get.

Also usually my buy and sell prices are within like a 10% margin from the base value, however even debuffs of -10 speech make a big difference, but quartermasters disliking me are probably affecting that way more than I expected, and if firepunch1 seems to have the same problem and it wasn't really a problem then it's likely mine is working too.

After double checking values, yeah, at 25% which is the smallest possible value he'll sell me the piece of armor at slightly higher (2614) than base value (2490) at 100% buyback it's 5657. Vendors sell price is roughly 1900 while buyback price is about 3000, so yeah, buyback is reduced but never below the base value.

 

He will also buy stuff for way less than base value as opposed to regular vendors, but it makes sense that he'd make a shitty merchant.

 

Also I assume he uses the chest where confiscated stuff is stored as his merchant chest, how safe do you think it would be for me to mark that chest to respawn, so that I'd have to buyback my stuff relatively quickly before they sell it off. EDIT: changed the xx044684 chest's flag to respawn and visited the _sls_storagecell to check if the change actually went through, it did, but god it's like a nightmare in that cell.

I've been playing with this mod for some hours now, i'm impressed with how well it works.

I didn't have adjust many MCM settings, which i really like about it. and overall i have few gripes with the mod

Maybe the prices could be better easier early game and harder lategame?

 

The cool thing about the mod is that it makes it very stealth orientated.

I had a couple of stealth improvements, spell mods and such alongside other devious stuff.

I found the shadow stone useful as a get-away tool.

I can't think of any super easy way to do it. The only way I can think to do it is to use automation tools to copy the slot data but you'd have to select every item that uses the same slot (say bras), run an operation to copy. Then move on to the next slot (say thongs). It'd still be pretty time consuming and monotonous (monotonous = you're bound to mess something up eventually in my experience)

Currently things get easier as you go. Without talking about the increased loot from skyrim itself you'll get discounts based on faction ranks. 

Slaverun sort of adds to costs when towns start to get taken over - If you want to carry clothes you'll need a licence for it. 

There's also new upcoming licences that'll make things a little harder - property & freedom (also for slaverun towns). 

 

But if people have more ideas on how to make things harder later in the game I'm all eyes..... (but that's not a commitment on my part. I've already got so much to do).

Make a 3rd ESP and copy as overwrite all the items you want to change. Pullin only the parts of the records from each mod reconciling the two. 

 

Once that is done I suspect rebalance will actually be superfluous and can be removed.

Hey @Monoman1, is there any keyword to tag an armor (let's say a mask) as an item that makes it harder (changes the distance) for the guards to recognize my character? Or I'd have to change the armor to use the head slot?

Hey Mono, I usually do this myself when i recompile so it is no biggie... but would it be possible to add into the MCM an option to only decrease female stats in the inequality section? So men's stats stay the same, but female stats are still negatively effected?

 

Also side note: would it be difficult to make it so adding health when leveling up does not add carry weight? I've been checking around and it seems easy (I'm adding it into my xEdit patch right now to test), just curious if that would screw other stuff in the game up much. tyty

Normally adding health doesn't add carry weight? I though in vanilla only stamina added carry.

That said there is the community uncapper, that lets you change a lot of levelling things, and it is just a SKSE plugin no esp or anything.

Well at best i can think of base cost of things like taxes * a ratio.

This ratio could be a logistic growth curve starting at 0.1 and curving out at 2 when you become level 20.

 

A simpler solution is to add specific 3 tresholds at level 5, 10 and 15.

Where prices are raised by 10%.

"Something something dragons made things harder, gotta raise the taxes".

At some point your earnings cap out at level 15 at +30%.

 

The other option is to add more expenses mid-game.

Triggered by buying a bikini lisence for the third time for example, since that's a good indicator of a successfull play with the mod.

Maybe the the dragons hurt the whiterun economy and the guards put up new tax reforms.

To make up for their loss they invent a new license, the potion license.

Because women shouldn't be allowed to carry around drugs or poison.

The framework with the licenses is there so, maybe this is less work?

 

One thing i didn't quite understand or initially disliked was the heel requirement for the bikini curse.

It's not that i hate heels, but i wanted to see more of the TAWOB gloves and boots before being required to wear heels.

So adding a heel lisence or as a requirement later on would be more appropriate in my opinion.

Rather it should be more convenient to wear heels.

Why? Is there some problem? The bonuses given aren't all that much in the grand scheme of things.

Yea think that's normally stamina? I probably won't tbh. There must be a lot of mods that do this already.

Requiem is version 1.9.4.1 because RSE has not been updated for Requiem 2. Which is the biggest problem with requiem. Patches.

Anything in the hair or head slot should act as a disguise.

I tend to forget information as I "say" most of the things in my mind before typing it. Anyways, I use RND. I've posted the log below but I think I should mention what I in this test: I loaded my latest save, disabled and re-enabled the option that inflates the belly after swallowing cum, gave it a few seconds then ported to Whiterun stables. Then I got my character to suck and swallow the cum of 4 different horses (All were "bursting with cum") and auto sucked a dog.

Log looks mostly fine. There's a recurring error from a bug due to MME not being installed but it is unrelated and I've fixed it now. 

Other than that I see nothing wrong. 

 

Maybe check the state of the interface scripts.

Sneak peek at changes next version. These are done more or less:

 

- Added a property licence. Women are not permitted to own property without a valid property licence. Non compliance will lead to eviction. Quartermasters keep records and so will automatically evict you if your property licence elapses naturally. If you lose the licence or it gets stolen you'll have to be caught to be evicted. Once evicted you'll have to buy a property licence and speak to the quartermaster about lifting the lockdown on your property. They'll unbar your homes later that day.
- Added 'jiggles'. Based on how voluptuous you become, gain 3/6/10% to your buy & sell prices but it makes you 3/6/10% slower. Your sex partners also gain unconditional bonus enjoyment during sex on every animation stage change due to all your jiggling about. Effect is based on the combined size of your 'slif_butt', 'slif_belly' & ('slif_breast' or 'BreastsFantasy') nodes. 
- Added cum bottles, inflate potion, FM fertility potions and SLEN aphrodisiacs to toll drugs and added menu toggles. Added the same for rape drugs. 
- Added a kennel to every city! (Not really though. It's the same kennel. Just with some door trickery)
- Jazzed up the kennel a little bit.
- Added a caged troll to the kennel. If you ask nicely the keeper just might let you suck him off. Lucky you! Player must be in a predicament (arm cut off or is creature corrupted or is cum addict and must have spent at least one night in the kennel)
- Added a huge speech & buy/sell price debuff to the active bikini curse to discourage wearing non bikini/slooty outfits around town. The effect lingers for some time afterwards so you can't just equip something that's not slutty while trading and then swap back into a respectable outfit later. Best just stick with your heels and bikini. Or go naked if necessary.
- Added an out of breath animation when the bikini curse is active. Needs Devious Devices.
- 'Party wide' licence system will now apply the magic curse to your followers. 'Only' supports up to 5 followers.
- Crawling now adds substantial sneak bonuses (might be OP. Feedback needed) but slows you down a lot. 
- Curse spell visual effects won't play anymore on sex end. Only on curse start. 
- Fixed masturbation stat. 
- Fixed an easy escape from getting caught by enforcers.
- You should be able to change the slot mask of the tongues to whatever you want now without the script crapping out.
- Fixed a bug with dismemberment when both arms were cut off devious devices could not be equipped. 
- Fixed unfilled property in Slaverun interface.
- Fixed a bug in licence purchase blocking.
- Added some new curse sounds and reduced their volume a little. 
- Fixed CTD on issuing 'withdraw' command?
- Fixed bikini curse wasn't assessing your outfit for the short of breath effect when first applied.
- Devious Followers lives won't be restored unless you spend at least 6 hours in the kennel.
- Hand cleaned the mod in TesEdit.

Ooh, I'm liking those changes.

 

Does the property license only apply to houses inside the cities, or does it also evict players from Hearthfire and mod homes?

 

I might be asking for a bit much, but could it be possible if the supported followers was up to 10? You say 'only' but it does feel a bit small, lol.
