With the new Machine Age DLC coming out, and the changelog saying that cybernetics are going to be worked on, I really hope to see some use of the Driven Assimilator civic. the idea of creating a kinky version of the borg sounds fun! Maybe the pleasure suit technology could be used as part of the assimilation, take inspiration from the Latex dronification community?

The cow clinic does not appear to actually exist, the stated effect is triggered by designating a planet as a Cow world.

thanks for the answer

For some raisins, I'm getting almost none of LV's butt-ton of events. All I ever get is a rare "military gangbang", "festival of love" or "market serving xenos". That's it. No anomaly events, no colony events, no observation events, etc. And that's over several dozens hours sunk into the game.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I am willing to bet that Lustful Void would be fine to upload on workshop now. When Stellaris released, Steam had a different stance on adult content. Clearly that stance has changed since then. While Paradox are the ones that manage the content of their workshops, I believe that Steam's general policy allows for adult content on workshops and Paradox is only allowed to remove mods that are controversial like hate speech/racism etc. I do adult modding for Rimworld and I received confirmation from the lead workshop/community manager that it is allowed and that Ludeon (the studio that made Rimworld) would not be allowed to remove it solely for being adult content as long as it was flagged as such.

Direct example of this already happening in stellaris is Varied Monster Girls. I downloaded this thinking it was just a portrait pack but its a straight up a sex mod akin to lustful void. But if you don't want to upload to workshop linking your steam account to the mod i totally get it. I haven't done so myself for that reason lol

Just so you're aware, Planetary Diversity just got a MAJOR update where they added entirely new worlds and removed some others. I know you try to keep PD compatibility so it's something you'll want to look at it.

... also I can't be the only one who wants to lewd the new Synth mommy crisis.

I second that, it's at least worth a shot, IF there is no superhero identity issues of course. Would allow stuff to be part of the merge patches too.

Do Invasive Breeders start replacing populations in non-player empire if that migrate there?

 Yes. Yes they do.
unless you turn off invasive breeders feature via mod options in game.

HD2 Community banded together pretty hard against Sony a few days back. perhaps we can do the same in getting this mod removed? Or at least, persuade the mod developer that they have gone a bit far and need to remove that? Idk but that is crossing the line for sure.

No one reported it this far I guess. IMO this is absolutely a step to far and I am already too tolerant concerning this direction for most people.

Well I have now, it's a shame really some of the other stuff in the mod is pretty interesting but this and the general poor english ruins it.

The overall premise does not sound bad but I didn't expect the refered monster to be a moral monster.

That ain't the dev, that's a stolen mod from THAT forum, long story short just report it as stolen, anyone that frequents that part of the internet may be able to tell the modder that his mod is being posted on steam

Hey guys, just looking for quick advice: I've got base Stellaris on GOG ages ago, plus a couple of the more essential early DLCs, but now I want to seriously get into the game after years, and there are a whole lot of Steam Workshop mods that seem to be essential nowadays. However, I don't want to re-buy the whole game on Steam all over again, so... can I just get the base version, now that it's on sale, download the workshop mods, and then use Irony to load them into my already existing GOG version instead? Also, if we're at it, which are the most essential DLCs that are needed by this mod?

Or should I just bite the bullet, get that stupid subscription thing for a month to play the full game on Steam, and cancel once I inevitably get my fill with the new expansion pack and the mods and whatnot?

Brah.... just no.

You know that line you are not supposed to cross, even in a lewd anything goes community like this one.

Look behind you.

I'm absolutely with you.  In the empire creation screen, I was thinking to myself "yeah, there's a couple of images here which are perhaps a bit too much for many people, but it's not *that* bad", then I loaded into the game and went to select my empire policies...

Fuck?

sub is only worth it if the cost of the sub is less than the cost of the DLCs you are missing AND you intend to end the sub before that number flips.
If, like me, you play this game in cycles for a month or three every few months it'll never be worth it for the sub. At least not untill it gets to CK2 levels of dlc.

To my knowledge, yes you can.
