Very interesting. I loved XP a lot before Win 7 which is still on our home computer.

We all know about Windows XP and we know that a couple of years ago, in 2014, it was left without support. But the users of one country do not care at all. In fact, Windows XP is used more there than Windows 10 and Windows 11 (market share exceeds 50%). That country is Armenia.

According to the Statcounter website, Windows XP is found on as many as 53.5% of computers in Armenia. The second is Windows 10 with 32.8%, the third is Windows 7 with 11.97%. This is followed by Windows 8.1 with 1.53%, Windows 8 with 0.17% and Windows Vista with 0.03%. It should also be said that the presence of Windows XP in Armenia has only grown and grown over the years. In November 2018, that percentage was 30%, in December 2019 it was 41%, and in June 2020 it was 43.44%.

Will Windows 11 succeed in removing Windows XP from the throne? It remains to be seen.

If the game's art or gameplay is keeping you from playing the game then I can respect that but the fanbase really?

I have a friend who didn't like the design of the main character. What they said is a legit complaint.

Something can only be ruined by a fanbase if one is afraid of being associated with that fanbase. Not everyone goes out of their way to identify with fandom groups to act as some kind of social lightning rod.

Considering that updating Skyrim Special Edition to Anniversary Edition will render mods which have not been updated incompatible with it for the time being, players must ask themselves one question: Do they want Pork(ing) or Fish(ing)?

I am wondering if it is better to change a game too much or to not do enough when remastering it. Then, there is what Rockstar Games/Grove Street did that has me wondering what they actually accomplished and what they were trying to do.

@FauxFurry Wait, what? I just installed everything to just find out that the game got an update. An update???? I think i still have the old version on my other hard drive. Because nothing is working with the new version. I hate Steam with this auto update stuff.

What they accomplished is trying to sell you a few decades old games for 60 dollars or however much in your local currency.

Maybe they hung a Mission Accomplished banner in their offices after this release? They failed to win my heart or mind but they got their war booty.

No matter how many people refunded the game, they still are bound to hold onto to more than enough earnings to offset the costs of remastering the games.

EA shits the bed. Rockstar shits the bed. Activision Blizzard shits the bed then sets it on fire.

 

It's amazing how many western game publishers manage to run themselves into icebergs these last few months. Something in the water?

They'll burn the earth to make money

 

Whether people like the finished product is the least of their concerns. They're probably sucking money out of the pockets of 5 year olds or rather their parents.
