Open the console and type:

 

player.additem xx00182d 1

 

where "xx" is your two-digit load order for DD integration.

 

(If you want to be certain you've got the right code type: help "devious devices" into the console and it'll show up in full, listed as BOOK: (code) 'Devious Devices: Chastity Belts')

I'm having a weird problem with Sergius. No not that problem. At the end of the dialogue after I've accepted his proposal, it just stops on that dialogue choice. He says his response to it "you'll be as famous as me blah blah" but then he just stares at me until I tab or esc out of the dialogue. I've tried just waiting him out and seeing if he'll eventually do anything, but he does not. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this, because I don't even know how to begin to trouble shoot this problem.

 

Edit: Dug a little deeper, hit a water main. My problem is much bigger than Sergius, probably going to have to do a few reinstalls.

about that, where i can find the zap thing, the menu have a option for that (if im right) and i never saw that or i dnt know what that does because dnt lemme activate.

 

Zaz Animation Pack

You have to install it and when it's inialized within the MCM Menu, you have to go there, tab "Sexlab" -> "Register animations".

This also will change the bound animations bool of DD.

Well, my problem isn't half as bad as I've been reading from others. It's more of an annoyance than a problem. I'm having animation issues. I've got only the Assets and this installed for DD mods. I wanted to test the devices first before committing to the whole slew of the DD mods out there.

 

I run FNIS, get no issues.

 

Put a follower into an Armbinder and get the message "it locks into place" or something like that. Everything looks fine and I'm about to quit out when I see my follower walk to a table, sit down, and grab food and drink with handless arms. Well then .... that's a neat trick.

 

When I check the DD MCM menu and look closely I notice that it says .... Bound Animations? I forget the actual wording now, but the help message below says something about Zap animations being installed and it's set to FALSE. I have no option to set it to True. I have the zaz animations installed, so I'm wondering why I can't change this to true.

 

Last annoyance is: When I console "help harness" for example, I see multiple choices, including an Ebony harness. Well I've found that anything that doesn't have a zad tag in it, will either not appear in my inventory or do nothing at all when put on an NPC. Is this because the Ebony stuff is part of Assets and I'm not running a mod that utilizes it in game?

 

Ebony Harness is in the Expansion Pack.

 

To get the followers to behave I use Amazing Follower Tweaks,

->It has options like, No follower idle...Which is awesome cause I make a follower stand next to my bed at night with an Orgasmo plugged in, I sleep so much better at night knowing she's having a great time.  Also she'll just stand in place permanently.

 

->Another great feature is "No Chatter" (Also AFT) which only seems to work with Vanilla Followers and only without the "follower commentary mod"..........But I just love to put a gag on them now and then and make them shut up.

 

To get the animations to register you have to go to the ZAZ MCM menu,

Find the register animations in that menu,

 

Your not done yet,

->Go now to DD Integration, find the register animations

 

Your not done yet,

->Save your game

->Load your game

 

Your not done yet

Is that in the installation instructions and I just completely overlooked it? Geez. Okay. I do use AFT (love it), but I have the relax option on. The random chattering I turned off after listening to Lydia say the same damn thing for 2 minutes straight. "I don't care about the civil war! Shut up!"

 

Now the other thing. Will this also fix the issue with none of the Ebony items appearing on the NPC? It's not just the Ebony I've found, but also a lot of the plugs.

So I'm having a slight issue. None of the stuff works. It shows up in the inventory, shows up in the store, but it doesn't show up on bodies.

AFT uses an outfit system,

I found if you activate "Standard Outfit" and leave the rest off DD items will not switch off then.  Still not 100% but its darn close.  Be careful not to activate the other outfit choices cause then your follower puts the items into the backpack and they might stay there when switching back cause for some reason the backpack is treated like a follower ><

 

If you allow vanilla outfit use well, Skyrim Base game has a bad habit of telling followers what they can wear/use.  So this is why there are esp's written to help player control what followers use.

UNP/B. Someone released new meshes for the devices so they scale with belly/breast scaling. It's not perfect, as I can see my nipples jiggling with HDT enabled, but there you go. LInk should be a few pages back maybe. Also there's a link in SexLab Index topic I think.

I only have Standard Outfits being used on all of my followers because I found that when having the others on, sometimes they'd change into house outfits when I enter a fort. That and I got too lazy to constantly come up with different attire.

 

I like the backpack feature too. It allows me to keep things sorted better when I have 2 or 3 followers with me. And since they're equipped items are not in the backpack, there's no fear in accidentally removing them or selling them.

 

I haven't had the chance to do the suggested registry and stuff to fix my game yet. Been busy on FF14 lol.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see CBBE or UNPB body mods in there. IIRC DDi requires alternative body meshes installed for it to work. I recommend CBBE+Bodyslide and XP32 Maximum Skeleton. They should be near the top of your load order. (Install XP32 BEFORE any other mods that modify skeletons or meshes)

After a long wait, Devious Devices 2.8.1 has been released. It should be safe to continue your existing save-game, without starting anew. Many significant changes are associated with this update. 

 

Update Instructions:

Download the latest version of Assets - It has been updated, with many changes.

Download the latest Expansion (If you use the Expansion) - It has been updated, with many new additions.

It should be safe to update to the latest version without starting a new game.

I recommend that you update your Device Hider to use slot 50, instead of slot 60.

I installed all the devious mods (assets, integration, and expansion) to get access to some of aradias new stuff and when i went to start the quest for the tome it didnt start for me. After I installed all the mods using cbbe body I ran fins and it detected DD and completed fine. When i take the book urag doesnt see me do it. I cant talk to him the topic doesnt show up. IF i console start the quest i get the dialog option and I can start talking to him but no animations play and it hangs when he ask for the book. no matter what option i pick. any idea what i might have missed? or how to go about fixing it? guess it must be some mod conflict?

I'm pretty sure CBBE does though, and I think UNPB does, too.

 

CBBE does not have a single ESP or ESM files included. You do it either manually or with installer, but all meshes and textures are going directly to Data folder, or Mod Organizer's Mod's folder. There are no place for it in load order, because there simply isn't a files to be loaded.

Um. How are the piercings working out with HDT? I've tried every UNPB nipple piercing (not this one yet though) and they just won't align properly.

 

Also do piercings have requirements like plugs requiring a belt to stay in? Maybe they can't be used with a belt/bra or something.

So long as you're using a supported body (See the Assets thread), they align / bounce properly, as you would expect them to.

 

Nipple Piercings + Bras can't be worn simultaneously (Slot conservation), though there aren't any other restrictions.
