Thornagar Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 Hi everyone, So I installed the new dcl 7.0.2 patch and the new DDX, DDI yet when I log into the game it still sais that I am in patch 6.4 and even when I import settings it doesent tell me that they are from an old patch. I also dont see any new sliders for instance whore collar

I also dont see any new sliders for instance whore collar I was also expecting to see the Whore Collar in the MCM, but I didn't see anything. So I looked at the DCUR MCM script to be sure. There is no Whore Collar slider or toggle in the MCM. The version number is also still the same because it looks like Kimy forgot to change the version number. Forgetting to change a version number is just an easy thing to forget. I understand why this is confusing, I also thought I did something wrong at first.

Rubber Arrears - Did the quest three times, each time the dress was briefly removed then reequipped at the end of the quest, needing a Free Me* to get out of it. The captured thieves were a bit iffy on starting their trip. After the teleport twice they would not move, reloading from before talking to them and trying again fixed it. I don't know if is related but both times they refused to move there were enemies near by after the teleport. Something I would love to see, if it is not too hard to add, is interactions or asides in dialog with the Dollmaker. If you have finished Chloe's quest, on occasion when you talk to Dollmaker she will inquire if Chloe is doing any better working for you then when Chloe was in her employ, or if you have purchased Sasha she will want to make sure that you are pleased with Sasha's training. If you have Chloe and/or Sasha along they may offer advice or comments on the jobs Dollmaker offers. Maybe Chloe liked or didn't like the advertising job when she had to do it in the past? Maybe Sasha is looking forward to seeing how you look in the billboard suit? A slightly different greeting if you visit wearing one of the outfits she "gifts" you after you have finished the related quest. In particular I am thinking of the outfit you get as part of the reward for finishing Supply and Demand and how she said she enjoys seeing you wear it. Could also include thanking you for your enthusiasm for showing up wearing the suit for the advertising job after it is already unlocked or that she is happy to see you are enjoying any of the premium gear you are wearing after receiving the key for it. Edit to Add: *While using the Free Me command to get out of the dress I noticed it removed some, but not all of the Premium gear equipped on Chloe at that time. I forgot to go back and check all what is it misses, I did not have the full set with me at the time. 2

Clockwinding Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 Hello, more bugs found -the dialogue line to "stop dominating me" appears even when sasha is not dom -sasha's vibrator control stops immediately after starting, so we can't even tease her anymore... -dom sasha never removes the hobble dress when she puts you in one by demanding it (when she puts you in a catsuit she has a demand to remove it, the hobble dress does not?). it's also escapable. -gameplay self-locked if sasha puts you in a yoke as punishment since she takes all keys now, and you don't have a third party mod to manage it. -XDFF framework starts ok but stops after a few seconds (already read that one before but still writing it) Gl for fixing the pages of things both here and for DD... the mods are awesome.

The only problem was when the fast-travel sequence ended, the customer was invisible due to the HDT problem. Probably the HDT chain on her chain-set. Perhaps I should have purchased less effective restraints? I disable-enabled her, and she appeared, but she never reapplied her yoke animation, even after swimming. I guess this is a minor flaw in DD. It might need to reapply animations when certain events occur? As the hobble dress slowdown is a bit extreme, it meant that it took me approx five REAL hours to find the customer, I probably won't repeat that quest. I don't have that kind of time to spend on it, and the only hazard on such a walk is wolves, the odd spider, and overdosing on alchemy ingredients. Even at 150% speed, it's glacial. I could have cheated to go even faster (perhaps a lot faster), but that seemed like it would short-circuit the time-limit aspect of the quest, and I would certainly not be getting the experience as Kimy intended. To offset the speed cheat, I took a carriage from Windhelm to Riften, which wasted plenty of game hours and saved me some real ones. It might be more fun if an alternative costume were used for this quest, as it is in many ways a great quest - but the slowdown part is like many other quests. Perhaps a rubber suit, zero armor, and blocks all armor locations, acts as a harness and has a full set of vibrators that really love it when you cast spells? In fact, why not give the suit a speed boost!? I mean really, why does everything have to slow downs, every single time? The Dollmaker should say it's to "help you" with the task. Then you'd have to run from enemies, because fighting them would be risky, probably hopeless. If the suit sprouted a balloon hood when you run out the timer ... well ... it would have to be optional. Walking everywhere really slowly was kind of fun ... I guess back in the early days of DD3 ... but it loses its impact after a few years An alternative "fix" would be to let players pick the speed debuff on that dress, and also let them pick the time allowance, so they can make it hard, or easy, up to them. Obviously, it's somewhat more like fun if you fail, apart from travelling back to Dawnstar riding on the back of a tortoise. So maybe I should retry it and fast travel everything, just to see if it's possible to succeed. But the boatman was missing from Dawnstar when I started, and I wondered if that was by design. I'm sure there are many other ways it could be changed, either a little or a lot, just trying to put forward some positive examples.
Lupine00 Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 After completing the Dollmaker sequence, and doing all the existing quests, there's a sense of incompleteness, and a sort of anti-climax. After the big "bang" of the Chloe quest, it seems like the Dollmaker gets increasingly "hands off" with you. There's no sense of progression, more a sense of fading out or drifting away; becoming less relevant. It's as if the Dollmaker, as a character, and now as a set of quest features, is screaming out for a "main quest sequence" that follows the existing quests (that make a great story start, but are neither a middle, nor an end) and presumably involve the progressive semi-consensual rubberisation of the Dragonborn, and then ultimately an ending sequence, where the player chooses to escape and undo what's been done to them (more tasks) or embraces it (and do the rest of the game as some kind of rubberdoll). That's just the genre and the arc we have here. It's how that story goes. Yes, yes, I know if such content could just be pulled out of magic hat we'd already have it. A bunch more quests would be a whole lot of work for ... someone ... logically Kimy, but not necessarily so. Months of work. I don't really expect it to happen, can't even reasonably ask for such a thing, but I can still dream of it. And yes, there are the collar quests, and Bound Queen, but of those only the rubber doll collar ties into previous events at all or has a Dollmaker connection. It would make a great start to the middle, a first taste of the lure of rubber, but it's not really made as part of a story. And yes, none of it was really made as a story in any sense at all, but a story starts to emerge nonetheless. Humans are good at seeing narratives where they don't exist, imagining conspiracies that explain chance events, and creating stories to explain the inexplicable. The Dollmaker quests now have such a strong start, you can palpably, positively feel the lure of entering the true middle of that story. Credit, and thanks again to Kimy, for making something that triggers the imagination so intensely, and provides a great deal of entertainment. 3

Graphic67 Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 @Kimy One more quick note on the Chloe quest: Using the regular carriage hire option breaks the quest and when there are several mods adding dialogue options, the quest specific option is quite far down in the list. Perhaps an early quest message (breaking the fourth wall) reminding the player to always search for the quest labeled dialogue option. Other notes: On occasion, when transferring restraints to Chloe or attempting to sell for gold to the Dollmaker, a few items will be locked on to the player rather than transferring. The items affected seemed to be repeatable, but will test more and provide a list if this issue is specific to certain items. [Edit to add items: Black Ebonite Gag (Ball) (Harness); Red Ebonite Pony Boots; Rusty Iron Prisoner Chains. Transferred over two dozen other items without issue.] Commerce with the Dollmaker seems broken: When selling either restraint or non-restraint wearable items, the Dollmaker gold gets never drops below 50K and the player gold doesn't increase once that 50K mark is reached. Purchases made from the Dollmaker work, but the gold added is not available for selling items back. I suspect that having 50K+ gold is causing the commerce system to bug-out and that will be a risk even with more modest starting gold if and when the player purchases several of the high-gold items offered. The Dollmaker blade is totally AWESOME! I think a Dollmaker staff would be even more fun!
TurboNerd Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 I hit a bandit with the Dollmaker sword and she went flying, and was subsequently bound tight. Then my follower killed her. So the next time I told my follower to wait and hit another bandit with Dollmaker and she went flying and was bound tight. I ordered her to follow me and headded for the Slaver in Whiterun in order to sell her. On arrival at Whiterun she was immediately attacked by gaurds and citizens alike and took a knee. After about five itterations of her staggering to her feet and being struck down again I ran ahead to the slaver and sold her quick. Perhaps her faction memberships could use adjusting? Not a high priority for my character. She found out that if she takes the bandit's valuables and lets her go she also gets the bondage devices to play with Note: Script performance on my setup has sucked since I upgraded to DD 4.2 and DCL 7. (I have always used low performance mode for my 3.2GHz i7.) On my alternate profile which does not have DCL, there are no script performance problems. If anybody can point me to some instructions on how to profile scripts to find out which are hogging the VM, I will do my best to help diagnose this. I could use the knowlege for my own scripting efforts.

Isn't there a note in the CK docs about this very thing? You can't give vendors oodles of cash, though you can run a script to top them up whenever they drop below a limit. (Vendor cash is stored in a signed short, or something equally ridiculous that would have been a joke even when Morrowind was new). I forgot to mention a bug with combat defeat. After entering an unarmed state due to the Dollmaker equipping me with the dress for Arrears, I entered combat. The result was immediate surrender, without being hit at all - also got the "Your enemies lay eyes on you again." message. As Chloe was still up, she one-hit killed the offending attacker - a wolf I think - and the surrender was aborted. Presumably, some state is not being cleared from previous surrenders, with regard to the message. Doing Leon's quest, you are still able to access the "Big hard cock" dialog, even after being belted, double-plugged and ball-gagged. Speaking of Chloe, she seems pretty well balanced for strength. Not overpowered, but still useful.

xlvs Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 Few inputs from myself: - Items during Leon's/bondage quest seem to be misplaced in that house and a lot of stuff is scattered on the ground. - At some point the guard in the house starts to speak like bandit - (You are close enough, or something along the line) - I am using OBIS - may be there is a conflict? - There was an option to skip Leon's quest and simply say - I need a strong hand to lead me to Leah or Leon and dominant follower gameplay would start. Now I don't see this option. - After dismissing Leon he has habit to follow me. May be conflict with AFT? - Got trapped by f*cking tentacle parasite - strangely it registers both - as parasite and as chasity belt and I am getting dialog options to remove chasity and tentacles. For the chasity did a quick adventure quest (I got teleported near Whiterun, by mage in Dragonsreach) but it did not change anything with parasite and chasity removement dialog is still enabled. - Removing tentacles requires brewing some kind of mixture but I can't use any crafting station - character instantly exits them (cooking pot in Breezehome including) Optional "wishlist": - Make Leon and Leah optional parts of the game. - Give an option to turn on Dominant Follower feature as part as follower dialog - if possible.

You can change the debuff at the DDI Menu. if you shut down high hell debuff and dress debuff you should get 0 debuff. i would wish to also get a slide for the heels debuff.

KLongad Sirtup Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 @Kimy - You unfortunately still haven't removed Zaz as a master for at least one of the modules. The DCL-LAL plugin requires this file. There's a dependency line within the ModuleConfig.xml file specifying Zaz as well which needs to be removed. So a hot fix update will likely be required or a re-upload to fix this!!
