Suggestion for an addition to your mod. Not sure if they do this in both LE and SE, but I've been playing in LE tonight and the Enforcers keep walking by saying, "Speak!" My smart-ass keeps wanting to respond with, "Woof!"

Maybe you could add something to that effect as a response? With the consequence of a gag or something? Just a thought...?

Thanks!!

I fully second this suggestion!

@Monoman1How hard is to add an Easywheel option to your survival wheel ? i only miss the EFF telepathy from yours then I can ditch the Easywheel completely, free esps and free keyboard shortcut. One can say telepathy is unrealistic but it's useful when my char is in a scene and gotta tell my followers to relax and stop standing on top of my sex scene :P

I'm playing SE and they don't do this. However they feel the need to inspect me every time I've been inside another cell, like a shop or an inn. They are also very aggressive about it, as if they didn't just inspect me a few minutes earlier, and that's with responsive enforcers disabled. They really need a cooldown, and I mean that literary.

Does anyone know of a mod to disarm city-dwelling female NPCs to make Survival a bit more immersive?

The PC has the option to get hassled by guards merely for having weapons or armor equipped, and she's also subject to the license system, but most every adult female NPC in every city walks around armed. Even the local Immersive Wenches are carting around greatswords while they serve drinks in the tavern.

And I know you already get enough feature requests, Mono, but here's another. I wish there were dialogue interactions between the enforcers or guards and random female NPCs, reminding them to follow the rules. They should get stopped at the gates and inspected for contraband too, right? As it is, it seems like all the most effective law enforcement in Skyrim is reserved solely for bothering exactly one woman -- who may not even be known as the Dragonborn!

Slaverun Reloaded has a feature in which one of the laws is that women are prohibited from wearing weapons or clothing/armour. If you play as a "free women" (or a female slaver) and not engage in the main quest (as a slave), it won't get in the way of a regular play-through.

SL Adventures allows you to make

Wearing armor a crime

equipping a weapon a crime

or even having a weapon on you a crime

It will not disarm you but you will rack up some fines till they toss you in jail.

Iiiiiinteresting. And the PC doesn't have to get enslaved? My flavor of abuse for the PC is like, Devious Followers with all the group sex turned off, so I was avoiding Slaverun, but you're piquing my interest.

Does that work on NPCs in Adventures? Survival is already VERY good at disincentivizing the PC from carrying prohibited items. If I want it to get more hardcore, I just increase the license costs. A++ gold sink action.

Sometimes I do wish that licenses were per hold just to make the whole system even more of a hassle for the poor PC to deal with, but honestly, it's already pretty great as it is.

It just adds fines so, no it doesn't do anything to NPCs. ?

Impacting NPCs is a pretty tall order it seems, so not too many mods even try.

If you want a harsher licensing experience and are using SE there is a mod called SL triggers (much like SexLab Utilities for LE) and an add-on called Lose Survival Licenses which can be found here

This can set a % chance for your license to be torn up during sex with other configurable conditions.  ?

Oh well. I was just wondering if there were any mods that did it, because I was vaguely aware of Slaverun. But that probably just runs really aggro scripts or something? I'm ignorant.

Oh neat. Thanks son! I'll snag Triggers for that Survival integration. Even in the closed loop my PC exists in with her Devious follower, having an aggressive SL scene result in the loss of a license could make her have to take on DF debt to raise funds to get it back, triggering more device and deal fun. ♻️ But Petcollar also looks fantastic. I can't believe I didn't know about it before -- it looks so configurable and suitable for different playstyles.

So I pissed off the Whiterun guards by skipping out on paying toll (apparently Farkas has the key to the gate and I just nicked it off him) but now whenever I enter, they put me in an elbowbinder. Fair enough, I guess. My hands are in everyone's pockets but it's a bit tedious to struggle out of it every time I want to use the forge/enchanter/alchemy table. How do I appease the guards so they stop binding me on entry?

pay your toll/fine and after a while (think it lasts longer the more times you skipped out) they will stop binding you in town.

IIRC the first time it takes a week before guards quit binding you.

@Monoman1

Hi.  Most of Survival seems to run just fine, but may I suggest that you actually take DCL's Sasha out of the JSON of possible escorts next version?

It's a bit too late for me to do much about it this time round - I really can't go that far back as it's real days worth of play - but Sasha can get totally broken and even Kimy doesn't know how I might fix things - see below

Otherwise, thanks your work on what is a fun, and challenging, mod  ?

Yeah both the prebuilt JSON and the Escort Scanner could use some work. I don't know enough about the all the mods build into the included JSON file to know who should or shouldn't be included, but both Chloe and Sasha from DCL should probably not be included by default, as there are events that have to happen before they function as a normal follower.

The scanner though I have some ideas how to change:

As it is right now there are only two options available you can either accept an entire block of actors and see the next block, or deny the block of actors and stop the scanner.

The most basic change would be a third option to deny the block of actors but keep scanning.

Though a fourth option to deny specific actors from the block would be nice too. Would probably take some work to make that happen, I will try and look through that code in the next couple days and make it myself, will provide the completed script (and source) if I can manage to make it work without ESP changes. edit: It will almost definitely require ESP edits, and I expected this, will still provide the files if I can get it to work, but would require rebuilding it for future versions if they edit the script or ESP, and the script in question is the MCM script... so fun.

SL Triggers is literally just an improved version of sexlbutil1

But be mindful that SL triggers is for SE and for some of its features it uses consoleutil for skse64, I believe the license removal triggers are done through the console so those specifically probably won't actually work.

I wanted to test the Toll System today :D
But I did not get very far before encountering some problems:

1. Toll "Jobs"

I set the Jobs to 10. But I got out with only 2.
I chose "mark my body" and "drop on knees"

Then the guy said "you already paid your toll"
This was too easy :(

Happened in Whiterun.

In Riften now it seems to work. But I cant test since the Jobs seem bugged.

2. There is no option to dance, I have radiant prostitution installed

3. When I chose "Drop on knees" Job no animation played but the guy still says "I sucked his balls dry"

4. Slaverun quest starts with force walk/leash to the camp before the gates. This quest is incompatible with Survival Toll because the PC cannot leave the door, cannot pay the toll and cant to tasks without breaking the Slaverun Quest.
I had to disable Toll to complete the quest and then put back on afterwards

5. I can set "Devices needed for toll" to 0 and then still ask to be bound and get a job done (shouldent be possible)

6. When do jobs regenerate? I can do a job only once per day?

3. Yes. Fixed next version.

4. The door should actually be unlocked if the player is ai driven. I suspect piss poor path finding. coc whiterunexterior04

6. When you've completed a full set or fully paid.

Perhaps, and stop me if I'm talking Japanese here but, perhaps actors should not be a member of PotentialFollowerFaction until ah.... they are potentially a follower. Ah but that's just crazy talk.

Hmm no that is perfectly fair.

This is a problem of assumptions I guess, as the followers were created when there weren't any (mainstream?) mods that would attempt to recruit non own-mod specific followers outside of the top level dialogue tree, it was assumed that by blocking the top level dialogue tree from being entered they could prevent recruiting the follower before they should become available as such, so they saved themselves the hassle of having to add them to the faction at the point the follower does become available for recruiting.

They possibly did this because they also use the PotentialFollowerFaction as a way to bypass other blocking dialogues, forcegreets, or similar events that the actors in question should not be participating in.
