dePog Posted March 26, 2016 Author Posted March 26, 2016 So I know that it matters little, but this is my take on the Tiefling mod... Short Answer: I REALLY LIKE IT. Long answer: First a little background on how I play ... I almost always run a full list of mods plus at least two dozen merged mods thrown in on a laptop with various ENBs. I play a Vampire (Better Vampires), semi-Futa-Succubus (PSQ), Prostitute(Radiant Prostitution/TDF), Slaver (PAH), who is VERY into bondage (DD and all the stuff that goes with it), who likes to impregnate all of Skyrim (Beeing Female), Surround myself with friends (EFF + Tons of companions), camping and cold weather (Frost-fall), bouncing bodies and vagoos (CBBE/BS - HDT Chronotiger replacer, and working pussy), tons of hot chicks (a million appearance and NPC mods), custom hairs (SG, KS, Apachii, Oblivion), and just about anything else that will make a computer scream for mercy. Most of my save games get abandoned because I swap mods in and out constantly. I have finished Skyrim a few times but that has not been the objective of playing for a long time. Even with all of those script heavy mods I decided to try Tiefling, thinking that full-well I would have nothing but problems out of the gate. I have not had any technical problems relating to Tiefling thus far, on over 1000 savegames. In addition, with all my "overkill" mods, Tiefling adds a level of difficulty (at least early on) that makes the game fun to play again. Normally my character is so over-powered that nothing can touch me even at level 1, even on the hardest game settings and with enemy enhancement mods like Revenge of the enemies, OBIS and SoT. With this mod, my character is vulnerable and I have to actually think to make it through many encounters. I find this mod to be very fun and it adds greatly to the gaming experience. Does it have some bugs? I suppose, but with all the other mod conflicts that I have to battle, I do not really notice them very much. I appreciate the imagination and work that went into the creation of this mod. In my opinion, Tiefling is a success and you should be very proud of your creation. ~Wulf So I know that it matters little, but this is my take on the Tiefling mod... Short Answer: I REALLY LIKE IT. The Tiefling adds a challenge which I like and will continue to use it no matter what the problem or bugs etc Thank you both, I really appreciate you taking the time to give such wonderful feedback. The reason I started Tief was to make Skyrim more interesting by having to stop and think how I was going to attack (or even if I should attack). So I am glad that there are others who enjoy the same challenge. Keep letting me know of bugs as I aim to make Tief as stable as possible. Thanks again, dePog I will start over and try again and not use Sofia though I do like Sofia but as I said Sofia and Aeril has never had to instantly teleport to me when in Oblivion because they both was automatically teleported along with me. As I mentioned earlier I started to tell them that they had to wait for me so I can go alone Also shouldn't take me long I was level 9 , almost level 10 by the time I finally got around to going through Bleak Fallow Den and was getting ready for Dragon Rising and thinking ahead of how I was going to help fight the dragon, kill it, and absorb the dragon soul and disappear before the glamour/me dying of the glamour got to that point Despite all of that I really enjoyed Tiefling it was fun, I want to do it right hopefully so no more problems so as I said will start over for third time remove all mods and save and start over. Also I use Mod Organizer since I prefer that one and you can make profiles and each profile doesn't interfere with other profiles or mods used in each Once you are at the Western Watchtower you can remove your glamour and the guards will not attack you because you are flagged as friendly. But make sure you put the glamour back on before returning to Whiterun. thanks for that, that is good to know, so far my test run of the Tiefling is doing good so far, Though the Tiefling Rags - Bloody is missing part of the leg above the ankle cuffs on both legs, not sure how to fix that if it can be fixed I killed a wolf with the Tiefling claws - Venomc RH and I looked at my inventory and the Black Womb was not there when the Black Womb was there before killing the wolf, said that it would come back 5-10 minutes? The Black and White should only disappear after Soul Blast and Soul Shock. There is a bug in the scripting because the same thing has just happened to me. I will investigate the code and post a bug fix upgrade when I have solved it. Sorry for the mess up. its ok despite everything I really really enjoy this mod and love the challenge, sorry for complaining/asking if the black womb is suppose to disappear after attacking a creature while using the Tiefling claws - venom because as I said that's what I've been seeing. As I mentioned I attacked a regular old wolf and after the womb is gone and I did as you mentioned wait 5 - 10 minutes and it never came back. After that I reloaded and I used the console to bring up a creature like a deathlord and a human I believe and with the Tiefling claws - Venom the womb successfuly filled. I then used it and the womb came back, but as I mentioned I then again attacked a normal creature like a wolf etc and before I attacked I checked to see if the black womb was there in inventory then went to attack another weak creature like I did with the wolf last time with the Tiefling Claws - Venom and the black womb was gone and stood around in a safe area and waited 5 -10 minutes and it never came back. If its not suppose to do that, that the black womb is not suppose to disappear for attacking a normal weak creature like a wolf etc that doesn't give the tupe of soul for the womb then that might be a bug not sure. I also would like to add in that for the required mods or prerequisites I installed everything especially the Acqusitive soul gem mod before the Tiefling. Again I would like to say that despite problems I have been having that I really really love and enjoy your mod and will keep using it no matter the problems that I am having with the black womb for what ever reason and keep going to the temple to get the womb back or until the womb decides to work and behave properly Also this is what I meant about when wearing one of the safe for work clothes that part of the leg on both side is missing, here is a screenshot of it, also the body I am using is CBBE http://i838.photobucket.com/albums/zz303/Shawn_Eirhart/enb%202016_03_24%2023_14_43_56_zpsolxiqq5l.png hmmmm.... looks like she is trying to wear both types of rags at once. I will investigate, but I have family visiting over Easter so it may be a few days before I fix that. Thanks for the pic. dePog PS. Happy Easter everyone
Darthk Posted March 26, 2016 Posted March 26, 2016 you are welcome and happy easter. I will be doing that looking for bugs and if I see them or think it is a bug will mention here
dePog Posted March 29, 2016 Author Posted March 29, 2016 Version 2.0.4 Upgrades versions 2.0.0 and up. This patch hopefully fixes the disappearing wombs / balls. If your black or white womb (balls if male) is missing then go to the Temple of Decision and use the upgrade stone to replace them. Fixes a few other small issues regarding vomiting and the Soul Twins spell.
Darthk Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 I downloaded and installed the new update and I killed a wolf with the venom claws, the black womb disappeared but it didn't come back after 5- 10 minutes. But I'm wondering if I installed it wrong see I use mod organizer and I told mod organizer to have the update overwrite Tiefling 2.0 but I am having a problem with one of the safe to work clothes still and I am using cbbe http://s838.photobucket.com/user/Shawn_Eirhart/media/enb%202016_03_24%2023_14_43_56_zps8smyd7ns.png.html?o=0
dePog Posted March 30, 2016 Author Posted March 30, 2016 I downloaded both Tiefling and 2.0.4 update, I reinstalled Tiefling through Mod Organizer and I installed the 2.0.4 update through Mod Organizer and it says that I already installed Tiefling which I did but since I was trying to install the update I told Mod Organizer to overwrite and wondering if that was the right thing to do or should I have installed it seperatly which I could or should have done, so not sure if I did that right when I just said to overwrite Tiefling with the update? After I reinstalled Tiefling and installed the new Update, I went to the temple and chose update and started a new game, I defended myself when a wolf attacked me at near the start with the venom claws, the black womb disappeared. I didn't wait 5-10 minutes to see if the black womb came back on it own which I should have done just to see but I was curious about something so I restarted I skipped the wolf and I went to the mine that's right after the start before Riverwood and there is a bandit at the entrance to the mine on the outside I attacked the bandit with the venom claws and I killed the bandit and the black womb filled up with a black soul it said and I looked in my inventory and the black womb is still there and filled with a grand soul after killing the bandit at the entrance to the mine near Riverwood. One of the clothing from the safe to work is still missing parts of it in the leg area http://s838.photobucket.com/user/Shawn_Eirhart/media/enb%202016_03_24%2023_14_43_56_zps8smyd7ns.png.html?o=0 I am wondering though if I installed the update correctly by telling mod organizer to overwrite Tiefling or should I have installed the update seperately which I could have done. Did I install it correctly when telling the organizer to overwrite Tiefling? or should I have installed it seperatly? I am going to go back though and I'm going to see if the black womb will come back after I kill a normal creature like a wolf with the venom claws and wait 5 - 10 minutes to see if it will come back Edit: I started over this time, and I didn't go to the temple to update and when I fought and killed a wolf with the venom claws the black womb didn't disappear so that is good but the clothing in the screenshot I showed is still the same missing part of the legs on both sides Yes, you are supposed to let the update overwrite the original. The womb should never disappear except when using AOE blasts (Soul Blast, Soul Shock, Soul twins). The womb should reappear in 5-10 minutes after using those blasts. In my testing the 2.0.4 update fixed the disappearing womb and balls issue when attacking creatures with souls less than 'grand', so I am at a loss as to why it did not work for you the first time. It seems you have it working now, but let me know if you have further issues. I will upload some meshes for CBBE rags for you to try, and see if it fixes your missing legs issue.

I am going to make a backup of the save of it working correctly and go to the temple and see what happens after I update there
dePog Posted March 30, 2016 Author Posted March 30, 2016 Armpit and Pubic Hair for CBBE I can't imagine too many beauty salons in the Nordic lands so they were probably 'au naturel'. Hence you now have a choice of armpit and pubic hair colours to complepent your Tiefling Dragonborn. These are based on the Mature Skin type and include the head and hand textures so that there are no seams. If there is any interest I will do the same for UUNP.
malyis1 Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 Hello there, trying to download your mod and every time I try to activate the mod I get an error saying " Tiefling V2.0.0 - CBBE.rar : Unexpected end of archive" I have noticed that when downloading the file the link says that it is 95.6MB but after downloading it is only 65.4MB. Any help getting the file downloaded correctly would be great, Thanks in advance!

Try downloading it from here and let me know if there is still a problem. Cheers, dePog EDIT: I have just uploaded new copies of the 2.0.4 files for CBBE and UUNP
FreakingGobbo Posted April 3, 2016 Posted April 3, 2016 Hey depog, I love your mod but in your downloads it says 2x CBBE 2.0.4 version instead of 1 cbbe and 1 uunp version . You might wanna fix that Cheers , FreakingGobbo

elphilou Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 Hi ! Been away a while, but now i'm testing the new version, up till now everything's great, thanks ! Two things however: I had my regenerations quite high, despite having tiefling.esp at thebottom of my load order. Turns out that it's because of Character Creation Overhaul, it set up a bunch of AV at the beginning. Creating a character without CCO, i didn't have regen issues. I just changed the AV (healrate, magickarate and staminarate) to 0.001, is that the right value ? Also, more importantly: i downloaded the v2.0.4 via nexus, and i can't endorse it ! screugneugne ! edit: Actually, CCO did set the regen values high at the beginning, but i also had Skytweaks that set them back everytime i changed them through console. setting them in skytweak mcm solved the issue.

Darthk Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 I am back now I have been playing more of the wonderful Tiefling mod I do not have any problems now that I know of the black womb still stays around except for using one of the abilities that has the black womb disappear and it reappears after 5 - 10 minutes, I am now level 20 and doing good, I did find that Tief was overpowered so I am using Sands of Time and just upped the difficulty of the sands of time and then upped the difficulty of the game itself to legendary and grabbed 2 party members with UFO. I do still however have to tell party members to wait where they are at because if not they will still be teleported along side me to the oblivion safe area for choosing Molag

Arcturus7777 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 I just installed this mod. i like the looks of the toon a lot. But it said I had 3 minutes and then i could not save. I have 228 mods going it takes me more than 3 minutes to set the mcm menu. Due to the large number of mods, I sometime CTD. If I can not save before doing things that sometimes cause a CTD. I will not be able to play this mod. what is the deal with saves?
Fredfish Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 That is part of the mod, you can change/disable it if you go to the Temple of Decision (Lesser power) You can spend gold and use a spell to allow you to buy a save (250 gold, changeable in the Temple of Decision) If you use an alternate start type mod, I would wait till that part of the start up had been completed before going to the Temple (use the paid for save).
Storms of Superior Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 I seem to have something left over from Tiefling in one of my current saves. I started a new game with a different race, but she keeps the Tiefling stance, and Victoria's High Heel Walk is somehow overwritten. Is there a possibility of finding left over scripts that may be contributing to this?

You have to untick the Tiefling mod before starting Skyrim if you want to play some other character.
