While playing with Defeat's MCM setting, I had an idea I'd love to see implemented. Not sure if this was suggested before, forgive me if it was.

 

I have Defeat installed alongside with Death Alternative. I have a love/hate relationship with DA - I love it for its after death events, and I hate it for the Bleedout mode that seems to cause more trouble than it's worth, particularly when DA is installed alongside mods like Defeat or Submit. Now, Defeat HAS its own knockdown system (and it's a really good one!), but is using DA's instead when it's installed. So...how about adding an option to do it the OTHER way around? As in letting Defeat handle the knockdowns (I think Defeat has the much better knockdown system than DA, personally) and hand scenes only to DA only when Defeat doesn't process them and for the after-event stuff? I think this would be a much cleaner process anyway.

 

yeppers I agree with that, I think Defeat handles all of that much better than DA.

Okay so it KIND OF works....I can knock down a victim, but supposedly after that you press G once more and menu of actions should display right? doesn't happen for me....but I can kill the victim by holding G down, G +Shift does nothing either though...all I can pretty much do right now is necrophilia, some help?

to tie them up you need to sheathe weapon and press g before they recover and stand up. your weapon being sheathed or not gives you different options.

 

i also remember some options depend on if you are sneaking or not, i think you can only sneak up behind and try to grab, i suppose because standing to try and grab an enemy would give them enough warning to evade the grab, then you are trying to get your weapon ready while they are yelling alarms and hacking at you.

one thing i think I missed a lot at first, and still forget about is after updating sexlab you should probably in the last MCM menu of sexlab re set the animation registry.


 


  forgetting to do this has cause me much trouble, also when installing mods that maybe add new animations doing this is not only a good idea, but just needs to be done.


 


Of course applying FNIS is a must.


 

 

 

Ty for the answere, but it still dont work... But I've seen that theres no sex animation working, so it would be a higher problem, nothing of SL defeat...

If what you mean is you want Defeat's Threshold/Exhaustion/Knock down system to still be in play even when DA is around then it has been brought up before!

I too want something like this. In fact this is probably the only thing keeping me away from DA...and tragically, SD+ due to dependency.

that incredible mod for me has no meaning to play Skyrim without him.

I was wondering if it is possible to create an option that makes bandits after defeat “Player” or “Follower” only steal weapons, armors and coins without rape.

So, I gave this another try, it seems my problems are related to some specific npcs, for example nothing rapes Sigrid or Gerdur from the first village (they just fall down and get killed eventually but they can rape their enemies and matchmaker works fine with them). I tried with old defeat too (4.2) and an older Sexlab (1.57), vanilla game and only this two mods. I just dont get it, are there some logs where I could look for errors ?

The Threshold/Exhaustion.Knockdown system CAN be in play in parallel with Death Altrenative.

 

I am using it it WITH Death ALternative, with no ill-effects.

 

The setting I am using are something like 4% health, 25% Exhaustion, and 110 on knockdown (2-handed swords and above).

 

 

 

I never had any problems with it.

 

I also have Defeat trigger 75% of the time with Death Alternative, with Sanguine's DEbauchery chance to trigger from Death Alternative at 60% chance.

 

 

Everything works fine.

right now all i ever get is 70% the time is failed to grab target(while sneaking behind them unseen) andy basicaly cant get any grab to work and even when it does it fails with like a 18% when im 5 lvls higher than them.

I dont know what I've done but it works... However :D So ty for your help, im gonna play now :D

But now I've the problem that there is no Rape option when i use the Action key, only kill and revive... Still try to let it all work :D

Death alternative already does that. Just turn raping off in Defeat.

I dont know what I've done but it works... However :D So ty for your help, im gonna play now :D

But now I've the problem that there is no Rape option when i use the Action key, only kill and revive... Still try to let it all work :D

kill and revive are only options when you have your weapon unsheathed. rape and tie require you to sheathe weapon THEN press action key. you MUST sheathe weapon to get tie up and rape options. once tied up, you can then get rob and rape and other options such as untie. to get the kill option once tied up simply draw your weapon and use action key. not sure if sneaking affects these options once they are tied up, except to add pickpocket option i think.

bah i give up. this mod was working fine before not all sudden cant grapple anyone. from front its always locked at same number for that npc. from back its even lower and sneaking is even lower. why would when sneaking undetected and behind them be lower. works fine when they asleep but beyond that i cant get it to work again. im using mod organizer so it shows no script conflicts. anyone know why all sudden my grab percentages are super low even when i have 500 stamina.

Death alternative already does that. Just turn raping off in Defeat.

 

 

But "Death alternative" dont have option to defeat the "Follower" only protect the PC when he enter in bleedout mode and kill or dismiss the follower when the pc fall unconscious.

 

And when the PC fall unconscious the bandit don't rape the follower.

 

Is there any way to make the Bandit raping the follower before the Player fall unconscious.

Went to download the "Save Game Script Cleaner" by Hadoram and for some reason the Nexus has it locked away so that no one can download it.

Is there another tool out there that people can use or does someone have a link to it that ISN'T on the Nexus?

 

I would really, really like to be able to update this, but if people can't clean out the old scripts, we are going to have a problem... :(

why take down a save cleaner? what could possibly be wrong with that? i have the file already, luckily but without the authors permission i cant upload it.

 

hopefully it will be back up once they sort whatever the problem is.

The stamina debuff doesn't work properly. Character immediately starts regenerating stamina.

 

EDIT: actually it is working just I thought it was meant to be -%100 regeneration. Would make armbinders more interesting if you couldn't struggle out of them straight away.

Yeah, was looking at that and will be using it... but compared to the other one, this one can make your brain slowly melt over time. Was hoping there would be one a little more easier and a bit less techno guru level. ;)

 

Save Cleaner usually does nuttin for me, but he Scalpel WORXXXXXX.  Usually. 

Instruct is like this:

BACK EET UUUUP.

Then (I'ma copyin and a pastin here):

1) Open "PDTWrapper.exe"

2) Click "Select ESS" and navigate to your saves folder and chose your most recent save file

3) Click "Load Papyrus Section" and let it run. (Can take some time)

4) Once finished, click the "Analysis" tab and you should be presented with some text showing you how many script instances aren't attached to anything and how many with no class definitions. Take note of what options it gives you.

5) To clean this, on the right hand side, will be the "Basic Cleaning" option. Click "Remove Unattached Instances" and let it run and do its thing.

6) Once this is complete click "Remove Instances" under "Instance Operations" and again let it do its thing.

7) Done!

sigh no luck figureing out why my percentages are so low. when i try to grapple if i dont get the failed to grab message it always stays the same percentage. if i sneak it goes even lower. the modfier key dont do anything. boosted myself to lvl 50 and stil have same percentage on trying to grab as if i was lvl 1.

 

ill try again once next update comes and hopely next updated has a working modifyer key.

i am having problems whit the defeat mod


when i attack a enemy my char is getting fuced while i am the agressor, and btw it does that on its on.


and when the char gets fucked because its on low health it still gets atteckt by other.


and death alternitife never comes up the bleed out comes up but thats it.


i have skyrim redone as a big game changing mod, i dont know if that the cause of my porblems but i will just say it anyway.

mmm something odd happened. With the newest version somehow the scene won't end itself, everytime I have to manually pick clean up to return to normal. It plays fine from knock down, strip and animation, jump from one enemy to another if present, but won't return to regular gameplay.

 

Set up:

All down, 15% health threshold, disabled exhaustion, default weapon knock down, no companion, no DA, disabled slow down and stamina lost, disabled Resist quick time event, stay down in between, and trauma get up scenario.

 

Edit: The problem seems to lie in disabling resist qte. When it is enable character gets back up.

 

Lots of spam in the log, I forgot to turn off some of the auto logging of other mods. Skip to near the end when skeletons show up.

grab seems to be broken, beating an npc to a slither of health and spent a half hour trying to grab her to no effect.  each time i got the message telling me the grab failed.  tried boosting the bonus and turning up the threshold for the npc to be grab-able to no effect.
