Not quite sure what you mean by register

 

I use MO.  I install the mod.  It appears in the list of available mods (Left Hand MO pane)  I can check it's properly set up by looking at MO's file structure info, or opening it in ,

 

I then activate it in the Mod List.  I can see in the Mod List (Left Hand Pane) whether or not the mod content is overwriting any other mod.  The mod can be moved up and down the mod order until it does or doesn't, dependent on which you want

 

After activation, the mod's Plugin appears in the list of active game plugins in the Right Hand Pane

 

For my Estrus set up, I was actually last using the following (mod names are personal renames for ease of use) installed in this Mod Order

 

SxLab EstrusForSkyrimV250beta-33102-2-5beta ESP (the Nexus Mod 33102)

SxLab Estrus Chaurus + v4.37 ESP (from LL)

SxLab Estrus Chaurus + v 4.37 Patch for Estrus 250B Anims (patch posted in LL EC+ thread)

 

The Nexus mod is NOT overwritten

The EC+ Patch overwrites a script in the basic EC+ mod

 

The Plugins in the Load Order come up as

 

zzEstrus.esp

EstrusChaurus.esp

 

You can deactivate the zzEstrus.esp if you only want the textures and animations.

 

You can do the same thing with the 160 and 240 versions, but for some reason, laterly, I could not get the full animation set from either of those to work reliably (there is one tentacle that appears and disappears immediately)

 

The 250 set works perfectly with the Patch installed (you do need that installed) but, as you can see from the comment I left, the animation/timing/sound combination seems to need tweaking, and that's beyond my skill level

 

I also was using  the Nexus mod's add on  (EstrusForSkyrim Z Addon V112-33102-1-12 ESP) and that seemed to work fine too

that's the way i've got it setup now since 240 and 241 didn't work gave the patch a try but still no dice . haven't tried disabling the esp file for zzestrus though so that's next after shopping today. as for what i mean by register in the MCM menu there's an option to register animations. attempting that and waiting a reasonable amount of time (comparable to SLAL 1000+animation install just in case) result in none of the animations being checked. coulda have sworn before my reinstall that they were checked. might go digging around my previous mod manager files see if i can find the old versions

There are no warnings with estrus stuff (or any other) in my FNIS. You didn't tell what the message said? All FNIS warnings should be fixed, there should never be any.

 

EC+ has MCM tab which tells that all requirements are "ok", check those too.

warning: inconsistent mod zzestrus Number of animations differs between FNIS list (324) and corrosponding behavior file (312) . was the warning. seemed to be ignored by fnis and the mod author as well. will double check mcm now that im back from shopping. did check previous installs profile which had 240 and the same chaurus version so dunno whats happening there could very well be another mod conflict gonna try disabling stuff like spider or SLSO see if that fixes it.

I guess you didn't install Estrus right way. I checked it today and you need to carefully select which is the data folder when installing manually (in MO2).

You can show screenshot of your filetree of the mod if you want to confirm it's ok.

yep you have to have had to select it manually since its file structure is different. which i did on install for 240 241 and the 250+patch. none of the three version let me register the animations. gonna try installing the old files i have of 240 and EC see what happens. Edit: and still no registration. am i missing something like the estrus animations have to be registered elsewhere first? EDIT: figured it out. need to do sexlab, creature, then EC+ first then ZAZ and SLAL on a new game. i was doing SLAL after sexlab first so it might have been too many animations or something ah the fun that is skyrim troubleshooting modding. seriously though the fun however frustrating that comes from modding it is nice. had my Mo2 install go Dr.Wierd (my ass it hungers for more!) at one point when i was doing overwrite because i somehow made the mistake to have every directory link to the same place which made everything just turn inside out.  now imma go enjoy my fresh skyrim.

Well done!

 

Yes => ZAZ SL registration will conflict with Estrus+ SL registration!

 

Also Estrus needs one save/reload cycle after SLF is activated, and don't register anything else to SL before Estrus+ is all done.

hello, after giving birth my character does not get up. Animations stop and I hear my equipment being re-equipped (though it is not actually done), but my character just lays there for infinite time, even with short birth duration turned on. I'm unable to move, but can switch between 1st and 3rd person camera. I can also access menu/items and map

Urghs!

What could help:

activate in sexlab "ragdoll after sex" and trigger a SL solo animation (by holding down "N" for a while via SLA or activate SL debug to get spells to trigger a solo animation)

or if you have SD+ installed press the surrender key and choose "ragdoll"

I managed to get out of it, I'm not super sure if it just decided to start working, or if it was something I did.

 

For anyone else, I had a save just before the birth so I reloaded it. After animation completed I used the map to fast travel (I was in Winterhold and just fast traveled back to winterhold). I was still laying on the ground after Fast Travel, but after a few moments I resumed the normal camera angle and stance. Not sure if that was just the mod finishing up, or maybe the fast travel kicked me out of it?

 

Thank you for those tips, I'll keep them in mind in case this happens again.

example tentacle attack:

1. tentacle attack stage

2. exhausted on ground stage

3. exhausted standing stage

=> last 2 stages take a while

 

for egg birth:

1. fall to ground stage

2. birth animation stage

4. get up again stage

 

the more eggs got incubated the longer the birthing stage lasts (can be even a few minutes)

Egg laying is an exhausting process, give your girl some slack!

Sure sure, no problems with that. But I set it to the short birth, 1-2mins. Waited ~10 minutes and nothing had changed. Plus with the sound notification of clothing be re-equipped, it gives the player all the indication that it's ended and things are broken.

 

 

Either way it all seems to be working now. Maybe it was never broken to begin with, but it sure felt like it

That's what I hope! ?

But you never can be sure with all those possible mod combos ?‍♂️

I can only say it works for me all the time, even if a SL scene starts while the PC still lays eggs =D

Maybe a "get up" mod interferes?

I would start to worry if it happens every time.

Is it normal to only have two of the animations available? Only the double and side animations ever play for me despite the other animations being listed in the SL framework. (using V250 with the patch from this thread).

Can I undo a 'pregnancy'??? She's been like this for about a week in-game, her boobs have quadrupled in size (eww) while her belly has done nothing, and it SEEMS to be preventing SexLab Adventures from triggering scenes... I mean, that's all I can think of to be the case, since she has no devious devices equipped, and SL Adventures keeps saying 'rape proximity check. Deviously helpless suspend'. This is the only mod I've not used before, and it was around when she got the 'breeder' active effect that Adventures stopped working.

 

How long is this supposed to last?? It seems never ending

There's sliders for Estrus tentacle attacks and Estrus slime attacks in both Deviously Cursed Loot and Sexlab Parasites.  Those two types of attacks are separate from each other.  If there's pink slime even if there's tentacles, it's a slime attack.  If it's just tentacles, it's an tentacle attack.

 

There's a few other mods that can trigger tentacle attacks like FMEA, Dragonborn in Distress, Deviously Enchanted Chests and a few others that I'd have to check my mod list for my Skyrim games.  I only play SSE nowadays but I've been able to install all the ones I wanted for a tentacular experience. ?

Ah, alright. I saw the other animations listed in the EC MCM so I thought they were supposed to play as well. I'm guessing, then, that EC just registers them to the framework but doesn't necessarily utilize all of them.

That explains it:

Chaurus and spider attacks only trigger two types of tentacle attacks.

 

it was already mentioned, but for more I recommend:

Deviously Enchanted Chests:

Lets you choose between tentacle, slime, dwemer machine attacks

 

and also Estrus Dwemer for:

attack like those from spiders and chaurus, but with dwemer automaton animations

I actually got it working; it turned out SL had suppressed over 300 animations without my input. O_o But what does 'start lure' mean? If I select yes, the scene starts, and all enemies in the area attack her while she's helplessly engaged in an Estrus animation. But if I select NO, she just stands around and I can no longer control her. No animation starts after 10 minutes and she remains uncontrollable.

Lure is not an estrus spell, but PSQ has one that works like you just mentioned. If you start a masturbation scene, you can 'lure' NPCs to feed on. It sounds like there's another issue with your install if it's triggering like that.

Ohhhhh, cool, gotcha. I'd never seen that before, because I don't care for masturbation in the game, and only use PSQ for the transformation feature. ;) Thank you!
