shiagwen Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 i use a mod called no npc greetings, since years because these guards, kids, etc talking to me each time i pass them and even follow into home are annoying. may this mod block your forcegreetings here ?

I don't think it should, as those greetings are not forcegreets but Hello dialogues that play as you get in a certain distance to an NPC. I myself use a mod that makes it so you need to get much closer to an NPC before they greet you.
Veldon Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 I am using the no greetings mod as well and have no problems. The forcegreetings are not affected by it.
Guest Posted June 5, 2020 Posted June 5, 2020 Would it be possible to move the Bear in the destroyed house outside the Western Watchtower elsewhere or is it possible for there to be a patch for the quest mod VIGILANT? VIGILANT repairs that house and adds an NPC inside of it so if you are using the two together, the Bear will be inside the house's exterior mesh and problems may arise.
xyzxyz Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 Could you add a little more choices in the harbinger main hall orgy? At the moment all pairs are scripted but I would love it if the harbinger could team up with other companions in threesomes or more with free choice. For example male harbinger + Farkas+Vilkas with Aela or something like that.
Chegoz Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 I'm not one to make requests but if you are still gonna keep working on this I think you should do the dawnguard quest line. I feel like it would fit into the theme of the mod well. 2

I'll either move the bear or make a patch for Vigilant, just need to find a good location nearby with flat ground and not near enemies to place it. 1 hour ago, xyzxyz said: Could you add a little more choices in the harbinger main hall orgy? Afterwards, talking to Ria or Njada when they are nearby the "hunt" will show a new repeatable dialogue option. That didn't work for me. What exactly do I have to do? Is there a long cooldown after you return from the first hunt or something? The first hunt quest ended without new dialogue options. The conditions for that dialogue is to talk to Ria in Jorrvaskr after the first time. There should be a dialogue that says "What's up Ria, something bothering you?".
Hamed.xxx23 Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 I have a suggestion if you don't mind In some dialogues Ria and Njada mentions "... Better than fucked by Athis and Torvar" or something it would be great if we actually see Ria and Njada hook up with other companions sometimes or at nights. You did it with Aela and wolf can you do this too? or do this with all factions, all members of factions hook up with each other. Thanks again
Veldon Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 I would like to suggest an expansion for the first Companions (Non-member) quest. Â When you are told to deal with the troublemakers, you should have more options: Brawl with each of them (That's the true companion-style.) If you lose, you are raped and they stay. So you have to look for another way. Brawl with all of them together after you won the first three brawls, because the troublemakers are bad losers. Kill them and pretend they attacked you. There was a witness: You are whipped and then expelled from the companions. There was no witness, but you are not persuasive enough: You are whipped and then expelled from the companions. There was no witness and you are persuasive enough: Quest solved. Offer them sex (as implemented). Bribe them. They leave and wait outside to rape and rob you, so that you have to walk stark naked back to the next person, who has pity with you and gives you shoes and clothing. Back in Whiterun you are whipped and then expelled from the companions as a consequence of your dishonourable solution. Aside from that you have to get your whole belongings back from the troublemakers without killing them (in front of witnesses).

I like that companion suggestions keep coming up even though narcolepsy seems to be finished with them for now ? I think expelling the player from the companions would be kinda harsh, unless you think of a way to be let back in too.
Veldon Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 Of course. Even in Vanilla Skyrim there is a way to make amends.
Z0mBieP00Nani Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 You said you wanted to add more beast content? What about taming trolls by submitting. Like horses you could make treats and get them to follow you around and keep them loyal by giving them treats and... other kinds of incentive. Might be kind of funny to add in some kind of jealously mechanic too, like another troll you've tamed sees you sexing another troll or just traveling with it it could become hostile towards the troll you're with and a fight to the death cold result, or maybe the other troll gets chased off and the new troll knocks your character down, has its way, and then replaces the defeated troll. Â I dunno, I'm just putting that out there. Â It might also be fun to be able to tame tribes of rieklings by offering your character up to them, maybe some of them give you random gifts the next time you come around or something (mostly junk but sometimes very valuable items).

Mehmeme Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 I dont know if this is just an issue for me, but the forcegreets still seem to be quite prone to errors. I pretty much have to re-enable them everytime I left the thieves guild. Might be because I didnt clean save before updating though, but it would be nice if others have problems too.

Thanks again I have to see about whether I will or will not do more NPC x NPC sex outside of controllable situations, i.e. not started by the player. This is because I have to either use packages and constantly running scripts to start the sex, or use triggerboxes which fire a script everytime you enter it. This could also cause other issues with mods that already do NPC x NPC sex. Really this falls a bit outside of the scope of this mod, and the Aela x Wolf event was a one time thing (which btw took a while to actually get working right). 4 hours ago, Veldon said: I would like to suggest an expansion for the first Companions (Non-member) quest.  When you are told to deal with the troublemakers, you should have more options: Brawl with each of them (That's the true companion-style.) Some things you can do to see if they are working right: If you open the MCM and the option for the forcegreet says "Disable", that means that the quest which holds it is running, so the dialogue are all ready to be said. If you have the debug setting ticked on, you should see a notification pop-up: Once when sex starts After around 15 secs another text notification about starting the user timer. After the first timer, a notification about whether the random chance failed or succeeded. If failed, the random chance notification will appear after whatever time you have set until it has succeeded. The notifications stop when it has succeeded. This means that the next forcegreet is ready to occur, should the other conditions be met. If you leave and reenter the Flagon or headquarters, Skyrim might not immediately recognize that the NPCs are ready to use the forcegreet package. IIRC Skyrim evaluates packages around every 8-10 seconds, plus you'll need to be a certain distance and have the conditions filled. If the quest is running, but no one is forcegreeting you, even though it said it was ready (or you missed the notification and are not sure if it is ready or broken) you can use the console command "Set SC_FG_TG to 1" which is the variable used to block/unblock the packages.
blahity Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 Downloaded the mod and I am really enjoying it! Can't wait for CoW shenanigans!

Hmm, the mod called "SexLab Bitches Be Warned" worked in such a way that you entered the location and scene started itself began. Alternatively, you can give it as a "Routine" or "quest" which can be turned off in MCM. There is a small suggestion for "TG Reparations, TG Leadership, Companions Ogry, Companions Study" to give options in the MCM Menu where the player would also undress. It looks strange that the player alone must manually undress.

My thought was that the player does not feel good enough to become a companion as Ria or Njada (?) point out. So the player chooses to take the easy way instead of competing with the other welps. IMO that does not mean that the player is not able to fight. But after all it is your mod, so you decide. I just like to look for chances for the player to make decisions so that Skyrim does not feel like a one-way street (unfortunately Vanilla Skyrim accentuates the latter in most quests).

Hm, with debug turned on I noticed that even when I left the area, after some time it will tell me "chance suceeded, initiating next forcegreet". I guess that breaks it? Because after that no more forcegreets happen and I have to manually start them again.

It should stop sending notifications to you, and when you next get near a viable NPC, they should forcegreet you. What that part of the script does is change the global SC_FG_TG from 0 to 1. That's the only thing happening in the background of the forcegreets, a global variable being flipped from 0 to 1 and 1 to 0.
