Devious Devices - Integration 4.3a (2019-09-10)

Hey I have a problem not sure how to fix it, I am trying this mod on a new character and so far it's all fine but now I'm doing the quest for zed and one of the items must be in solstheim so I'm trying to get there. However, Everytime I board the ship it interrupts the scene with either the plugs vibrating or absent minded touching and then the game is just stuck with me having a faded camera and no move options. What should I do here?

 

Don't remember having this problem, but there are a few potential solutions. First, turn hardcore effects off in the DD menu. Dunno if that would really help you though.

 

Second, try using player.unequipall right before you get on the boat. This can temporarily disable the DD stuff, so if the vibration is breaking the scene, this should prevent that. If you can successfully get to Solstheim, you can just go into the inventory menu, try to unequip it so the menu pops up, then choose to leave it on. This will cause the DD items to continue working again.

 

 

Hardcore effects didn't work but unequippall worked to get me there without causing the quest to stop, thank you you saved my game.

 

Well I got to solsteim but the item is in a place that is impossible to get to without going through almost all of the db questline and there is no way I'm gonna be stuck with an magic plug and chastity belt through all that, so I'm rolling back, but thx for the help it did work.

How do I stop/cancel the Sergius' Experiment quest?

 

I've tried:

 

1. player.unequipall

2. MCM for DDi - > Set difficulty from 185 to 1.

3. Tried to unlock devious belt with key

4. get message about not having the right key.

 

also tried:

 

5. setstage zaddSGQuest 100

6. completequest zaddSGQuest

7. Player.removeitem <id> 1

 

The belt remains.Please help!

Ideally, you would resolve this through the questline. IIRC, the Sergius belt is a special belt, so it doesn't use regular keys, and IDK about it being able to be lockpicked or otherwise removed through the "standard" mechanics.

 

In emergencies, there is a way to remove it through the console, but this is somewhat convulted to prevent you from just removing the belt anytime it inconvenienced you. I'm too tired to walk you through the process, but there are multiple people who have addressed this in this thread. If you're still stuck, I should be on in the morning.

Just keep in mind that you are looking for the Sergius belt, not a pair of boots, as in the case of my  link.

Sooo, is there a console command you can use for the forbidden tome? Because I have a mod that overhauls Winterhold college so no bookshelf. =w=

 

Edit: So the bookshelf I found it, it was inside another bookshelf, but the quest fails to start. =o

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

 

A few days ago my harddrive broke down and I've had to completely reinstall skyrim and all of the mods I use.

But now whenever I equip certain Devices they clip through and into the body, an example being the Chastity bra pretty much dissapearing into the back of my character.

I'm using the regular CBBE body and the correct skeleton, and I've even tried reinstalling them but nothing seems to work.

I should have gotten all the mods I had previously and it worked perfectly back then.

I do vaguely remember having had similar problems back when I first started using Loverslab, but I don't remember if or how I fixed them or even if they somehow fixed themselves.

 

The game is still playable but it looks and feels really weird to have them clip through like that so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont really know if this belongs here, but since there are other Problems already posted here i just add it for now.

I don't know why this is happening, but when my Character is gagged and speaks to someone, the "Speech Debuff" effect isn't deactivating after ending the conversation. it keeps going on and giving her the 80% Speechcraft penalty, even when i unlock the gag she is wearing. This beeing hard enough when trying to brter with merchants, the "Mmph" Dialoge only works on the first person she talks to, if she manages to pass the Gag-Talk, she can just walk on to any other person, speaking normaly from there on. 

Any Idea why this is happening ?

I cannot see any cuffs or belts on my character. I have never had this problem before and I've tried reinstalling assets and integration. Please help.

Is sexlab aroused optional for those features, or is it a hard requirement?

Those frequent scans might be too much for my PC, plus I am using SAM body it might not be 100% compatible?

Use the "Redux" version http://www.loverslab.com/topic/37652-sexlab-aroused-redux-1-december-2015/

 

It uses a much less script intensive way to scan AND allows you to control how often the scans are done so you can fine tune it to keep the overhead of using it under control. (Not to mention fixes some bugs in the original).

Is there a fix for chastity belts and harnesses for the Ningheim race (UNP)? There is heavy clipping in the front, even at 0 weight.

Not sure if that's the right place to ask, but i will try anyway. I have the problem, that worn rings allways got unequipped, when an armbinder is applied.

Using Deviously Cursed Loot for my devious experience mostly, so i am not sure if that problem snaps in from there. But even Kimy uses some "special" armbinders,

the problem stays even i use the standard Ebonit Binder (wich i got via cursed loot). regards

Im having an issue with Sergius' Experiment. I've got the belt and plug equipped, arousal at 100% and the only messages I get are "The plug inside you grows uncomfortably warm and then cools down" twice and then "the plug inside you delivers a jolt, your desires are satisfied"

 

I dont get any message saying the plug is vibrating or anything. I've tried talking to Sergius during every message and he only says the device isnt charged yet.

Hi, I have that "Lookupdevicetype received invalid keyword" problem with devious devices and only with boots both from devious devices expansion and from angeli devious devices. I have searched very much here on several threads for fix for this error but haven't found anything. Have reinstalled all 3 devious device mods (assets, integration and expansion) and also latest Zaz animation pack without any luck  ) Can some1 give me some advice about this issue?

.... Ow. I used to know the string of commands required to move the player to the quest location, but it's a little roundabout. A little google-fu shows these steps:

 

 

1) Enter in the console:

 showquesttargets

to find out what the Quest id of the Forbidden Knowledge quest.

 

2)Then, use:

movetoqt <QuestID>

to teleport to the location.

That should get you to where the quest goal is. Be careful though, some (user made) quests don't set up the quest target correctly, and this either teleports you to a random location (ie, different each time you use the command with no discernable pattern) or to the location of the questgiver. Not sure how that works, but w/e.

Okay, so it turns out to be Fahlbtarz, in Solstheim. But no map marker. Wierd.

 

Anyway, my character is too low-level to whoop riekling butt, so I'll pick a ruin on the mainland to pretend Zed sent me there,  clear it out, teleport by console command, get the gear, coc back, and go on with the game from there. Thanks, kingcupworld.

I've just seen that there are more powerful versions of devious drip (the spell you find in the forbidden bookshelf). Is there any way to get them ingame i've missed? I didn't cheat and try them yet, but i always wanted to make a powerful which deviced by devices for the masses masturbating before hitting her

I just finished the quest 2, and have gotten the rechargeable soulgem recipe from Sergius. But, I can't craft the rechargeable soulgem with amethyst, diamond, and common soulgem as written in the recipe. Is it uncraftable or I got it wrong? I have even tried the flawless one.

You have to take care, that the librarian (guess his name is Urag) sees you when getting the books from the bookcase. Sometimes he just isnt around (sleeping). But be quick, to read anything you need to read (about crafting Devious Devices and keys, if you want to be able to do), some books will be taken away when you get caught.
