I've only had one real quirk with this mod I haven't been able to resolve.  If anyone has ideas, I'm interested.

 

If I have a follower and I set the Victim settings to All Down, sometimes my follower runs off to go kill some wounded npc that's running off and blocks all other npcs from initiating a scene even though my follower isn't visible nearby.  I don't think there's anything I can do about this if I'm using All Down cause that's just Skyrim doing its thing with follower AI.

 

However, if I set it to No Transition, then the setting that controls how to handle combat once a scene starts doesn't seem to work.  If I leave it as 'stop combat' or set it to 'both', I still get attacked if I'm the victim (or maybe the 'stop combat' is triggering to pacify the npcs but the pacify doesn't last for more than a second at most and they attack again).  I've also noticed with 'No Transition' that the NPCs don't stand around waiting their turn, which may be the whole point.

 

 

So... I'm using All Down and just hoping Skyrim doesn't have my follower do stuff like that.

 

Any better ideas?

My problem is that the actor can't play any Rape animation. 
So they start, and take off the clothes of theyr victim, and the victim is full blood, but without any animation. He/She stands up and it's over... 

Hope that I haven't make a beginner mistake but that can't be because im an experienced modder... But not with SexLab so Fuck Yeah beginner mistakes incoming :D

Great mod.

The bugs I have found was already covered in the mods download and the forms beginning comments. But for those who do not know, or if the author would like to add more details here is what I have found.

 

Bugs

1. Auto save, quick save, and overwrite saves will cause the game to crash if reloading the game from them. Continue will crash the game as well.

2. Sometime the resist option will get stuck and will not go away.

3. Every now and again after a defeat the game will crash within max of 20 minutes.

 

Minor fixes I have used.

1. Whenever the Auto Save kicks in, go to save file and click new save. Never use quick save. Instead go to save and click new save.

2. Use New Save and save. Then exit to desktop and reload the game. Click on Load option and reload from your save point. (update. Go to in game menu of defeat and turn off the resist notice will fix it as well. I also recommend changing the resist to the right and left mouse keys and not A and D. Makes it more easy.)

3. Save Often. It is better to save alot, then finding yourself having to back track.

 

P.S Before anyone askes, I have the mod not because I want my PC to be raped. Same with the Dangerous Nights mod. It is for RP elements. Since there is a chance that in a battle the male npcs she is fighting might decide to use the female who is trying to kill them. Same with the sleeping in unsafe areas someone might come by and do the same thing.

Most commonly made mistake for EVERY mod that adds animations to Skyrim using the FNIS system, you didn't run the FNIS User Generator program and therefore the animations don't play leaving your character standing in a stupid looking pose.

 

Even the most experienced modders make that mistake, but they also know exactly what happened when they see that pose...

First of all, I want to say, thank you for all your hard work Goubo. This mod is simple enough that it doesn't break very often for me, and serves one of my favorite features in the sexlab system... that being, of course, combat rape. ^_^ Not enough people post to say thank you, sometimes.

 

I do however, have a suggestion. You could let the surrender button work on creatures too. Submit does it like that, but I like to use your mod most of the time. o-o So I just thought I'd drop that suggestion on ya. I'd love to surrender to wandering wolf packs. <3 And such.

Oh yea speaking of creatures, I think when creatures go after followers after PC and followers are down, they will all have dialog. So you ended up with something like:

Wolf/Bear: I will taste this one

Nothing game breaking tho :P

For some reason, my character cannot surrender and even be knocked down. No animation can be played on bed. Everything else is fine, except animation is laggy to begin with. Any help?

I'm afraid I've stumbled upon issues/bugs 1 and 3 mentioned by +demonteddybear13 :( Although the 3rd point I've only tested it/seen it once, and not sure exactly how long after was it.

 

Decided to give Defeat a go after being away from it/using SL Submit instead for so long, because Defeat used to make my game very unstable and unplayable. Now I see that the mod is much more robust, and it was a hell of a lot of fun while it worked yesterday, but I'm starting to see it's still just as unstable for me at least D:

Anyone having an issue with SL 1.59 where after Defeat kicks in, the PC switches in and out of animations (i.e. standing for most of the sequence, with occasional alignment into right position)?

 

I had no issues with Prison Overhaul sequences (though the initial capture is bugged after SL 1.59) or with normal approach, prostitution triggers. I'm also using the latest version of Defeat.

Love this mod. Thank you for making it.

 

I was wondering if you would consider making Defeat interactions for unconscious NPCs. I am running NPC Knockout Overhaul (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/downloads/file.php?id=52681) and was dismayed to discover I couldn't interact with a bandit I knocked out. I know it's a tiny thing, but I'm hoping it really  is just a tiny thing that wouldn't be too difficult to accomplish.

I always select All Down, which means when my PC is knocked down, my companion will fight on till she is also knocked down before the rape will occur.

However, this works only for Non-creatures, like human, elves etc. If a creature knocks my character down, my companion gets knocked down immediately, as if I had chosen Original. 

 

Does this happen to anyone else?

The clean save mod link on your front page is not working, it says it is currently being reviewed by a moderator What program are you using? Any suggestions for an alternate? I was attempting to upgrade 5.3.2 to 5.3.3

Creatures have a separate option, you have to set all down for that also.

one thing i think I missed a lot at first, and still forget about is after updating sexlab you should probably in the last MCM menu of sexlab re set the animation registry.

 

  forgetting to do this has cause me much trouble, also when installing mods that maybe add new animations doing this is not only a good idea, but just needs to be done.

 

Of course applying FNIS is a must.

Okay so it KIND OF works....I can knock down a victim, but supposedly after that you press G once more and menu of actions should display right? doesn't happen for me....but I can kill the victim by holding G down, G +Shift does nothing either though...all I can pretty much do right now is necrophilia, some help?

Having some serious issues here. Neither this, Submit, or Deviously Helpless are working using the LOOT load order. When I try to submit manually using the hotkey, the NPCs begin to sheathe their weapons, but then immediately turn hostile and resume attacking again. logs and load order attached.

On another issue, it seems that all the guards don't rape my character at all. Once they've knocked her down. They'd just stop combat and say something like "I know you" or something like that and then walk away. It seems everyone and everything can rape her except the guards.

While playing with Defeat's MCM setting, I had an idea I'd love to see implemented. Not sure if this was suggested before, forgive me if it was.

 

I have Defeat installed alongside with Death Alternative. I have a love/hate relationship with DA - I love it for its after death events, and I hate it for the Bleedout mode that seems to cause more trouble than it's worth, particularly when DA is installed alongside mods like Defeat or Submit. Now, Defeat HAS its own knockdown system (and it's a really good one!), but is using DA's instead when it's installed. So...how about adding an option to do it the OTHER way around? As in letting Defeat handle the knockdowns (I think Defeat has the much better knockdown system than DA, personally) and hand scenes only to DA only when Defeat doesn't process them and for the after-event stuff? I think this would be a much cleaner process anyway.
