After updating DD I get an error upon loading my save game. It reads "An error has occurred with your installation of DD. Please check the log for more information. Error text: Assests is undefined: You're probably running an out of date version of it". I had Assests 2.7 installed but upon receiving this error I updated to 2.75 but still receive the error. Any help?
Min Posted May 23, 2014 Author Posted May 23, 2014 im upgrading to the newest version and when installing expansion, it asks to overwrite some scripts from the new integration. what do i do? I know expansion is older than the integration but will the expansion work if i dont overwrite? i overwrote. idk if its related but i keep getting a fatal error message during sex since i updated. no one is even wearing any devices. And i did a clean save There are a few bugs with 2.7.6's animation filter right now: A new relase (2.8.0) will be out over the weekend, which fixes these, and adds many more features (Including a new configurable Armor/Undies/Devices underneath system). That mod contained dirty edits to the quests used by this mod, which can cause that. If so, seek assistance from the owner of that mod.

CliftonJD Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 further edit: i'm just a gamer here enjoying a great list of mods here at the loverslab posting the bug report with the recommended support links for the further enjoyment of these mods from the next person who comes along - you may not know this but there's a youtube video out there somebody using a similar setup from 7 months ago, his video got so many hits he was asked to and followed it with a video explaining how to recreate the experience along with the 7 month gap causing requirements for it to change, its only surprizing with such a vast group out there who love these mods that the bugs are just now appearing or am i just the first to report the bugs from those that do recieive them. remember in addition that with such a large number of mods involved the users who attempt this have to be able to understand and sort the listorder for it to load without instant ctd's (took me an extra week of setup to fix that) and nergui pointed out something called loot with a nice link directing to a story from a dev who understands load order can be important past the ctd's (i kinda figured as much, just was never sure of it) so i may also get loot soon to confirm or adjust my load order.just like the timelapse between the 2 videos described game progression for me has changed some things involved since the bugs occurred since then i've upp[ed the game difficulty settings from default to expert which caused more frequent vampire attacks in whiterun from the dawnguard plugin and caused the slaves of the "slaverun" mod or the hydra_slavegirls mod to be killed and their cuffs lootable - if worn by the player, both sets are detachable, but the wristcuffs prevent the wearer from unsheathing weapons or casting spells and the ankle cuffs add new "interesting" bondage animations during sex scenes (haven't reached the new rape scenes yet since) that so far appear to offer full support to the locked belt More likely than not, the plug/belt equip order was a fluke Skyrim event, caused by some localized lag in your game: I can't reproduce it, and without a log fixing it is out of the question. The fact that it manifested for just you, after many thousands of players have played through further supports this theory. If you can provide a log reproducing it, I'd be happy to look in to fixing it. The Sex animation filter that this mod implements is quite robust: There's an issue or two with it in 2.7.6 (No creature anim support, and a bug when trying to find animations for 3+ actors), though those are fixed in the current beta. I'm not familiar with the new animations you're speaking of, though I'm happy to hear that the filter is encountering no issues processing those unknown animations. Update: since then i had repeated crashes when i tried to goto "captured dreams" shop (closer igot, the more it crashed) with papyrus logging enabled now i was able to read thru the gibberish to the estrus util and leading upto the estrus chaurus files. had to disable estrus and estrus chaurus from the skyrim modlist then load the game and save it again, then re-enable them again for it to fix so i won't know if this also affected the initial fluke we started with, but the night i started that quest and encountered all this was also the same night i tested the estrus shout for the first time (don't know if that effects it either, could just be merely coincidence, but at least its more explanation to the fluke) Never uninstall mods (Particularly scripted ones, such as Estrus / Estrus Chaurus) mid-play-through. You've condemned your save to an inevitable death by doing so. seems that's may be what's happened here now, after reading your response i checked for an updated estrus version (originally didn't believe there would be an update so soon or i'd have done this first). the update went seemingly well until i held down the estrus shout as if to cast a longer shout and received a message as if i'd picked up a note "you need to reinstall estrus", the following pages gave the directions on re-installing and said to rerun fnis when that's done - the saved games won't run at all after reinstalling estrus (just freezes up).....going to try using an older save from earlier the day before i used the prolonged shout and followed the letter's instructions to reinstall, maybe it was just a bug that run i shouldn't have saved, but i doubt it, its probably botched from the original re-install like you said

Such a repository exists, though it is semi-private (Only given out to Modders + Beta Testers). I've always preferred more of a cathedral approach to development, myself; Plus if it were public it would make it harder for Zadil to build up hype for releases, as he is wont to do. A full copy of the source code is included with every release, and modders developing a mod using DD are encouraged to contact me to be invited. EDIT: I might change development models at some point in the future, though I currently have no plans to.
circ Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 I noticed in the console that there were varying degrees of vibration or something on the plugs. I guess with varying degrees of arousal increase. What are the tiers and which plug goes where, so to speak?

AshenWolf Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 i dont know if this been asked or reported but, i think there's a bug with armbinder, i give it to my follower (so she will stop freaking attacking every time i failed at stealing) but she still do her idles and sometime she just completely ignores armbinder and attacks as if she never been bounded. (and somehow created weapons out of thin air. the heck?). once she starts attacking, she stays like that, ignoring the effect of armbinder till i re-equip it. geez. i was hoping i could have a follower that just watches, instead of attacking every single things that become aggressive. edit: i forgot to ask how i can fix this instead of re-equipping the armbinder every time she glitch out of it.

Try again with higher stamina. Once you get the message that it's loose, just take it off when you see the message about it next time.

If you find yourself in an armbinder, you read a couple of posts above yours to see that continued struggles will get you out of it. If you find yourself in another device, you read the original post in this thread to discover that there is a quest that will allow you to craft keys to unlock the devices, or you read other threads in this forum to discover that there is another mod that places keys (both real and fake) amongst the general population that you can discover and use. Edit: Might I suggest taking a look at the Sexlab Index thread to discover other devious mods.

The word is "Reregister". Regarding the second: NPC support is flakey on 2.7.6: Check back tomorrow for 2.8.0, which features fully functional NPC support, among other things.

Yes NPC's do that, IF they are only wearing belt and plugs. Add another item to them though, like a gag or the armbinder, and suddenly things break. This has been the issue all along, it was not that the events didn't work, it was that adding more than one device made the others not work. That's whats been fixed in the Beta (and thus the next DDi release), and it seems to be solved now As for Expansion getting UNPB support: How does "Very, very soon!" sound to you?

How dross. tl;dr: This was a known issue for ages: Skyrim's Enchantments are terribly implemented. The NPC's system was rewritten to no longer rely on them. An update that fixes this is planned to be released within a few hours. Help.. the quest wont start. just keep in dialogue and freeze until i tab it. If you want help troubleshooting, please upload a complete copy of your Papyrus.0.log (as an zip/rar/7z/etc'ed attachment) in which you reproduce the problem you're experiencing, as well as a complete copy of your load order.
