Hey everyone! After a lot of prototyping, I’m finally releasing the first public PokeBreeder Tech Demo. PokeBreeder is an adult monster-breeding ranch RPG developed in RPG Maker MZ. You inherit a rundown ranch near the quiet town of Oakhaven and gradually turn it into your own breeding operation. This is still a very early Tech Demo, not an Alpha. The purpose of this release is to test the core systems with real players before we expand the world and produce the final artwork, writing and content. What can you do in the Tech Demo? Explore Oakhaven, Route 1 and your inherited ranch Play as a male or female breeder Encounter and catch wild Pokémon through climax battles Learn and equip moves based on Tongue, Grip, Thrust, Rear, Skill and Stamina Train your Pokémon and improve their abilities Research species and fill your intimate Field Dex Harvest different products from your Pokémon Breed Pokémon and the player character Produce, collect and hatch eggs Unlock and revisit scenes through the gallery [INSERT 3 TO 5 GAMEPLAY SCREENSHOTS HERE] Please keep in mind This build contains placeholder writing, artwork, animations and balancing. Some current assets are temporary and will be replaced as development continues. We could have spent months quietly adding more content, but we would rather release the foundation now and improve it together with the community. So please play it, experiment with everything, break every system you can and tell us what works, what feels confusing and what desperately needs more degeneracy. Inventory Restrictions: To maintain the character's integrity, the clothing slots only accept specific items (e.g., you cannot put a sword in the "pants" slot). Interactive Preview: The inventory UI features a live 3D model of Sammy that rotates, allowing players to see their outfits from all angles. 3. Biological Logic: The Milking System A standout feature brought back from the original tribute is the Milk Extraction mechanic. This adds a layer of survival and character management: The Milk Slot: A dedicated slot in the "Her Milk" tab for glass vessels. Extraction States: The system tracks whether Sammy is wearing a sweater (which blocks extraction), if a glass is present, or if the process is underway. Progressive UI: The interface updates with custom textures representing states like milking, milked, or out (no glass). Health Utility: The resulting Breast Milk Glass is a potent food source, restoring 6.5 hearts (13 HP). 4. HuMilk Co lets you run female colonists (and prisoners or slaves) as a milk herd. Milk lactating pawns for food, gather different types of milk based on xenotype, and breed docile "hucows" that happily give more. Milking Any pawn with an Animals skill of 3 or higher can milk a lactating humanlike. It shows up as its own task under the Handling work type, so you can assign it just like any other colony job. A milker walks up to the target, spends a moment working, and collects the milk on the floor. Milk refills on its own over roughly six in-game hours, so a herd can be milked repeatedly through the day. Bigger breasts hold more milk, and anything that boosts a pawn's milk production rate increases both how much they hold and how fast they refill. Milk as a resource All milk is a real, stackable item you can eat, cook with, sell, or store. It rots like other food. Meals cooked with milk carry its effect, so a good cook can turn your herd's output into buffs for the whole colony. Each xenotype produces a unique milk with its own effects worth different amounts. Waster (Toxic) Comforting to wasters; toxic and mood-draining to everyone else. Yttakin Better animal handling and cold tolerance. Sanguophage (Blood) Restores hemogen for sanguophages; unsettling to normal humans. Custom Xenotypes (Optional Mods) Milk Effect Molong Calms the drinker and can snap them out of a mental break. Geist Faster reflexes and melee, but much weaker to EMP. Half-Foot Faster crafting and movement, worse in social and combat. Aphrolactone A new research project unlocks aphrolactone, a lactation-inducing drug, which is crafted at a drug lab from human milk and neutroamine. Injecting it starts lactation in anyone, doubles milk production, and sharply raises sex drive so the sex need drains far faster. It is addictive. While an addict is satisfied, they produce extra milk; once their need runs dry they suffer withdrawal and may force themselves on a nearby pawn, repeating about once a day until they recover. Long-term use builds tolerance, requiring more drug to keep the effect going. The Hucow trait Give a pawn the Hucow trait and they become livestock: +50% milk production, and they are willing to be milked with no restraints. They can't do most work — only hauling, cleaning, and childcare. Their recreation need is effectively removed: they are content as long as they are looked after. They must be milked at least once a day or they suffer Sore Udders. Willing and unwilling milking A pawn is willing if they are a Hucow, are on Aphrolactone, or have the Milking quirk. Unwilling pawns can only be milked if they are bound — restrained with RJW or onahole bondage gear, downed, anesthetized, or otherwise rendered helpless. Force-milking an unwilling pawn costs you: they resent the milker and take a mood hit. Mood and thoughts Milking comes with its own feelings — Freshly Milked Hucows get a big mood boost, while sore, unmilked udders, leaking milk, and being forced all drag mood down. Pawns on Aphrolactone get a pleasure mood boost from being milked. Ideology precept With Ideology active, colonies gain a Human Milk Consumption precept with five options — Abhorred, Disliked, Don't Care, Desired, and Essential. Colonists react to drinking milk accordingly, and an "Essential" colony suffers if it goes a week without any. Settings In the mod options you can tune: Milk units per litre of breast volume. How it works Get lactating. Order a Lactea Supplement from the mailbox (§15) and take it, or let it trigger automatically after giving birth. The Sim gains the Lactating trait and a fixed milk flavor. Fullness builds over time. As milk accumulates, moodlet buffs escalate through Filling Up → Swollen & Aching → Ready to Burst, and her breasts visibly swell with the fullness — easing back down once she's drained. Express the milk. Another Sim can Express Milk from a lactating Sim, producing a bottle in the inventory. Do something with it. Bottles come in five flavors (Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana, Chocolate, Natural). Sell them on the occult market (vampires pay a premium for chocolate, mermaids for strawberry…), cook them into a Milky Delight, or serve a glass straight from the fridge's Breast Milk menu and drink it for a flavor buff. Click the Sim > LetDown > "Express Milk" once she's full enough, or let another adult Sim do it. The Occult Market. Travel there from your Sim's phone: Phone > Travel > "Travel to the Occult Market" (adult Sims, from their home lot). It sets up on a Bar or Lounge lot nobody lives in, picked for you, with a stall and an NPC vendor. Chat with the vendor to "Sell Breast Milk" in the game's own sell window (one occult buyer per visit, each with favorite flavors; prices drop as you sell more of one flavor) or to "Browse Wares": the Lactea Supplement, glasses of flavored milk and a few occult goods. Make it yours. Click your Sim > LetDown > "Settings": breast growth (Off, Subtle, Normal or Large), milk fill speed, smooth breast animation, teen lactation, the Occult Market, and breast growth while pregnant (experimental). Vampires / Realm of Magic (optional): they add a few wares to the Occult Market. Installation This page has four files: HL_LetDown.zip: the mod. If you had "Teen lactation" on, the update turns it off once; turn it back on in Settings if you want it. The debug add-on now goes inside Mods/HL_LetDown/: delete the old Mods/HL_LetDown_Debug folder (or a loose HL_LetDown_Debug.ts4script) if you had it. Uninstall: delete the Mods/HL_LetDown folder (and Mods/HL_Hucow if you use it). Delete Mods/LetDown_data too to wipe the settings. Translations (community) The mod ships in English and Spanish. So if you're wondering why I opted for some strange phrase or awkward chunk of dialogue, it's because I wanted the mod to be applicable to mono-gendered/ungendered/transgendered empires. Absolutely no AI was used in the making of this mod, and it never will be. I'll swallow my pride and subject you to mouse-drawn stick figures a thousand times before I subject you to slop. If you've ever seriously thought about transitioning, you should take HRT. It's really not that scary.
