Wolvenkit seems to be getting close to animation import/export for Witcher 3, with a little luck not much changed.

Definitely don't like the endings I've gotten so far. Major ending spoilers, definitely don't read if you don't want to know ahead of time.

I don't like that V dies in all the V takes back his body bits, but I really despise the reasoning they gave for him dying. 

 

Chips altered his genetics so much that only Johnny can survive in the body, and I'm like.... genes don't work that way? Like how could alterations to your body lead to the immune system somehow picking and choosing what neurons should survive based on consciousness alone? Makes zero sense with even the tiniest understanding of human biology. 

If the body worked that way, like all the alterations people in cyberpunk are making to their minds, every interface, every BD, or implanted memory would just kill them because it introduced 'foreign' memories.  

Like even then, why don't they just download V to the chip, or another chip, and start over? 'Cause clearly Arasaka's got other chips just laying around for one of the other endings.

I am one of the camp that will wait a while before buying the game, let the patches and CDPR do their thing. I think cyberpunk was always going to be a rocky launch; to much hype and expectations on the communities part and a rough development cycle for the devs. They got the game out though, and most of the bugs I have seen are not earthshattering in my opinion. It's still a shame that the video game industry has gone the way of "minimum deliverable product" though.

 

My Wishlist in no particular order for the moding community to mull over in the mean time!

 

More tattoos: more daring; more sexy; more lewd! Penis/Breast/Anal ones with a sexual bent, that the devs could and would not put in a mass market game. This is the reason loverslab exists after all.

 

Sexual Hacking: A couple of new quick hacks would be nice; make a character strip, follow you for sex, spontaneous orgasms! Ironically all rather useful in combat but even better is they could be used to roleplay a perverted hacker and his/her favorite human sextoys.

 

Sexual Cyberware: There are lots of sex adds on billboards in the game; weird modifications to make yourself a sexual freak with multiple mouths etc. Why can't we have them to? My wish (disregarding how feasible it is to actually mod in) is a second cyberware screen with a few more modable body parts; Breasts, Pussies, Dicks, Anus, Tongue/Mouth, testicles. Rather than combat bonuses these would be more along the lines of spicing up romance and dialogue options. Make V into a true sexoid!

 

* Bonus points if the community can actually tap into the first person animations already in the game

** Extra bonus points if someone actually takes the time to convert an underused NPC Ripperdoc into a fleshed out "Raperdoc" with quests for legendary sex mods!

 

These may not even be possible with the Cyberpunk engine, but we can always dream!

That's a nice excuse for CDPR higher ups to burn bridges with modding community but Nvidia isn't a factor here, at least not the number uno. Fallout 4 was also full to the brim with Nvidia propietary code yet Bethesda eventually stepped on their own throat and let Creation Kit go public. CDPR not preparing proper REDKit is their own decision more like.

No nudity outside the inventory menu is on purpose, kind of disappointing.

what are you talking about? I am nude in mirrors and anything I can see my reflection or looking down at your body. I mean last time I saw, that is how rl works too. Anyways I hope once the game stablizes that this game becomes big on modding.

According to CDPR themselves that should not be possible, can you share proof of these claims?

Cool Story except the people that made the game say otherwise, and so does the game not having an AO rating.

And in Inventory, but they said you will be able to be fully nude even outside, but that is not true they force panties on you after first patch.

 

Also a lot of people can't get refund from Sony, someone even conntact  Sony about that and Sony say CDPR never told them to refund people.

Then explain the sex scenes that you can see pretty much everything?.. AO is not the reason for just being able wear panties.

Yeah I guess I just never looked in the mirror while nude. That is a big disapointment, but doesn't ruin the game for me on pc.

It was not because of the nudity they refunded. It was because they lied about the ps4 graphics.

You misunderstand, people thought that the whole wearing panties thing was a bug, but now turns out it isn't.

 

Also, in most sex scenes V is still wearing panties.

Not even kind of, and as stated in venue the scenes are further censored in most SKUs. Your semantic-fu is weak.

Anyway, Digital Foundry has their optimal settings up along with examples of what the settings actually do. Seems to have a good balance of quality and performance from my testing.

I also sometimes can see my character nude in mirrors, even when fully clothed on purpose, that's a good bug.

Note to everybody.
I tested the theory of a memory pool data posted lately in news. I can confirm, that backing up memory_pool_budgets.csv in [ engine\config folder ] using cyber_engine_tweaks mod.  Starting the game noticed in afterburner FPS increased in city to +5fps and on not demanding areas to +10fps on 1060'high\middle video settings. Can hit to 50fps in overall.

I pre-ordered the game about 3 weeks before release. I knew my laptop was likely not good enough, but I can surprisingly run the game nicely with medium graphics. I have a GeForce GTX 1050Ti, keep that in mind.

 

Here's what I did:

1. Go to graphics settings
2. Set the graphics present to medium
3. Scroll to the bottom of graphics settings
4. Turn on Dynamic FidelityFX
5. Set Target Frames to somewhere between 30-40 FPS preferably
6. Set minimum resolution between 65-85 (the lower the number, the nicer it runs, but worsens texture quality slightly in exchange for performance)

By doing that, I can get 30-45 FPS on medium graphics. I'm not a Frame Snob, so I don't see any difference between 30 and 60 FPS.

Blowing people's heads off is my favorite pastime.   First game since Mass Effect 3 that I've been able to do that. God, I love being a sniper...and throughout the "Walk the Line" quest in Cyberpunk 2077.....sniper mode in that mall was SO FUN.
