Make sure you have the current one: Submissive Lola: The Resubmission 2.0.40 ...and of course enable it in SS++'s MCM, and set a buyer in SLtR's MCM - which would be any potential vanilla-ish follower.

Thanks 2.0.40 had passed me by. Neither wonder my set up never worked .... LOL

There's probably something wrong with your installation of this mod if it can't recognize any of those. That's telling you that the mod isn't working correctly. There's really no point trying to see how far you can get with a mod that isn't working right. You'll just waste your time and get frustrated. Check that you do not have remnants lying around from an older version, or any loose scripts that were not supplied by this download. Also check that you do not have anything installed to "patch", "fix", or otherwise modify this mod (exception: the Open Cities patch is okay to use). If all of that looks good, please try reinstalling the mod; sometimes that has helped players.

I have so many mods that looking for a loose file would take centuries.

Well I didn't have any previous versions installed because I recently wiped my PC, and I checked and couldn't find any loose files or anything like that. Anything else in mind that could be preventing it from registering the other mods?

Unfortunately, no. At this point we've covered all the things that I'm aware of. SS++ shouldn't have any trouble finding the enslavement mods that you've installed. You might try checking that you don't have an outdated version of SKSE or SkyUI, as well as starting up a new game to see if possibly a condition in your existing game is interfering. Could also double check that you have the correct version. Since a lot of mods have the LE and SE downloads in the same spot, it's easy to picture someone inadvertently downloading the wrong one.
CaerHenWen Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Of the Enslavement Mods listed on the mod page, which ones do you think are stable enough to use during a medium-length playthrough?

Deviously Cursed Loot was pretty stable when I used it, although I dropped it because I found myself disabling large parts of it. SD+ was also stable when I used it. SLUTS is fairly stable, but there's engine-level issues attaching the player to new carts after detaching (solution is to save, quit to menu, and load) and Resume's SS handling doesn't always work from what I've seen. Devious Followers Continued seems stable enough, but I haven't played with it enough yet to decide. 3

I have Submissive Lola in my LO for more than a year now, and although DFC sometimes forgets which deals are allowed and what you've paid off (there's a reset button in the MCM to clear that) it runs smoothly without problems. If you're okay with the way Kimy writes the quests, Cursed Loot is stable enough - it's the main reason that got me back to playing Skyrim. 1

No one has mentioned Devious Cidhna yet. Though the main part of that mod takes part during No One Escapes Cidhna Mine, it has three entries into Simple Slavery; Pirates, Bandits, and Vampires. It has not been updated to DD 5 yet, which causes a problem during the Bandits scenario but can easily be remedied by consoling yourself a key after successfully convincing one of the bandits to free you from the yoke. There's also Treasure Hunter Whore, which I think works as advertised. Haven't had it hit me recently 'cause I don't sleep in the wild as much as I should. 5

Honestly, that depends on how you define "medium" here. the Lola / Devious Follower (even in combination) works great, Cursed Loot's outcomes work better for short term, unless you choose the Cursed Collar Quest, as this one if fun and can take a few hours easily enough. SLUTS is ok, and the Cidhna outcomes work well enough even for DD5, but are very much short term, just like the Red Wave scenario from Stories. Treasure Hunting Whore might be ok, if there was a stable SSE version. SD+ is short term, and gets old real fast as an outcome. Personally, the ones I always have have an outcome, are Public Whore, and Slaverun (which does work well enough with DD5), Cidhna's Vampires (cause.. Vampires lol), Lola / DFC, and Leon/Leah from DCL, which works out great if you have Lola / DFC installed, as all 3 end up combined for a great outcome. Honestly it would be nice to have more outcomes that weren't just "sex and stuff" and more on an actual slavery / storyline, which would fit in nicely with the spirit of this mod. (insert shameless plug for Laura's Bondage Shop to create one ? ) 1

Straze Posted September 19, 2021 Posted September 19, 2021 Hello, I have been trying to get this to work with Death Alternative but so far I'm unsuccessful. The Bleed Out Phase > Simple Slavery works fine, but weirdly enough it looks to be 100% the case after Bleed Out to send me to Simple Slavery Auction. I may not understand the MCM of Death Alternative to enable both DA Bleed Out events and SS event with a good RNG. I'd love for SS to be rare/uncommon occurrence. These are the Settings: (I take it that the Higher the number = higher chance of the event to trigger. Yet even with SS as lowest, it still happens most of the time.)

The mod that's not working as you expected seems to be DA, and you might want to pose your question over there.

I thought it was my own error due to misunderstanding the MCM to enable SS++/overlooking some SS++setting. I will try on DA modpage. Thanks for the quick reply!

Of those three things, I believe only the bandits have their own DA outcome, so it makes sense you ended up with SS a higher percentage of times than you might think.
