windu190 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I am trying to figure out this strange bug.  The zbf iron collar black equips, but the mesh has it placed statically between my character's feet as opposed to around her neck.  However, the alternate texture version of this collar, I think brown or rusty, I forget, shows around the neck.  At first I thought it was a mesh problem, but why would the same mesh work for one and not the other?  I have verified my skeleton is the XPMSE original and I have reinstalled ZaZ + patch.  Any ideas?  I got the exact same issue. Anyone got any idea what might be causing it?Â

Allannaa Posted April 10, 2017 Posted April 10, 2017 I originally posted this in the SexLab Tech Support, but it may belong here instead.  Saturday, everything worked as intended.  Sunday, everything still worked, with the single exception of the pillory sex stuff.  I changed nothing. I added nothing. I took out nothing. All I did was save, exit Skyrim, turn off the computer, and go to bed.  Saturday I took the satchel to Darkwater Crossing. While I was there, I took off my shirt, which encouraged a rape event from Dangerously Nude. It was the pillory + broom (one of my faves) so I sat back and enjoyed the show. When it was over, I walked to the nearest dragon mound (in the sulphur springs area nearby.) Kedris and I killed the dragon; I got my word. We fast-travelled to Lakeview, where a buncha bandits popped out from behind my animal pen and attacked. We killed them, went inside Lakeview, I saved and quit to desk.  Sunday we went to Falkreath to sell our collected junk. Once we'd done so, I took off my shirt to encourage a rape event -- which occurred. It was the ArokRape, and that was nice enough. But I forgot to get dressed, and was still shirtless when we walked into Riverwood. Alvor obliged, in the street, not his smithy, so there *should* have been plenty of room. A PillorySex scene started. I was in the correct position for the animation, and Alvor performed the correct animations, but -- No Pillory!  I re-ran FNIS, thinking maybe I'd finally gone totally alzheimer's and forgotten to do that. I checked my Data>Meshes and Data>Textures folders to be sure the ZaZ folders were present, and that they had stuff in them; of course they were and did. I loaded a save from back before we finished building Lakeview, and still no pillory. I point-and-clicked a Clean System and then a reinstall of SL, and I registered the animations for SL in ZaZ, all via the MCM. I used PuppetMaster to make Kedris have sex with me in the big open Entryway of Lakeview, and I didn't change the animations on my own, I simply kept having him do me until we got to the pillory animations -- no pillories.  Any thoughts or ideas, other than a complete reinstall? I'd like to avoid that, but at least it won't take two weeks, since I now have the latest versions of everything.  Honestly, absolutely nothing had changed overnight. Unless skeevers got into my computer and nibbled something?  Here's my load order (and no, Kedris changes *nothing* about sexy mods. He's simply a follower. There's no way on earth he could make Pillory nifs suddenly stop appearing in game.) If you read last two pages from that thread, you will notice that there might be a lot of work to be done with unforeseen compatibility issues. T.ara made a really great work with it, but I wouldn't yet recommend replacing the old ZAP with the new one.

I might have misunderstood what you wrote, but it sounds like you removed v6.1 first which would leave you with only a patch and not the bulk of the required files. Possibly the 6.11 patched esm wasn't updated to change the version number as well, though if that's the case it shouldn't prevent anything from working.

If you're using the 6.2+ version you'd be better off asking in its own support thread over in the sexlab downloads section. It's confusing to have the alternate version in a different place with an identical name!

Never had this problem before. http://hpics.li/1e10742 When I click on registry it load during about 2s and nothing. No more anim on sexlab + no anim on the right windows registered. It's really problematic due to lack of anim with an arminder. Someone can help me please ? Â

I cant find them in game anywhere, and i could have swore that this mod contained them. The zaz resources that contains them looks outdated and sketchy.

I was having similar problems. Some pillories were invisible or missing textures and I stumbled on a post somewhere that helped me fix it, but I can't find it now. The problem was in the SLALAnimObject.esp. (I know this isn't listed in Allannaa's load order, but you mention installing the Anub SLAL pack, Einarr, so that's what reminded me.)  There are quite a few versions of this around included in different SLAL animation packs. Some of them (including the one from the Anub pack which was causing the problem in my case) are edited versions of one from a different pack, and they direct in-animation pillory meshes and textures to new folders. From memory, the SLALAnimObject.esp included in Anub's pack points to meshes and textures the pack doesn't include, but which can be found in the packs by Leito and FunnyBiz.  Hopefully that can help you get to the bottom of it.
EinarrTheRed Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Thanks, that gives me something to look into. I'd wondered if maybe the new animation packs were causing the problem. First thing I'll try is just disabling each one and see if that makes any difference.  Edit: Okay, solved part of it. I checked ZaZAnimation.esm and the SLALAnimObj.esp in TESEdit and didn't turn up any conflicts. I did however see what nif the Anub animation was pointing at so I checked that in Nifskope. While the animation does use a mesh supplied in the Anub pack, the textures it is looking for are in ../Textures/AnimObjects/AnimationsByLeito/ which apparently I don't have. But it looks like these textures are supplied by ZazAnimations so updated the nif to point to the ZAZ textures and that seems to have solved the missing textures on that one animation. So one problem solved, thanks again for the tip.  However, doesn't solve why in all the the ZaZ animations the animation plays but the pillory is invisible which indicates its not loading the mesh at all (at least that's my understanding of the problem). I don't know much about animations, but with TESEdit not showing any conflicts with anything else so far I would assume that maybe the animation itself isn't pointing at the nif mesh or something. Still poking around to see what I can figure out.  Oh an if anyone wants my corrected SLALAnimationObj.esp just shoot me a site mail. Happy to share.  EDIT 2 Tried installing 6.22, the single pillory is still missing and so far as I can tell is the only mesh missing in animations. When that didn't work I tried completely uninstalling (manually made sure all meshes, animation files (.hkx), and scripts were deleted. Then re-installed 6.11. Problem persists, the single pillory mesh is still missing in animation.  I tried installing Display Model and all the various cages, chains, other types of stocks (vertical, etc.) all appear. But the single pillory does not (can't say 100% for sure but so far it seems to be the only mesh not loading).  So next I dug back in this thread to about page 202 I think and found someone had posted a file with the missing pillory nif. I downloaded that and installed, tried again. Still nothing.  I have no idea what to try next or what's causing this at this point.

I tried to put a follower into a Yoke which works for a few seconds before their arms drop to teir usual stance. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Is this just my game or is anyone else having this issue?
