The Chloe quest is working working pretty well for me, but there are a couple of oddities. I'm at the point where Chloe and My character are in restraints, but now every time I load a save Chloe dumps all her stuff into my inventory. The result is My character is "carrying too much and cannot run" - well actually she can't even walk. Now it's easy enough to sort out, I just have to "trade some things" with Chloe and put all that stuff back into her inventory, but it is pretty annoying. That leads to the second oddity - when I give Chloe back all her stuff I included her roughspun tunic,  which she immediately equips - unequipping the outfit that should be on her . If I take the tunic back, she reequips the correct outfit.

 

By the way, I am running DCL 7.1, and this is on a new game.

I have to agree here, is it possible to please either change it to a specific location OR remove the stamina depletion/regeneration penalties? Because this is insanely frustrating to have to wander to each location in Skyrim at a snail’s pace with no guarantee I’m going to find anything. I am otherwise quite enjoying the mod by the way. :D

Dont remove the stamina  penalty.
But increase the drop chance :D  out of 5 boss chests i used console (lel..)

For some mods the order of install does matter. For example the XPMSE skeleton must never be overwritten by other mod, just in case you can install it last. The loading order matters, and for that i recommend you download LOOT and run it. It will sort the mods to right order with a press of a button. But i can give a rough guideline incase you want to know what working order looks like:

I'll be honest. I use Ordinator, which heavily reduces stamina regen. This current playthrough i'm planning on a fisticuffs khajiit, so i'm going to have stamina perks on armor, but normally i don't have stamina increasing gear. This, combined with how i'm also using Yiffy Age (digitigrade beast races) makes any kind of boot look absolutely absurd (which isn't Kimy's fault, i don't want to imply that). So that means that boots or hobble skirts are extremely punishing. 

So I have two ways to cope. If a mod forcefully equips boots, a simple "player.unequipall" fixes that, then I can go back and manually interact with the gear I "Consent" to wearing. Everything else is visually unequipped, and doesn't apply effects. Then I just interact with the item in inventory if i need to remove it or a quest requires me to have an item equipped.
The other is just to use "player.setav speedmult 200" and "player.setav staminarate 14" (both values can be tweaked as i wish) to make things far more sane. Dunno if Bad Dog or his crew of modders plan on making more beast-type devices, though they did an excellent job of making more sane gags and collars.

Back to this question - sorry for that by the way. In debug my character is shown as essential and not vulnerable to rape even when, like said, actors approach like they mean it and all. Could this be the issue? If so, I'm a bit lost what causes it.

Just throwing out a suggestion. A set of inflatable plugs that randomly expand and contract every hour or so. Potentially making it easy or impossible to move down to luck. Can only be removed when both plugs are empty or with 'help' from the Dollmaker.

Naked Dungeons is a hand grenade. Install with care.

 

Sounds like DCL cannot find the animations it wants to use. This could be related to its use of bound animations that your other mods aren't using, could be related to aggressive animations, though solicitation would tend to rule that out.

 

As DCL calls sexlab the same way other mods do, the only way it would not work when others do work is because:

  • It uses different animations that aren't registered.
  • Your DCL has lost its SexLab quest properties, so when it tries to call SexLab it hits a None reference.
  • Your SexLab install is corrupt.

 

Check your papyrus log.

Anyone had a problem with duplicate messages when trying to either equip or unlock any devious devices? Sometimes I'm successfully opening the device in the first message and then the next one appears to tell me that I dropped the key, or when I'm trying to equip something from inventory it double asks me to either "Put it on" or "Carry on".

Most likely (but by no means certain) it's a mod that is messing with animation overrides.

 

Sounds like it's looking at your char to decide what animation you're using, then restoring it over and over.

 

If you have any animation replacers, mods with crawling, mods with flying, dual-sheath etc, try testing with them disabled.

Use new games, don't forget to re-FNIS and don't use a Mator Smash.

 

Another possibility is that your DD is crashing a lot. Is there a clue in your Papyrus log?

I have no f*cking idea what happened, but it is now fixed. I literally changed no skyrim-related things, so it might have been the computer restart or idk. Crazy skyrim shenanigans, sometimes I don't know why I even bother. I have several other problems with my skyrim as is, but atm none worth enough to try and fix it.

Thanks for the help and ideas though, might be useful later anyway.

Exactly what I did. I'd be willing to get 1-2, maybe 3-4 chests even with that speed I was able to walk, but any more sounds just way too timeconsuming to me - not the getting of the chests, but walking with that speed for so long, and especially knowing it was a low random chance, and not just a limited time of doing it.

 

I modified my speedmult with console at first, to walk a bit faster (still slower than normal speed though), but then eventually after a few chests I consoled the lost shipment to me.

 

Admittedly, it can depend much on being able to changing the character's speed through other means, like spells or other mods (like being a vampire gives movement speed, at least with "better vampires"), but the other way is true too, other mods decreasing movement speed, like being tired and several other possible effects.

 

A possible "solution" would be needing not just one item but multiple ones - how many could be set through mcm beforehand, like a number between 1-10 or something - and those dropping with 100% from boss chests one at a time. Or even having fix locations to go to instead of random drop.

 

UNLESS of course it is actually bugged and it should drop easily and it just didn't.

I got this on the second chest, but it still took over 5 hours IIRC, and that was WITH speed boosts via setav - though I do have perma-slow movement in my game to start with.

 

Previously, I suggested:

 

1) change into defined quest target location, so the item will definitely be there - this makes most sense storywise

 

2) change gear so it's not a massive slowdown, but adds some other interesting penalties and trade-offs.

 

For example, gear has speed-up effect, but has plugs that sometimes disrupt spell casting and prevents wearing armor.

Does anyone have problems with the combat surrender not sending the PC back to the start of the area? Unless i turn on hardcore, she just stands there and I can’t move or open the item menu.

 

Granted this may be a result of my terrible ability to mod my game properly but if anyone knows what it might be that would be highly appreciated.

I have a problem in which the changes to your body that occur when sufficiently aroused seem to stop applying after a while, what gives?

It'll work while in the starting area of LAL, but once out in the wide world it'll stop applying, not aware of any specific triggers as arousal comes and goes.

Could it have to do with DDi's nifnode-scaling while wearing a bra? Though it affects the butt as well..

 

Regarding The Bound Queen

It is a great quest that I wish didn't end the way it did, is there any plans to expand on it? Having it "end" with you either enduring your predicament forever(?) or disposing of Thulius (or acquiring the key) just seem a bit abrupt considering all the hardships we've been through.

There was also a hint of mindbreak going on with the character ever more desperate at each interaction, but through reading the diary it's revealed it wasn't so. 

Multiple choices would be neat.

The armor-bonus from the devices doesn't seem to apply.

 

An option to prevent the "breast yoke" from being chosen from the "droptable" would be swell since it doesn't like beast/custom-races.

I did like the movement speed, it is supposed to be restraining, making things harder.
Just the long time of no changes..
Oh and the garbage could be just around pub only to make it a bit more reasonable, why he sends you to clean up. Or in the dungeon before.

I’ve been able to fix my issue with the chloe questline managing to get up to the part where Nazeem ‘gives’ you the delivery but for some reason when I try to ask Chloe what happened it stops after talking about h ow she would usually play with them but never got binded in her own delivery. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, this happens to me too, there is a 5 seconds fade to black scene, aggresors are running away and then everyone just comes back where they were.

Sounds like SexLab is trying to play an animation for you, and failing.

 

Maybe the problem is in your SexLab animation configuration?

 

If it helps, I do not have hardcore enabled, but in the situation you describe, the PC would be raped by enemies, and then ported, or more likely not ported and expected to make a run for it in the grace period before enemies get aggressive again.

Hey, I seem to be having a problem with Chloe’s quest. When it says “head deeper into the ruins,” there’s a pile of ash where the deadfall used to be and no matter how many times I use it, despite it teleporting me to the bridge, it won’t advance the quest. I’ve also noticed that the Bound Girls are being equipped with clothing before I release them, like already wearing the Stormcloak armour and boots. Also can somebody explain the Xdff thing that people keep bringing up? Oh and I know the PROPER answer is “stop being a cheating bastard,” but is there any way to make the combat attacks/rape work with the Immortal Mode console command? I don’t mind getting my butt kicked and abused now and again, I just don’t want to die. Thank you very kindly ?

Ignore the marker, instead read the quest log about what you need to do.

I’ll double check once I get home but I think there stopped being imperial corpses past that point and going into the cave where you’d meet the bear in the vanilla start or Ralof and Hadvar in Live Another .Life.
