Kids are the ultimate cock-blocks. Daytime sex is a couple-of-times-per-year event. Last night we heard the pitter-patter of small feet just as we were trying to find our underwear. Closest we've ever gotten to the ultimate "scarred for life"-event. Luckily it wasn't 3 minutes earlier, we wouldn't have noticed. Even luckier we were doing it vanilla. -no conflict and no challenge/progression whatsoever. every episode is only there to show us how cool/powerful MC is, and that he has in fact a lot of sex.
 

Sure, at that time it was a bit of a novelty to have full on rape like that in a show that's not technically a hentai, but this novelty wears of rather quick if you cant do anything interesting with it.

Not much of a fan of The Orville, however.  It looked to me like Seth MacFarlane was trying too hard with the crude humor in a live-action sci-fi show instead of another cartoon.  I've seen some viewers say the show starts to improve after a few more episodes.  I might give it another chance, one day.

 

EDIT:. Just saw the season 3 trailer of The Orville.  Looks decent.
