They want to have the trophy in hand as well as see rule revisions before they cease their sports hooliganism.

Blue was united against orange. Now that orange might be gone, blue has no more common enemy so the different factions within blue don't have to pretend to work together anymore. Each and every faction thought it could use the others as tools to get what they want but I suppose the establishment always wins.

Their machinations may yet be beyond any normal mortal comprehension.

With all the identity 'issues' of today I don't know where to start, which means I probably just shouldn't.

Just because you identify as nonbinary doesn't mean you should stop listening to your doctor. People don't need an excuse to be stupid. They just are.

90% of people don't even know where other countries are located so it shouldn't be surprising:

I like geography so a lot of this is cringe to me - although there was one of these type videos and one of the 'interviewees' looked familiar.... I'm 99.9% sure it was Annie Cruz from Kink.com, because geography isn't the only thing I like....

I was quite pleased to see a porn star had a better grasp of cartography compared to the typical person chosen.

People outsourced their knowledge to google a long time ago. There's no need to learn anything if everything is just a click away.

First it was through the word of mouth, then through written language, then the internet came along and blew those other things out of the water. Even then it is still just another source of information.

People have outsourced their knowledge to others the very instant that there was another sapient being within earshot to take on the burden of memory and cognition off of them, leaving them free to do more important things (which they could probably not identify, having given over their thinking duties to someone else).

Went to Youtube to watch a John Kirkwood cooking video and the pages would load BUT I was getting that 'An error occurred. Try again later. (Playback ID xxxxxxxxxx)'.  Huh?  Okay, I haven't installed anything new and I know my system is clean.  Come to find out Youtube just wigs out for no reason and wants you to delete all your cookies and reinstall the browser.  And now it works again. :classic_wacko:
