Honestly, I don’t know what I can do to make it work. I tried to edit some things in the files (save game size shit). I tried asking AIs about my logs, and the solutions they provided don't work at all. They said that my hdt smp is a problem because its outdated BUT ITS THE NEWEST VERSION from nexus. Hey folks, I have an issue with a follower that I wanted to convert from LE to SE. The mod has a 2.0 version and that converts just fine to SE, but I prefer the 1.31 version instead and that's the one I have trouble converting. I've tried all the troubleshooting in the second link as well with no luck. The follower just keeps having a purple skinned head no matter what I've tried, even though from my troubleshooting it doesn't seem there is any missing texture. To bullet point what I've done: I've tried texture replacers Even used the Asset Doctor mod from Nexus (says there is no missing texture even though the head skin part is purple) Used an Overlay remover mod Tried using sse edit to change the head part in it (I worked with the TINI/TINC, the alpha, and the TINV/TIAS still no luck though. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62149?tab=description https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/11717633-converted-le-follower-has-face-discolor-in-se/ Everything else seems to work about the head (eyes,eyebrows,lips), but just not the head's skin texture/meshes. So, I've reinstalled animations, uninstalled FNIS, Nemesis. Now I only use Pandora, new save too. Everything works, except human animations. When I start animations with riekling or any other creatures, their animation works, but my character is just standing idle. I only use Pandora now, do I still need to install FNIS maybe? or anything? I'm stuck so bad. When I look up people who have similar problem to mine, there's never been a clear solution, the threads will go straight to being inactive or gets rude in the end and no one wants to help em anymore. I used to have things work with only FNIS and Nemesis. Things went south when I started trying to use FNIS Nemesis and Pandora. But then I read somewhere that I'm not supposed to do that, so I switched to just Pandora only now. Butttttttt, my character is just standing idle when creatures have their animation working. Basically the same as my previous problem when I use FNIS, Nemesis, and Pandora at the same time. Is there any file that I need to acknowledge that needed to be deleted on Pandora's files or something? or maybe a FNIS file that I need to have when I use only pandora? Hello! I have a strange problem, despite being quite used to Skyrim modding, that I cannot seem to find a solution to, nor I can find any similar issue online. Loverslab was the only forum I was able to find a similar problem, with a pointlessly complex solution - I can't even find the thread anymore right now and I'm in a hurry to go to sleep asap, so I have to keep it short. The problem is this; I can't get physics to work on a BHUNP body with FSMP without using Softbody. That gives me physics. Any other previous time I have installed Skyrim it worked right-out the gate - now I need another mod to get it working? Strange. But the worse thing is the genitals clipping through female body when crouching low or during certain animations, that require even a slight bow. See screenshots. It's not really stretching, but it's always poking-out that way. It shows on TAWOBA outfits, but not on Book of BHUNP ones, but most-importantly it shows on naked body too. Physics not working without another mod is pretty annoying too and I think it's connected. My version is 1.61170 - the newest Steam version. I have a clean install of Skyrim with a few mods. I have tried turning most of them (excluding required) and running the game. I have tried running different texture mods, I have ran LOOT, I have turned of all mods and rebuilt in Bodyslide with only BHUNP, FSMP and their respective requirements. I don't want a lenghty, complex fix as I'm 100% sure the problem is somewhere on MY side. But I have not done anything different prior to the previous 30-40 modded Skyrim installs. Not much has changed except; - I am now using Pandora, but switching to FNIS didn't fix anything - the version of Skyrim is different, but I am probably not using anything outdated I literally don't know what it could be. Can you please help? I know that Loverslab is full of very knowledgable people and I'm more likely to get help here than Nexus - especially with bodymod related issues. I am one hundred-thousand percent sure I have missed a conflict or I'm doing something stupidly, because it has been two years since I have modded Skyrim.

Hello, I've loaded too many mods and, as you might expect, my game is crashing, but this only happens when other NPCs enter the scene. This occurs during the sex parties at the ancient profession ostim port. Can you help? (Even if I'm not on stage, the same thing happens when another NPC's sex scene ends.) crash-2025-12-11-22-04-10.log

I think my issue is possibly a basic one, although I cannot for the life of me pin it down despite investing a lot of time troubleshooting it. The body appears roughly normal when I take off clothes, hair not withstanding. I'm switching over from modding Skyrim LE to SE, which I used for many years. What I have: Skyrim SE using MO2 steam version ending in 1170 or whatever is latest as of 12/29/2024 Rudy ENB(though it persists through disabling it) Both MO2 folder and Skyrim on the same drive in simple folders(G: drive in my case, a HDD though considering putting it on my SSD's). I'm open to ideas, I can't find anything. This crude reddit post is the closest I've come to someone reporting a similar issue.

First let me start out by saying I've spent a fair amount of time on this before reaching out for help. I've posted in two other relevant forms and I just wanted to make my own post to be concise. I'm sorta new at using Loverslab but I'm familiar with using mod organizer 2. I'm running into this issue where I've installed the mod properly (or so I assume) and all that is happening is that Kalena appears almost completely invisible barring her lips and her genitals. I will attach some images below walking you through my issue, starting off with Kalena herself. As you can see, the only things loading in on her are the lips and genitals. When I first experienced this, I assumed it was a problem with meshes/textures and NIF files missing, etc. However, upon close inspection and comparison with an unpacked file containing the mod, all the files match one another and nothing is missing or out of place. I will of course include my load order via a png. Image. It's worth mentioning that upon installing this mod, mo2 doesn't automatically put the esp. into the plugins. I have to double click the mod from the left pane, and use the green arrows to move 'optional esps' over to the plugins. However, even when I get it over to the plugin side and double check the data directories/files, I still can't seem to fix the problem. I feared the worse and thought to myself, "maybe it's a larger conflict that wouldn't allow me to properly install certain types of mods (i.e. mods relying heavily on textures, meshes). So I wanted to test my theory by installing another follow from LoversLab and I went with 'Follower Awhi'. I installed that mod in an identical fashion to Kalena, downloading the file with 7 zip and then proceeding to install via mod organizers File tool. The mod instantly went into plugins once I activated it, unlike Kalena. Sure enough I went to the DrunkenHuntsmen and my new follower was there! It frustrated me that I was able to get Awhi to work by doing the same steps I used trying to get Kalena working It's also worth noting that this is being done on 100 percent clean save game that I grabbed off the nexus, so I don't think it's save related. At this point I'm just desperate to figure this out, it makes little to no sense why I'm running into a problem with a mod seemingly so simple to install. If anyone could give me some guidance on how to fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it!!

So apparently i have had this issue for a while but im trying to figure out what causes it. There is like an invisible stair or something on the firepit of Dragonsreach and every NPC walking on it seems to kinda walk on air, while my character who has a different walking animation doesnt. Its pretty weird really. It only occurs to me if i stop walking and stand still. I remember reading something a long time ago about it being caused by SMIM? Could this actually be the cause? My guess is that its something very easy to fix and mostly has to do something either with animation mods or a possible mess conflict. However i wasnt able to find any info on it. Hello. I used the ancient profession – ostim sa version created by Akerue (https://www.loverslab.com/topic/137074-the-ancient-profession-2024-06-24/page/100/#findComment-6810124), and I have multiple crashes when the scene involves multiple partners, for example, benjenjob01 or a scene about entertaining the ambassadors for Solitude license. The game crashes when my character's scene is finished or when I press a button to end the scene early. .This is the one of the log file. crash-2025-05-02-23-30-08.log
