Edit: Wikipedia also thought that the expression in question could originally be derived back to the Aeneid where Virgil says "it is easy to go down to hell." Of course, coming back is another matter entirely and that is why Oblivion rocks!

Correct. The angle was necessary to actually still be standing in Worikstead (note the corrected spelling-sorry, it's a running gag).

I appreciate that. You are not the first to tell me and won't be the last because to play this game fairly you shouldn't be messing with the scene (it could confuse someone). For that, and other reasons, I still use vanilla (for that and almost nothing else - but that is a story for another day).

Eek, that was from a while back but yes I think it was Cragwallow Slope from memory and I do remember all those damn mages in there. I found it by accident just poking around (as you do)

Always thought that was an odd bit of architecture for a fort, there's another unnamed ruin of a fort not far away that has the remnants of a similar column arrangement.  Always wondered if that ruin was a fort or a temple.

I know... we're supposed to name the frost troll sneaking up behind you... that's a toughy I never got his name!  Ranged kills don't ya know.  No wait, were we supposed to guess the location of the unnamed shrine of Talos below and behind the glacier in front of you?

It was supposed to be the nord tomb that you can see and the ruined nord city that I am actually in. I did have to climb on a pile of rubble to get this but I AM still in the city. If I could fast travel to this very spot the city name would appear. But that is neither here nor there because I'm going to give everyone else a chance.
