I personally use the double authentication. It will give me more safety when logging in (but of course you need to generate the login code on your phone each time you want to connect.) Thanks again. Very helpful.
worik Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Some days, I can see it coming, and some days it comes surprisingly out of the dark. Dang! Do we have a gauge or a green-thingy-thumb-o-matic-counter where I can see how many of them are left? 1

I have the same Issue, running of thumbs if they are needed most! ? I just can't keep thumbs to myself ? And how about a thumb upgrade? Atm you never know why you got that thumb. Maybe someone just slipped, likes the color, was drunk or has a thumb fetish ? How about being able to leave a little comment with the thumb, that shows if you hover over the thumb or that can be seen in the "See who reacted to this" window. Like that modders get a little more feedback what ppl like most on their mod (without me writing "awesome" everywhere instead of a tech feedback^^) Some evil thumb users might misuse it to post something inappropriate, but I think most LL thumb users are rather fair
R-Lo Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Hi all! I've been unable to play any uploaded videos recently, anyone else experiencing this?

R-Lo Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 @RitualClarity sorry I was not clear, I meant with videos uploaded direct to the site and not linked ones, Normally I will post a video in webm or mp4 but currently it not possible to stream it and I have to download to view others vids, I'm wondering if others have noticed or if its a bug on my end ? 1
Benmc20 Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Okay, this is weird... With my ISP, I have a static IPv4 (and 8 static IPv6 but don't use them). Normally, Cloudflare won't bother about IP changing. This isn't the case. And, even weirder, the "position" given in my profile isn't accurate at all. And changes A LOT (sometimes tree times in a row). I'm not disconnected at all. Plus, I'm the only one (only one and only device used) who currently use my profile. I'm pretty sure this is a bug in IPS community because I don't have this problem with other Cloudflare protected websites. This isn't a real problem though, just annoying.

Something must be restricting it, can't imagine what. ... Do you have some firewalls, web protection programs etc. I've had issues like that before. (not with videos though) Best of luck. 1

lambient1988 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Hello, Not a massive problem but the top ad is ruining the site's mobile view. Screenshot:
stronggater Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 I apologize if its been answered before, but its happened before. The other download section occasionally flip flops from having everything within to just only showing one or two mods, is it just an issue with the website, or might it be something on my end?

Psalam Posted January 26, 2019 Posted January 26, 2019 Alright, I already know I'm paranoid so don't bother to tell me. In the wake of the hacker attacks I've become even more so (although my PC wasn't affected only LL). I have noted two things since the attacks I had not noted before. First, I spend time on the Skyrim Technical Threads. If I go there now, say, the list of threads, and whether I've read them or not, will be different than they were 5 minutes ago. I don't mean that there are NEW threads listed these are old threads. I first noticed it yesterday when I pulled it up and there were many days old threads that I hadn't looked at that I KNOW I would have checked (because of my interests) if they had shown earlier. I noticed this same thing this morning and that is why I chose to post. As usual, this is not a complaint, simply a statement of what I've seen. On another odd note, when I go to my profile (yesterday, not today) the word "profile" was all in small letters. In the past, and again this morning, it has always been capitalized. I realize that all of this may be a way of responding/dealing with issues rather than being symptoms of a new issue but I felt it was incumbent on me to mention it (kind of like talking to the TSA in an airport).

Vyxenne Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 Is there a search function that works at the moment? I am trying to find the "What is/Where is" Skyrim (or SSE) thread, but entering those search terms and ticking "Topics" fails to find anything except some Japanese mod or area.... and no, I didn't screw up and enter the search terms into the browser's search field, I entered them into the LL search field. So just as a test I entered "SexLab Framework" and could not find the SexLab Framework in the results. I realize the LL search engine has been broken forever, but I thought that was one of the reasons for changing to the new system. Or I guess I should say I hoped that was one of the reasons.

Yinkle Posted January 27, 2019 Posted January 27, 2019 I've been getting presented with a captcha page lately when updating files. It warns that my computer might be infected with malware if I keep seeing the page! Should I be worried or is this just a new security measure?

Some content in your file description is probably triggering a false positive for some security checks (which I've recently increased). Let me know which file is doing it, and I'll look through it for possible causes/fixes. Though it wouldn't hurt for you to also do a scan with Windows Defender, just in case.
