Unfortunatly, I have t o report a "bug". When lauching a new game the V7 "break" something (and another life doesn't start - So The carriage scene begin). The strange thing is that when reverting to V6.4 I have the same problem... which was not present before installing the V7. I launch FNIS after, try to redo the patches (Bashed, smash patch, skyprocess), try to launch the game without patch, etc... So, I am stuck for now... just need to wait that you find a solution ? And before anyone asks, no this wasn't why Sasha was missing You can try HDT Invisibility Fix from here: http://towawot.blogspot.com/2016/07/hdt-invisibility-fix.html (it's in Japanese but there is Google translate...). And no, I am not talking about changing velocity in those ini files. The fix (dl from Mediafire) is a SKSE plugin, which works extremely well. I tested with 10 followers wearing Iron Prisoner's Chains and haven't encountered that nasty invisibility issue at all. On the other hand, sometimes player still could get invisible. This fix has an ini file which seems to allow extending the fix from only followers to everyone, but I didn't bother testing that, since the PC invisibility issue happens very rarely and re-equipping HDT items always solves it.

I think you are on to something. I removed Billys animations and that dropped me down to about 10000. loaded a save then tried to start a new game and I had no issues. So now I am down loading DCL 7.0 to give it another try. I think it mite work this time.

You might have been close to the limit before updating and simply crossed it afterwards. Easy check is reducing the anim count.

I don't want to get the chastity belt on refusal. All the options I mess with don't seem to change that specific outcome. Am I missing the option for what happens post refusal on that?

When you are doing this quest you have to click the little purple smoldering piles in Riften proper not down in the Ratway. I found seven or eight easily just wandering around the city. For me it was buggy as I had to hit the ~ key and then type tcl to toggle clip mode. Over half of the piles were below the surface of the city streets and one was in the well in the middle of town and totally unreachable. Toggling clip allowed me to find and interact with them all. It was a tad bugged but I was able to finish it with the tcl trick. Hope it helps.

Johannason Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 So I just reinstalled everything to take advantage of the DCL update. Figured while I'm at it, I'd also update from my very outdated Nexus Mod Manager and use Vortex. For the most part, there's a huge improvement on load times, but I'm having a hiccup with Bodyslide. All my outfits look like this, and I don't know how to fix it.

There is a note with one of them (if I recall correctly). 3

But afrter finding letter in cave i was stopped by gate near way out and no options to open it. Had to move through gate by cheating and after entering open world all goes ok. I have some cosmetic problem. After reinstalling v7 i see red upper face parts on Chloe and Sasha. In v6.4 all was ok, other DCL npcs are ok, but had not meet them all yet.
MrBig Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 I completed supply and demand and when the dollmaker removes the devices she didn't remove the maid boots. I tried to use free me but they didn't get removed with that either. I ended up using additemmenu to look at DCLs keys and finding the one that worked. 1

I don't see any new options (Whore Collar not listed in Events, for example) and Version in Debug has 6.4. Content seems to be there - I'm seeing Dareboxes and Whore Collars and whatnot in AddItemMenu, and the Chloe quest is triggering, but the MCM just seems surprisingly unchanged.

You are not alone with this issue. I have reinstalled DCUL two times before I understood that this is just not updated string in debug menu. XD

Spoiler I found it crashed my game - I would after many successful save-loads, suddenly get a reliable, 100% crash on loading a save, out of nowhere - disabling this plugin made the save load. As it never fixed invisibility problems for me either, there was no benefit in having it. Hardware situations and drivers differ and are highly relevant to this; and it is now well understood that there is no complete fix for this problem, only mitigations that reduce the frequency, and which work better for some hardware than others. Ironically, if your machine can run Snapdragon at 60FPS (or in my case, Caffeine using Snapdragon DoF and palette, which is admittedly not the same as full-fat Snapdragon), you are more likely to see this problem than somebody running on a laptop without a dedicated GPU at 15FPS in Breezehome. While you can moderate it somewhat with driver tools, it seems that the loading phases cause the engine to potentially desync and run multi-renders per update, which exacerbates this problem. It might be the single-threaded loading fix makes this problem worse. There may well be a render-intensive loading screens mod that can help here, but it's not an angle I've explored yet. Anyway, we all love HDT items But they do go crazy sometimes, even under ideal circumstances. Adding them to a crucial quest NPC creates a potential "vanishing character" problem that is easily avoided by putting her in a yoke, or something like that - maybe one of the less used yokes? It's great to see some new devices cropping up in the quests, and just generally. The "modern" maid outfit is getting a much bigger role now. Loving it.

When I looked in the facetints directory, I found there were a lot of deletable .tga files in there as well as the .dds files. These tga files are likely harmless, but I don't think they need to be there either. However, many of the tint files do not contain ... what I would have expected ... they look like corrupt data, not facetints. Either the CK is spitting out junk, or they got corrupted by ordinator somehow? I guess it would probably be fine to splat over the dodgy tints with files from some other, similar, NPC?

This can happen if there is a skin texture mod active (like CBBE with skin) in the load order when the mod saved in CK. What can fix this is loading DCL in CK with a minimal load order, just the required mods and no more. Then Highlight all the affected actors in CK and re export their facegen data. (CTRL-F4)
