xaz Posted April 9, 2016 Posted April 9, 2016 I installed the latest version of the mod including the patch, but the xcross is not showing anywhere in my game. the mods that I am certain should use it are maria eden slavery and east reach house. the other furniture works fine. anyone know a fix? edit: its working now, but because i reverted to an older version (605) in 605 there is a folder C:\wherever you have yours\SxLab ZazAnimationPack Main v0605\Meshes\ZaZ-UltimateDataPack\ZaZ - Furniture\XCross II which has in it,,,,,,,,,,, ZaZ-X-Cross II Dark.nif ZaZ-X-Cross II Light.nif in 610 the same folder C:\wherever you have yours\SxLab ZazAnimationPack v0610\Meshes\ZaZ-UltimateDataPack\ZaZ - Furniture\XCross II has in it only.......... XCross2.nif The two original .nifs don't seem to be in 610 or the 611 patch You maybe want to check with the authors of the mods that the x-cross seems to be missing from are looking for the former, rather than the latter? If you use MO, as long as you have the left pane loaded as 605 main, 607 patch, 605 textures, 610 main, 611 patch, possibly leaving the 605 main and texture versions active, allowing them to be then 'overwritten' by the 610 main/611patch versions might fix that, ie get you all the new 610/611 stuff, but also leave in situ the old 605 stuff that seems to have been removed from 610/611 I just asked - see above - if anyone knew if 610/611 was a straight overwrite, given that a lot of files from 605 weren't being replaced. None of the answers to date are definitive, but on having a look at the script files, they all seem to be replaced, with no old ones left in place, so maybe it is possible to get the best of all worlds and leave 605 in place too, so that the new scripts kick in OK, and that any mods looking for 'older' asset/texture files, ie those now awol from 610/611, can pick them up that way No guarantees, but the logic is such that it might be worth a try That any help? If you overwrite with the newer files and leave the older files, then you'll have backward compatbilitiy. Most of it should work anyway, as few modders created their own furnitures using ZAP resources.

Those lines are also from DD and not from ZAP. There are no lines from ZAP in your log. But as I said, I doubt that's a problem with DD itself either. I went through Pirate Prize last evening and had no ctd's so looks like something other than ZAP or DD.

I've always had irregular CTDs around sexlab scenes inside Erikur's house and Angrim's basement. But for some reason nowhere else. It could be simply that Devious Cidhna did something to the navmeshes of those places that doesn't play well with sexlab or maybe it has something do to with the way/circumstances in which it tries to start sexlab scenes. Anyways I doubt it's directly caused by ZAP or DD.

Those poses are regular SexLab animations. Playing through ZAP: 1. Select actor or actors with n (same as SexLab) 2. Go into MCM, ZaZ Animation Pack, Animation Test System 3. Select the actors that you want part of the animation from the menus. 4. Select an animation type (SexLab in this case) 5. Select the animation you want 6. Press "Run animation"

After trying around quite a bit to narrow the issue down i finally started a completely new game, removing a few mods, if it occurs again outside of devious cidhna i'll post. Will probably take a while, currently my Skyrim playing pace is a bit slow... .

Ok, that makes sense though it's not hard or even very expensive these days to buy a huge external drive and install all your games to that drive so you can re-visit any of them later when you get an urge. If you've been out for a couple years there have been several Zaz pack releases you missed though. But more than that we now have hundreds more sex animations yes, hundreds) available to work with and there is still a flood of additional animations being created. A lot really depends of course on what you would like to see in the game around the bondage and sex themes since the Zaz Pack is the base they all use but there's also the Devious Devices and a number of excellent mods taking advantage of them.

Honestly, I'm mostly curious about the new furniture, poses, animations, and gear added by Zaz (the undisputed MASTER of BDSM mod frameworks!). The other folks, like Devious Devices and the animation creators, usually include gifs or pictures to show off the new stuff (usually, but not as often as I'd like). Zaz, however, doesn't seem to really update the sample pics as far as I can tell. Any ideas where I can get a glimpse at the new goodies? You'd think somebody would keep a compilation of samples somewhere!
Rootsman Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Not sure if this is a bug but I have found that NPC's no longer open their mouths as wide when performing oral animations after upgrading to 6.05 + 6.07 patch. Using M.O I did testing between the older version of Zaz I had (6.00 + 6.04 patch) and the current version and for my current load order this problem only occurs with the newer version installed. I noticed there is a facial expression options for gags in the new version (forcing mouth open with gags on) and I tried turning that off and resetting the animation registry to no affect. Edit: I seem to only have this problem with female characters (PC & NPC) DOES know how to fix it ???
Rootsman Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Hi, so people still having this bug/issue like me ,no option to force mouth open,even with gags it's barely open,but we want to make it open withouth gags,and when i do so in options it stays for few seconds and reverts back,and even if it manages to stay as soon as i start animation mouth is shut... well this is frustrating...... any suggestions ???? i use latest zaz pack ,this need serious fixing....

Can be reproduced by wearing an armbinder and starting a doggy animation from ZAP's MCM.

Latest patch fixed a problem I was having with removing armbinders though! Thanks for all the work you put into this, xaz.
bleeb Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 I typed a lot of things in like "ZazAPECocoonSuit01" and it just says script not found or something, how do I get these things in game?Just type in console ZAZ and then check the first two letters, then open the txt file and copy the rest of the codes from it.I typed in ZAZ and then console ZAZ but it said they weren't found. searched 'help Cocoon' too but it said viewer strings not available Seems like you didnt activated the esp that came with it, try to check if its activated. it is activated I think I'm just misunderstanding what exactly I need to type in to get the web armor and such I believe it isnt zaz that your suposed to type in, i was reading through the readme file the other day and it said to use something like zbf so all you need to do is take a quick peek in that readme file and that should fix your problem lol... that post was made back in 2012.. and in the first pages, literally years ago. that's one hell of a bumped post lol! but yeah.. that's been long since resolved.

CTD on saves is a symptom. Does ENBoost help with these kind of crashes, I heard it's good for stability? Thing is, my game seems very stable; I rarely crash other than the above scenario. In any case I took your advice and tried running the game with less mods on a different profile, but it didn't make a difference UNTIL I uninstalled maria eden. So I tried going back to my heavy load order without MEden and it actually worked fine without crashing on save after the slaverun scene. It seems theres a conflict with maria eden v2, in my case at least.
