While enjoying the mod( it is awesome keep up the good work :lol:  ) i noticed that my dog follower also had the dialog option to help me out of the armbinder.

Just though you should know if you didn't already.

Which mod is that from?

It would be good if the moaning (or less believably, the vibrator noise) from the soul gem plugs were 'louder' in game terms, i.e. less stealthy.  Not quite sure how to accomplish that; I don't think the 'casting noise' from the magic effect actually does anything, on an enchantment.

I can probably accomplish that via http://www.creationkit.com/CreateDetectionEvent_-_ObjectReference . Will do so.

 

The dog isn't modded, he is from the vanilla game.

Ok, I've taken a (brief) look through the previous posts in this topic and I can't see the answer to my problem there (or not as it relates to me, anyway). I've spawned the Devious Container to take a look at the new gear and put on the armbinder (nothing else was equipped at the time). As has been reported in previous posts, my arms remain at the default rest minus my hands. I'm using CBBE, rather than UMP and I re-ran FNIS after installation.


 


Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong? Or is a full restart of my game going to be needed?

Nope, not yet. I have inside information that it's likely to end up in a quest or two, though ;-)

Seems we had a miscommunication! That container only contains the assets themselves. You can either craft the item (After reading the book teaching you how), or add it to your inventory via the console. The ID is xx028a5a

Quest / quests where you have a master, gearing you up with the devices and bossing you around. And probably something else that wasn't hinted at in the accidental quest activation a few version ago :D

 

I also was thinking to wait with a new character until it was released so I guess you can guess my vote.

Ah, and that would have the correct animations?

Yes. The only reason you ran in to trouble to begin with, was because you used the console (Adding the incorrect item to yourself) instead of accessing the content in game. Use the aforementioned item ID, and you'll be fine.

Surreptitious Streets is a system for entering a submissive relationship with many NPC's within the game. Features expansive dialogue (Written by Zadil and Veladarius) , that varies on a wide variety of factors. It contains numerous short tasks/quests/punishments/etc, that your master can impose upon you. It's themed similarly to SD, though focusing much more on long-term submissiveness, rather than short-term cinematic slavery. Whilst in such a relationship, you'll be able to pursue most quests / normal game-activity, though your master will "request" your presence periodically at his/her whim.  It's fairly ambitious, and I've been working on it for a while. Regardless of what option is chosen, I'm going to finish this eventually.

Please, someone could tell me what "on-the-fly HDT mesh" exactly means?

So I could properly vote for.

 

Devices posessing HDT meshes would replace static meshes for users with HDT enabled (Probably configured via an MCM option). This would be done so at equip-time, and would not be a mod requirement/dependency, just an additional feature that I'm trying to gauge interest for. Users not using HDT would continue to use the static meshes as normal.

The poll options aren't mutually exclusive, though it is likely to influence what I put my time towards (As the time I can spend developing is obviously the bottleneck here).

That sounds so much like msex veronica, one of my favorites for FalloutNV.

And i like the attention to details and good wording you, Zadil and Veladarius put already in the DD descriptions and Captured dreams shop.

Skyrim will become so much better 2014 i guess. The fantastic DD stuff, Hero(ine) in Distress, SD2, APPS and Real Play, 2014 seems to be a good year for submission fantasy lovers like me.

I definitely want to see the quest finished. From what little we tested and knowing what all has been written how could I not? I do have some ideas for using items from some other mods, specifically Zarias piercings. There are 3 chastity piercings it it that would fit with what is here (2 deny access to the vagina and 1 covers it completely like the belts do but all leave the anus exposed). I am also all for using HDT. Still #1 is the quest.

What I wrote for the layout and basic dialogue for the Forbidden Tome quest was about 5 pages before Zadil enhanced the dialogue. The new quest has a framework and multiple modules/quests within it and my layout and basic dialogue of that was nearly 40 pages. What was in the previous versions was just part of the basic framework. It will definitely be fun.

Min - I apologize in advance if someone already asked this, but I haven't seen it. Among of many new features in new update, you mentioned that  devices will vibrate on NPC's too. So far I haven't seen any, although I rise up chances in the menu. Did I understood it wrong or there is something else.

Event support is indeed in, for NPC's. Naturally a nearby NPC must have a plug capable of vibrating, for such an event to occur.

Two very minor issues:

 

-Updated to sexlab 1.32 today, the DD-Animation only showed up in the sexlab mcm after reregistering animations in the DD-mcmmenu. Not sure if this is intended.

 

-MCM key menu is missing a description for the creation cost of a medium difficulty key and the sorting in the key creation menu is easy-hard-medium-disabled.

 

 

With help armbinder in the console it shows up two numbers for an armbinder, both appear in the inventory when you trigger them, the working one costs 150 and is fully functional, the other one costs 250 and does nothing. Did i maybe forget to delete some older files or is this WAD and one of the two is maybe simply the armbinder in the showcase in the captured dreams shop and the other one the functional?

I'm definately looking forward to the Forbidden Tome quest getting expanded and completed, but truth be told, it's flavour content.

 

It's good flavour content, don't get me wrong, but it's still a single-fire quest within a huge game full of quests and distractions, a game you could litterally sink hundreds of houers into within one playthrough if you wanted, so what do you do with the DDI content once you've beat that one quest? Without a system like Surreptitious Streets in place to give that content meaning and play value, the mod ends.

Yes you can make the devices and put them on, but why do it? It doesen't help you, it doesen't make logical sense to do it, and the novelty of this self-imposed restriction quickly fades.

 

 

Surreptitious Streets is the meat of this dish, that's what will keep DDI installed long after the Forbidden Tome quest has been beat and we've long since moved on to fight in the civil war, defeat Alduin and Miraak, and beeing Lord Harkons personal errand girl. It needs to be there, and the sooner the better, it's important.

 

Once that's working, then the more fun development of quests and elaborate scenes can be focused on to give the mod flavour, establish it's own lore, all that good stuff.

That's what the reregister function exists for, :P

Multiple armbinders (Or any device, for that matter) in your console is part of this mod's normal operation, and can be safely ignored.

she also gets horny now with the cursed soul gem plug :)

you probably where asked about this but... will there be some sort of quest related mod for the armbinds :huh:
