You are looking for a religiously themed dungeon on Solstheim which is the location for the DLC Dragonborn which includes the character Miraak.

I even used the search engine for "Rona" and only found Bestial Essence which says she runs a ferry on the north coast but the trees in this picture clearly scream "The Rift!"
Kuroyami Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 Looks like one of the farms south of Bruma in the Beyond Skyrim - Bruma mod. May or may not have been one that was in Oblivion as well - though it may be the same location with a different name.
