I can confirm that whipping really hurts these days. Hadn't played as Lola for quite a while. With former versions, the health bar never really moved. These days, my health goes down to about half, which would make it a 100 damage for 60 seconds of whipping.

I still haven't figured out why that's happening for me but I'll post if I do.

About 1.67 DPS, or 33 points over the default duration of 20 seconds.  However, I think the critical factor is that your character's health doesn't seem to be regenerating during the whipping.  You're out of combat, so normal regeneration should keep health high.

Now that development is done, I've been actually playing with the expanded options for "A Slave to Fashion" (which I've usually turned off in the past).  The alternate choices of corset or harness make this more interesting, with room to change the outfit on every visit.  The new dialog to change the outfit to the current settings makes it easy to experiment.

 

The new "Bound for a Jarl" event (which can start when Fashion Slave begins) is the mod's first use of a scene that doesn't involve the PC.  It's fun to watch the owner and the jarl talk about Lola.  It took a bit of work to suppress the other conversation scenes that usually play in the Blue Palace, but that seems to be working so they don't talk over Lola's scene.

 

The new Parade event adds a lot of variety over the Whiterun Walk.  It's more interesting when you don't know where the owner is leading you.

I wonder if it is not the DPS of the whip that is higher, but the PCs that are weaker. ?

LOL that's a very good point and my SE load order is a bit of a mess, I really need to wipe it and do over. Too much popping things out and in, time for a clean slate.

Hi, new version works well and stable, but for some reason I get a missing texture (violet body) on the whip-scars and -marks overlay... do I need anything external for those?

No, nothing extra needed.  I don't believe that part has changed.  The marks themselves use ZAP textures, but if the whole body is violet then that's probably not the cause (unless the marks are missing too).  SLTR does briefly apply an invisible skin texture during reward whippings if the "gentle whipping" option is enabled, but it's removed at the end.

Nah, the overlays for whipscars and marks are missing. I have ZAZ 8.0+ for UUNP installed... what is SLTR? (sorry, I'm an idiot -_-)

You might be missing the ZAP textures for mark decals.  Other than the gentle whipping option for reward whippings, the whipping scene doesn't mess with PC body textures.  If it is a decal problem, putting on any kind of body clothing will clear the effect.

Re-installed ZAZ 8 - same as before. Sorry, no idea.

Do you by chance use Sexlab Survival, and have Trauma enabled?  One of the textures for that is bad and turns you purple like that.  Dunno why but its never been tracked down which one.  I just disabled that part of SLS instead of trying to figure it out.  

 

@HexBolt8 not that it matters at all but on the Mod Integration page, it doesn't list if Love Sickness is one of the detected mods, I'm guessing you didn't add it to the list to check.  ;)

That's intentional.  If I list it there, players might think that they need it.  The mod just quietly checks for the love sickness effect.  However, now that you've said something, if there's no mention of that mod in the MCM, players might not realize that having love sickness has any effect on this mod.  I guess I should either list it or add a section to the mod page that talks about mod integration.

So far it looks like the issue was solved in the newest SLS beta from MM1's blog.

I use the beta and didn't see that pink trauma issue again.

I don't think anyone is going to complain about a minor integration or think your using one mod to promote the other.

The new update is running great. I haven't noticed any issues on my playthrough yet, but I'll keep a sharp eye out for them.

Loving this mod and your continued work on it!

 

An idea / request / suggestion: it would be awesome if there was a way to randomize (within reason) some of the settings when you get a new owner (whether the first one, or another one later in a game). I'm specifically thinking things like # of times to offer service, # times to offer sex, owner attitude (playful and the other ones), score decay etc, but basically anything where it's sort of practical from your end.

 

That way, I think, you'd have to figure out what THIS owner is like rather than automatically knowing the optimal strategy because you know the settings. I figure that'd be an immersive way to keep Lola on her toes.

I just wanted to Crosscheck with others if i'm the only one or if i found a general issue between Lola and SexlabP+

in My Play instance i'm using SexlabP+ and the Spanking and Feeding Animations does not work. I ran into Thread Timeouts. every time

 

Spanking, Feeding Animations are installed (else you would get the Debug Msg box warning if it's empty Spaning is DF Spank, and Cobalt installed and loaded) . Whipping also works, as also normal sex stuff.

The relevant Papyrus Log Entry Does anyone else has the same issue with sexlabP+ and Spanking or is it a "my problem".

 

Usually, as far as i know, this Code should work with SexlabP+ because it does not interfere with internal Vars.

Thank you for posting this.  Yes, a few others had noted problems, but the reason wasn't clear.

 

Keep in mind that SexLab P+ is not fully SexLab compatible.  It has removed some SexLab features and restricted the public interface beyond what Ashal apparently thought was appropriate.  Scripts that work with SexLab might work differently or not at all with P+.

The problem should be resolved now.

 

For Everyone who is using SexlabP+ Scrab provided me the Code for a Fix and I compiled a fix until the official new Release

Can be found here

 

This is done for SexlabP+ Version 1.8.2.3 (the main dl Version, not the dev Version) and is available for Raw SexlabP+  and SexlabP+ SLSO patch. Load Order etc. in the Post.

I tested the SLSO version it with Lola and it works Fine now.

 

So if you encounter the issue that Vampire Feeeding and Spanking is not working. That should fix it

Regarding sexlabP+ in General

Yes and No. SexlabP+ should be compatible with every mod, not modifying Sexlab Code (Overwriting the scripts)  and mods which only read some internal Vars or using the official API Functions like Thread, Actor and Framework.  (as here Bugs may occur, it;s a Work in Progress) In general, it's running fine and at least for me, the benefits outnumber the downsides. But that's a pure opinion from my side. I just enjoy that animations are starting, not after long waiting times.

I haven't ruled out anything like that, but so far, the playmate has been passive because the playmate's role is unknown.  A submissive playmate wouldn't give Lola orders.  If the playmate is very dominant, you could use the switch owner button to trade roles between owner and playmate each day to let them take turns training Lola.

 

I have a to-do item to have a vampire playmate approach Lola to feed, and at least one other idea for using the playmate in other ways.  When I build the vampire playmate event, it might be fairly easy to rework it to allow the playmate to request sex with Lola, but I'll have to see when I get to that point.

How about a toggle like for the owner? The owner can be set to be strict or playful, why not have a similar setting, defining the playmate as submissive or dominant?

Yes, some kind of role setting, but I think it will need more than two choices.  Because that can entail a lot of work, the current playmate system is a base to provide some interaction with a second follower now without delving into role-specific actions at this time.
