I'm fairly sure that Rubber Doll is repeatable, as I have repeated it.

I have never repeated cursed collar, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's supposed to be repeatable.

As they're both candidates for punishment on defeat, it wouldn't make any sense if they were non-repeatable.

 

Try this...

 

  • Free Me!!!
  • Wait a while. Change cells.
  • Free Me!!! again.
  • Wait a while. Change cells.
  • Console yourself a new rubber doll collar and put it on.

 

This approach has fixed pretty much every issue I've had with DCL recently.

 

 

I seem to have a recurring issue with DCL scripts getting blocked somehow, and this unblocks them. For some scripts, one Free Me!!! is enough. Others seem to need it done twice. It appears to be DCL itself that has the issue; it can happen with no extra mods in play.

 

Bugs with Rubber Doll seem to come and go. On several occasions (though not in the same playthrough), I've had Rubber Doll jump immediately to "Finally you managed to remove the collar", within seconds of the quest starting. So, it may be sensitive to initialisation problems.

 

I originally thought that was a "working as intended", as the first time it happened, I had hardcore events set to a level higher than I was when I got the collar.

However, the second time, I had hardcore events enabled from level 1, and it glitched anyway.

 

 

It seems to be a Skyrim issue that quests don't always initialise properly. It just happens. A lot. To all kinds of quests.

Aliases don't fill, dialogues aren't added, scripts don't start. Sometimes it's everything, like the quest never started at all, other times it's just parts, which is even weirder.

 

There's no doubt that this seems to hit quests that were started as part of a new game the worst.

I'm moving towards excluding start-up-hogs from my initial LO in new games, and adding in mods one-by-one.

 

First I sort and test the whole LO and check it's fine, then I untick everything except the ESMs, start up and get SexLab and its animations all going, save, quit, then add the devious stuff, save, quit, reload, play a few levels, add more mods, etc.

 

I started doing it this way to establish what mods where causing problems.

 

You can't quite do this in NMM, but you can get close, but you can still disable the ESPs; you'll still have all the stuff from the BSAs in there.\

With MO, the BSAs can be phased in too. The NMM final result is probably more stable, but it's not as good for isolating a problem mod.

 

Finally, when everything is in, I may created a bashed patch. Just recently, I've not been making them, as I haven't been using mods that really needed it anyway.

 

I have to caveat this, in some cases it can create problems. Mods that change stuff all over the world aren't a good fit for this approach, and probably other ways it can break too. It's more a testing approach than a perfect route to a stable game. However, there are some mods that are probably better off being added later, in this way.

okay so I disabled most of my heavy scripted mods to test and the mcm menu doesn't seem to want to load and the bound princess start seems to be stuck as well it tries to load then ends up naked in the lal room even the default cover animation doesn't fire its like cursed loot is dead in the water in 6.3

 

edit:...okay reverted to 5.4 so borked something else so not a bug in 6.3

 

edit:okay reinstalled assets, integration and expansion and now cursed loot works one of them must have been bugged thus bugging cursed

It is ... perhaps ... not as devious focused as I would like, and just from the front-page I can't tell how hard the traps are to spot, or whether they can be spotted at all, nor whether you can disarm them. However, as a proof of concept trap layer, I guess it is mostly there.

 

I couldn't quite see if it has a similar approach to my idea that would allow coverage of the entire dungeon. From the front page, it sounds like there is only one trap layer, and it would be stymied by locked doors, where as my suggestion would allow traps even in a locked boss encounter room, as long as there are levelled list baddies in there somewhere. Maybe it has a different, perhaps better approach instead?

 

The hand-placed traps of DT are always going to be the best for the player, just not for the modder. It allows the most strategic placement, and the idea of being able to learn where they are is actually a plus point to me. TPADT sounds a hyper-random, and not like the fairly predictable locations I was proposing. If the trap layer mob evaluates possible traps from a fixed position, in a fixed order, any particular layer-spawn is going to lay repeatable trap locations unless you intentionally randomise it. I think that's better than super-random. If a trap could be anywhere, you would soon burn out on them, I think.

When you enter a dungeon, the traplayer starts. if it is stuck, it teleports to a new waypoint. the traps are placed after a certain min distance. because the system restarts on an error, it's possible to spam an area with traps. most traps are easy to see in certain dungeons. eg. spiderbags in a spiderless place, or a horizontal plate on a slope.

it only works on clearable dungeons

My PC got a Rubber Doll Collar from cursed loot. But it's not expanding. Should it go through the same cycle of encasement/sex to remove it. If not, what's the "correct" way to remove the collar second time around.

In my opionin the console approach is easier to use. The Free me option will end ALL DCL quests running. Sometimes even the repeatable quests get stuck.

 

Just after you finished your first rubber doll quest open the console and type "resetquest XX6065666" where XX is your DCL in the modindex loadorder. The Rubberdoll quest gets stuck often since version ...ever... after managing to get free.

After that your newly equipped rubberdoll collar will expand as it should be. Will not work if the collar is equipped allready...obviously.

By the way: Bondage quest is having the same issue, but much much much less often. I keep to tell myself: Scriptissue due to heavily modded game. Never got this problem with the cursed collar by now.

Hey, I seem to have an issue with the mod:
Every time I try to solicit an NPC and it succeeds - whether it be outside or in an inn - nothing seems to happen, but the mod registers it as if it's already done.
NPCs can still drug me sometimes, but nothing happens after that. It's not the type of bug that happens when you don't use FNIS to load the animations, nothing happens. After the NPC stops talking, I can talk to them again and it would show the after-effect of the solicitation, and I get paid (or not).

A similar thing happens when my PC gets raped - I get pinned down, tied up, and then I get untied and quickly get a recoil animation, sending the NPCs running away and briefly teleporting before coming back in again, nothing significant happens after that.
I'm not sure what's happening. My mods are up to date and loaded properly, new save and all. I don't think my mods would conflict with that happening, as Cursed Loot works fine other than those two problems, but who knows? It's getting a bit annoying.

I can confirm that the Cursed Collar quest is repeatable (mostly), however, I have run into the occasional bug near the end. You may find the doors in the Deep Dark Dungeon already locked (key required) on the way in, so they have to be consoled open in order to get to the point where the quest can continue.

Did you use the "Install" option in the Sexlab Framework to have it set itself up?

   This may have been brought up before, however I am not that patient to go thru all the thread to find it. I am having a problem with the rubber, latex and such suits texture/color not showing it's all one color like a purplish pink/red color, any suggestions on fixing this?

Yeah. That's the point. If DCL has got stuck and isn't firing events properly, simply removing the collar just hiding the problem.

You need to make it start firing events again, and for whatever reason, repeated Free Me with appropriate delays does that.

 

If you are wearing Queen Sarah's set, that's tough luck, but your quest is broken either way or you wouldn't need to apply such drastic measures.

In practice, setstage, setpqv and consoled items can restore a partial progress state on most of the quests, as long as you found out what the quest was called and noted the status before nuking it.

You are missing textures.

Possibilities:

  • you didn't install them,
  • you somehow uninstalled them,
  • you installed them in the wrong place,
  • they're shared from an item in DDassets or DDxpansion, and somehow textures from that mod are missing, see causes above.

In the case of rubber items, are you sure they are DCL suits, and not from CD or DDequip?

 

Either way, your textures are missing.

If you mean using MCM to install Sexlab, then yeah. Sexlab and all of the mods i have are properly set up, cleaned with TES5E and sorted with LOOT. Nothing seems to be wrong in that region. If you meant something else, then do tell me.

Now that you mention it, trying to manually start up animations doesn't work. By the looks of it, it seems like a bug with the scripts of sorts. I went to Sexlabs' Animation Editor and manually activated an animation, and it didn't start up. Checking the Sex Diary doesn't show any changes either.

Give me a moment to test something out and I'll see if it persists.

EDIT: Yeah, looks like it does the same on a new save.

Either way, your textures are missing.

They could be from CD or DDEquip however it's also happening with those from DCL, the only one that I have seen with textures is a black non devious collage gown and a white dress modeled after a hobble dress but with out the devious device scripts. The obsidian rubber suit from DCL you get from the Dom followers for me is purple and missing the texture so are a few obsidian restraints. That aside I thank you for your time ill have to look at the files and see what is missing.

Small question: is there a way to disable or add an option that allows chastity belts to leak cum? I like the look but kinda hate getting stuck with a giant belly for days at a time.

No, but there are potions that make it go. Just console yourself a few of them. Or disable cum inflation when wearing a belt.

I've found that Cursed Loot is probably the idea companion mod for the Devious Followers mod (https://www.loverslab.com/topic/82710-devious-followers-7th-may-2018/) - that mod adds the requirement to pay regular followers daily, with bondage and sex themes as events and punishments.  I would like to suggest a few Cursed Loot events that I think would work in tandem to make Devious Followers more challenging when they happen, but also work for players without that mod installed.

 

 

Trap event - Gold annihilation : A basic trap event that removes all money in your inventory if it triggers.  Can be set to 0 to disable.  Works as an deterrent to money hoarding for those that use mods that allow them to remove devices through payments, and makes High Security restraints more dangerous.

 

Modification to existing trap event - Flashbang traps : The bandits that spawn from the flashbang traps will take your gold as they leave (all or a %).  MCM menu toggle for this would be ideal.  Similarly, vulnerability rape events could have a toggle to also add gold pilfering.

 

Trap event - Midas' Choker - An enchanted choker that feeds off greed.  When triggered in a trap, it destroys all carried gold and starts a lock timer based on the amount of gold consumed (conversion rate settable in the MCM menu).  The collar also enforces nudity.  When the timer is complete, the collar falls off.  Alternatively, the collar may be unlocked with 3 head restraints keys.

Modification to existing trap event - Flashbang traps : The bandits that spawn from the flashbang traps will take your gold as they leave (all or a %).  MCM menu toggle for this would be ideal.  Similarly, vulnerability rape events could have a toggle to also add gold pilfering.

 

Trap event - Midas' Choker - An enchanted choker that feeds off greed.  When triggered in a trap, it destroys all carried gold and starts a lock timer based on the amount of gold consumed (conversion rate settable in the MCM menu).  The collar also enforces nudity.  When the timer is complete, the collar falls off.  Alternatively, the collar may be unlocked with 3 head restraints keys.

I need to check out the Followers mod. It looks VERY interesting! Only reason why I didn't try it already was that the older versions required some mods I don't have installed. That's no longer the case, so I will give it a test run soon, and see if find some fun things to integrate with! :smile:

Yea, shoplifting the Dollmaker's Shop is easy pezy. I suggest enslaving the character if she is suspected or caught stealing items over a certain threshold. About 500 gold of merchandise?  Then, it with tie in with her quests. That would be Option 1.

 

Option 2 is to equip punishing devices at random but no less than 1. The amount of punishing devices could be determined by the amount of merchandise you stole. Let's say you stole about 1500 of stuff. For every 250 gold added you get 1 extra device. So, you would get a total of 5 punishing devices.

 

Option 3 would be to leave the character (heavily tied) in the middle of nowhere like the bondage adventure quest. I'm sure someone else has a few ideas besides mine.

Some cool ideas, and yea the Dollmaker's Shop is way too easy to steal from currently, especially concidering how many rare keys are attainable. 

 

My suggestion would be to have the Dollmaker's cell have a special trap trigger rate of 90% - and some pretty nasty concequences for triggering it.  At the very least all keys removed and forced into one if the current rubber quests (billboard/arrears/suit). 

 

That would mean it isn't impossible to steal some crazy early game armour or a full set of rare keys... but as it should be when stealing from someone who specializes in sexy ways of tying people up, very risky.

Question: my character got locked and when I went to the blacksmith they said that the lock is enchanted and that they can't remove it. So, how do I get rid of those?

the main parts you might want to check out are the "deals" and "games"

 

 

deals

the deals all have 3 levels of them, and at level 3 they can cause sex events to occur

IAS (I am a Slut) deal 
Level 1 = telling people at times "I am a Slut"
Level 2 = Level 1 and being naked in towns
Level 3 = Level 2 and having hands tied in town (armbinder) as well, when telling people "I am a Slut" they may just decide to do more than a verbal response.

 the other 2 deals equip various devices on you per level 

Collar deal 
Level 1 = Collar 
Level 2 = Level 1 and Arm and Leg Cuffs
Level 3 = Level 2 and Chastity gear (follower can use you when wanted as well, after all the follower now "owns" those holes)

Corset deal
Level 1 = Corset
Level 2 = Level 1 and Restrictive Gloves and Boots
Level 3 = Level 2 and Gag (and follower can use your mouth when wanted, as the follower now "owns" said mouth)

Games = need over half enslavement debt or low willpower (other devices can block the games at times)

sleep in a in wearing a gag 
wear bondage boots in a dungeon
wear a blindfold in a dungeon

Gamble feature = random dice roll that gives money for debt being added (most dice rolls = more debt than cash gained)

Hi, not sure if this is Devices or Cursed loot but I have a question about the Wrist Ropes bindings? Are they supposed to lock me out of the various menus until I get untied because I can’t fight or use spells, obviously, but I can’t open up the main menu to access skills, map, etc, nor can I access the favourites menu either. Only way I can get out of the restraints is to use the Safeword function in the debug menu.

 

also I have a couple questions regarding Leah. If she vanished, is there an easy way to get her to move to player without duplicating her? Second question, her shopping quest bugged out and won’t let me complete it, the marker’s over her head but the dialogue option just doesn’t appear.
