You should be able to overwrite files. I do it all the time.

 

That said, I can’t comment about MO as I never was able to get it to run and I am not using it.

I'll activate them when I hit a quiet place, see what the overwrites do, and if all looks OK, carry on from there

Been trying SDBeta 4 out on a new game, now every time I load up a save, I get a message box telling me SD+ is installing and to save and reload after all messages have stopped.  Which of course I always do when starting a new playthrough.

Same here with that pop-up message.

Also. Cage scenes appear to be gone rather than broken now. Instead of a message stating that the alias failed to update, there is nothing now. Also with Vampires, the bug which removes them from the list of valid masters is back so that you get free'd and they all aggro again at midnight. Sorry if those are known issues. I have problems understanding what im looking at on Github, though i did look...honest! ?

Further testing. Creatures appear to be getting a sex change to female. Falmer and Spiders certainly as i checked tried those out. They show up as female gender in sexlab and cannot be switched. Using creature framework to force them to be male so that animations play but they go right back to aggro again afterwards and no enslavement triggers. I checked all the settings i can find and reset sexlab etc, so im out of ideas as to what is causing it.

Issues noted in a few hours of messing around w/ Beta4:

 

  • as noted above, Falmer do not enslave, they aggro again right away.  Looking at the logs, they're failing 'Humanoid Enslavement check with actor' tests.  The FalmerRace did get added to the valid masters list; it looks to me like there's some confusion about whether to treat them as NPCs or creatures.
  • as noted above, the 'installing, please save/reload' popup comes up on every game load.
  • I reached day 3 and disposition > 5, gotten the "can I go now" line - but the owner won't release the PC, says he wants to keep her longer.  That doesn't match my recollection of behavior in previous versions, but I don't know if it's a bug or not.  If there are additional unstated release conditions, it'd be good to know what they are... otherwise, my testing is stumbling in the dark.
  • I've had zero success reaching Dreamworld, even with chance at 100%, in any location other than the shrine under the Meadery.  The log messages for Haelga's and the Dibellan temple both say "better luck next time".  Log message for the Falkreath inn just said "Dreamworld failed" or words to that effect, no further details about why.  I had not done "Night to Remember".
  • If I do reach Dreamworld, Sanguine turns hostile (apparently to the PC and to at least one of the Alicias, judging by her cowering response).  He doesn't actually attack anyone, but he's in combat state so no dialogue is possible.  If I surrender (hotkey), he's no longer hostile to the PC, but still in combat state w/ someone else.  Using the 'stopcombat' command on him will briefly interrupt him (so I can start dialogue if I time it just right), but he'll aggro again almost immediately.  Don't know if the same behavior repeats on subsequent visits to Dreamworld, since I gave up at that point.

 

Hope this is helpful.  Edit: all of this was on a new game.

> cages scenes dont work anymore, its like SD+ doesnt even look for them anymore (no message for cage search/cage alias fail)

Two questions about the popup message on loading a game.

 

1- Is anyone using beta 4 NOT having this issue?

 

2- If you have this issue, are you using Mod Organizer?

I think I was over the gold limit too, but possibly not (one message said 507/500, but another said 1100 to go).  Oddly though, I didn't have any dialogue to give the owner any gold (though I had some).  Gift menu only worked for items.  Will check again next time I test out a beta.

1) er, well yes i am having that pop-up issue

2) i don't use MO. I am too dim to get it to work. I use NMM.

 

Im hoping im not the only one that is having the issue of creatures being female all the time? I checked again in sexlab and after targeting a humanoid npc i was able to change the gender of my character and the npc at will. Creatures though are all female and apparently locked as such as i cant change them. That wouldn't necessarily be an issue from an anatomical (snigger) point of view as i changed all creatures to male in creature framework. Sadly though SD+ won't trigger animations when the creature is female perhaps as i don't have any female creature animations. And the sex pop-up doesn't fire. It did fire once with a wolf in bloodlet throne in the early stages of a new game save, but after that, nothing. I also tried the debug spell and all creatures are invalid with the latest beta. All was well with the previous beta so i don't think it is my installation that is borked.

Log fragment covering a failed attempt to surrender to Falmer (NOTE: this behavior seems to be present in 361 as well, it may not be new to the Beta4 version).  It's been awhile since I tried that scenario.

If you have the popup issue on game load, can you confirm you also have SexLab Dialogues installed and activated?

 

I looked ta the code and the only way that popup message would appear every time is if Dialogue is not installed.

I make the error messages more explicit for the next update.

This seems odd.

 

There should be a dozen races in the list when you start a new game, not just 2.

 

I will look into that.

SLdialog beta4

installed!

activated? => like in esp activated? or is there a new option in the MCM?^^

+ SDaddons

 

SLdialog MCM all options ticked, 40% comments/60% action

It's happening to me too.

- SLD beta4 active and running (just started the awesome blacksmith quest again)

- started brand new game, using MO and Skyrim Unbound

- couldn't find anything in the log around the time when the message pops up

Yes, I have the Beta4 version of SL Dialogues installed and running (and the MCM for it is working fine).

1- I am also getting the pop up box upon a game load. This is from a fresh game as well.

 

2- Using NMM

 

To note I have also installed SexLab_Dialogue beta 4.

Can someone please go try to get enslaved to a creature and report back on any issues? I want to know whether the mod is causing issues or i somehow borked something in my installation. Cheers!

Not sure if it's problem on my side since i have 240 mods installed but it was working just fine before.

 

Problem is that player never get any task from master also most of other mods that send player to master like Deviously Enslaved Continued , alternate start mods like ccas and immerslave are not working i mean they are working but after first day window pop up with notification "You are enslaved to a master that has been removed from master races. Your enslavment was terminated." 

 

Master is too far to collar you again - appear randomly quite often

 

Walk to auction house - Not working at all, after "thats it i've heard enough" screen turns black for a moment and master release player - thats it no teleport to auction house. To be honest this feature makes mod unplayable for me even on old version :( would love to see it removed or optional basically whenever player leave cell or get enslaved in "exterior" - walk to auciton house event starts 

 

Cages - sometimes work sometimes dont 

 

So it's really buggy i would say it's unplayable right now. 

 

Started new game, using MO
