This is a small mod I started working on and wanted to share. It is inspired by the Doppelganger event from the Friends & Foes DLC. The scenario is: What if your character happened to recruit a maid who looked exactly like them? Will you be nice to her? And what happens if you are? To start, be an adult female ruler below the age of 30 with two existent (not necessarily living) parents. Your highest held title needs to be at least of duchy rank, and you need to have at least two counties in direct possession.
This mod largely plays like a visual novel. It's a bunch of events with choices that may lead to further events, all of them telling the story of your character and their doppelganger. As such, do not expect a high replay value across multiple characters or during long runs. There are multiple paths, but only the submissive one is currently finished. Should you not like playing a submissive character, you'll most likely be disappointed by the variety of content right now. And, of course, you have to like the idea of identity theft in sexual fantasies to get much out of this mod in the first place.
To see the bulk of events, make sure your character has a score of at least 8 in every attribute (points added through spouses, artifacts, modifiers, and the like all count) or has their focus set to the attribute that you are below 8 in (if you have only 1 Learning, for instance, setting your focus to one of the three learning focuses will count as though you had at least 8 Learning whenever this mod's events are concerned). This is only relevant for when the doppelganger is your maid.

Mod Integration
Carnalitas - Assigns one of the large breast traits to the doppelganger and one of the small breast traits to the rival maid should you be playing with body part traits enabled. This is built into IMU and no compatibility patch is needed. Should you be playing without Carnalitas, this will cause the error log to complain about missing game rules and traits. Everything will still work just fine however, and these errors in the log can be safely ignored.
EPE - Allows for IMU's clothing modifiers to visually affect the character even when the respective character's culture is using an EPE-specific clothing gfx. Needs the compatibility patch from the download section to function.

Ultimate Nudity

Ultimate Nudity is a compilation of possibilities to initiate nudity I met throughout the years. There are Religious Doctrines, Cultural Traditions, a Statute Book (introduced by decision) and Personal Interactions.
At the moment this mod also is available at the Steam Workshop. But I don’t know how long it will be tolerated there. Last time I released it there, it has been blocked because of too much nudity.
Description
What this mod won’t do and will never do, is changing in-game limits! So it neither will remove the leaf covering the character’s genitals, nor remove robes from characters under the age of 18. Furthermore, nudity is limited to living characters, dead ones deserve a decent handling.
Character Interactions
This mod contains two interactions. The first one simply undresses/redresses the selected character. The second one applies the Nudist Trait to the selected character, which will give it a small bonus for health and stress loss as well as an attraction modifier fading by ageing.
Religious Doctrines
The religious doctrines handle nudity of Priests and Adherents separately. For both you can choose between nudity for none, males, females or all.
Exceptions stated within the Codex of Nudity will be obeyed.
FUN FACT: For a bit of immersion I introduced a small negative opinion modifier for different faiths. To compensate this for different faiths with same doctrine, I defined a positive opinion for the corresponding active doctrine parameter. THIS opinion bonus is ALSO added to the popular opinion of a county towards its direct owner if their faiths share the same nudity doctrine. Peasants obviously enjoy celebrating nudity with their liege.
Cultural Traditions
The three Cultural Traditions are Nudist People, Nudist Males and Nudist Females. And again, the Exceptions stated within the Codex of Nudity will be obeyed.
Codex of Nudity (Decision)
The “Codex of Nudity” is the main part of this mod and can be enacted by decision. It’s inspired by the Simple Nudity Customizable mod by Neil.
The Codex consists of three laws about general nudity (for males, females or all people) and two Statute Book regularising nudity of men and women in a more sophisticated way.
People can be excepted from nudity by Age, Military Service and Unsightliness. Also, groups of people can be included in or excluded from nudity. These groups are: the played character; its family & heads of dynasties or houses; rulers; spouses, consorts, lovers & bachelors; courtiers & councillors and finally subjects.
Furthermore, each statute book provides a reasonable preset, which produces a moderate amount of nude characters. It excludes the played character and its close family, characters suffering from an Old Age Ailment, unsightly characters or characters on military duty from nudity as well as rulers and spouses. Included are the player’s spouses & lovers, all consorts & bachelors and young people until the age of 21.
NOTE: As this Codex uses a set of 20 variables for each gender, a lot of checks has to be done for each character to determine whether it should be naked. I tried to structure this system of checks in a way to minimise the amount of checks substantially. In my opinion I did a good job, because it just takes the blink of an eye to establish nudity. BUT I’m using a high-end gaming PC; especially on low-end machines this mod might cause a significant lag. So please have this in mind, if your computer is reacting unusually slow.
This mod can be added to any running game, but all already existing Faiths are lacking the Nudity Doctrines used by this mod. Therefore, I added a debug decision named Establish “Ultimate Nudity”, that will adjust this.
Finally, to complete this mod all occasions referring to nudity has been adjusted to the system of nudity within this mod.

Incompatibilities
Every mod also using a modified version of the should_be_naked_trigger (usually located in a file, that name is ending with _clothing_triggers.txt) is incompatible with this mod! This will especially be the case if you’re using a total conversion mod.
Localization
This mod contains a German and an English localization made by myself. For all other standard languages, I added a localization using the English language.
Installation
Download the ZIP-file (on Windows usually to your download folder C:\Users\\[your username]\downloads) and extract it somewhere. You should see a folder named ultimate_nudity and a file named ultimate_nudity.mod.
Copy or move both into your mod folder (on Windows usually at C:\Users\\[your username]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod\).
Future Plans
I’m planing to enhance the Nudity Doctrines similarly as Neil in their UnDress Doctrines mod. But I don’t know if this plan will be completed before the patch for the “By God Alone” DLC will be released.

Regula Magistri - GoT - LoV - Ancient Birthright Patch

Ok so I made this primarily for personal usage but I thought I might as well share it. This makes Regula Magistri Compatible with A Game of Thrones, Legacy of Valyria, and Ancient Birthright. The mod is really meant to be played with Aurion at least that's what I spent most my time on. Most of the patching was done through the help of AI. Also it's not very balanced. But neither were Regula Magistri or LoV imo. So yeah.
What does this mod do?
AGOT - LOV - Ancient Birthright Compatibility with Regula Magistri Regula Version of the Imperial Doctrine Faith ( Regula Geron ēlyr Jaedārys ) -> pick own path and then Blood of old Valyria adjusted MAA Art for the Valyrian MAA mod as well as GOT Valyrian MAA (sadly I didn't get the custom Levy Image stuff to work) adjusted special Regula MAA to work with the AGOT Map, only 4 special regula MAA were ported corresponding to the 4 regions of Valyria some loading screens cause why not

Under the download section you will find the Playset JSON for import into the Launcher. This is the playset I am currently playing on. It includes several additional mods that are not necessary but nice to have in my opinion.
All the Art and most of the code was created with AI. If that bothers you stay away.
I am providing this as is and will most likely abandon it when I no longer play with it. But at least for the moment I will try to fix any issues. I tried to keep any overwrites as limited as possible so hopefully it won't be outdated too quickly. Though I guess if you have fun suggestions I might try to include them.

More Sexy Electives is a mod that adds a variety of succession laws into Crusader Kings 3, based on various body traits from Carnalitas.
FEATURES:
9 different succession laws for feudal and tribal rulers. (including 3 from Cheri's Sexy Succession for CK2, adapted for CK3) Gamerule that enables/disable gender law restrictions for certain elective succession laws (more below) Gamerule to randomly seed succession laws (for applicable titles)
LAWS:
Gigantomastarchy (Big Tits Elective):
Candidates with the biggest breasts are favoured in elections.
Only enactable by realms with gender laws that allow female inheritance.
Platomastarchy (Small Tits Elective):
Candidates with the smallest breasts are favoured in elections.
Only enactable by realms with gender laws that allow female inheritance.
Megalophallic Elective (Big Dick Elective):
Candidates with the biggest penises are favoured in elections. Futanari/hermaphrodite candidates are also allowed, but will incur the usual vote penalties for women if male preference law is active.
Aphallic Elective (Small Dick Elective):
Candidates with the smallest penises are favoured in elections. Futanari/hermaphrodite candidates are also allowed, but will incur the usual vote penalties for women if male preference law is active.
Virginal Elective:
A throwback from Cheri's Sexy Succession mod for CK2, succession under this law is heavily favoured towards candidates that are virgins. Rulers are expected to be clean from carnal sin.
Fairest of the Land:
Another throwback from Cheri's Sexy Succession mod for CK2, the most attractive successor is elected from the realm. Female candidates incur the usual penalty if male preference law is active.
Futanari/Hermaphrodite Elective:
Originally from Cheri's Carnalitas Dei, this succession law, as the name suggests, favours futanari candidates.
Only enactable by realms ruled by a futanari, and with gender laws that allow female inheritance.
Use of futanari/hermaphrodite in law name dependent on Carnalitas' futa trait name rule.
Futanari/Hermaphrodite Dominance:
Another throwback from Cheri's Sexy Succession mod for CK2, and a more extreme version of Futanari/Hermaphrodite Elective, this succession law is *heavily* biased towards futanari candidates, and futanari electors' votes are vastly more powerful. Non-futanari candidates are unlikely to be elected unless no other futanari candidates are available. Rulers are expected to be well-endowed and sexually dominant futanari.
Only enactable by realms ruled by a futanari, and with gender laws that allow female inheritance.
Use of futanari/hermaphrodite in law name dependent on Carnalitas' futa trait name rule.
Androgyne Elective:
Candidates with flat breasts and small penises are viewed more favourably under this elective law, as small endowments are seen as symbols of morality and virtue and thus make for competent rulers. Large endowments are representative of lust, depravity, foolishness and gluttony, and are shunned. Hermaphrodites with both flat breasts and small penises are seen as the embodiment of the ideal androgyne, and thus will have a slight advantage in this elective.
Note:
These succession laws are available for Duchy rank and above. Some electives pertaining to dick/tit size may not be available depending on your Carnalitas game rule setting (for example: having big tits considered negative will disable Gigantomastarchy)
GAME RULE:
Gender Restrictions: When enabled, elective laws related to tits size and futanari will not be enactable unless the realm has laws that allow female inheritance (Equal, Fem. Preference, Female Only). When disabled, these restrictions are lifted. Enabled by default. Random Seeding: When enabled, any existing duchy+ title at game start will be given a random elective law in this mod.
TO-DO:
More suggestion laws(?) I'm open to suggestions. Numbers are WIP at the moment - while I am satisfied with what they are now, further playtesting may be needed for balance reasons.
REQUIREMENTS:
Crusader Kings 3 version 1.11+ (yes, including the current version as well. Paradox very rarely if ever touch elective laws in general.) Carnalitas is REQUIRED.
COMPATIBILITY:
Mod does not replace vanilla files so will be compatible with just about everything Certain traits and modifiers in Carnalitas Dei, Daughters of Lust and Adroit Prostitution are included in the virgin check Has been discontinued due to error suppression reasons.
INSTALLATION & NOTES:
Download mod and extract archive directly into My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod/ using 7zip or Winrar.

Compatibility warning (English)
⚠️ This mod injects into ck3.exe, and its hooks are tied to specific game versions. Verified and working on 1.18.2, 1.19.0.4, and 1.19.0.6 (all three tested in practice). Major version jumps require re-extracting the RVA and recompiling the DLL. The author has only tested this on his own setup (64-bit Windows + the CK3 versions above); if your OS or game version differs from the author's, he believes the mod will not run, and you would need to test or re-adapt it yourself. Back up your saves before use.

Phaze's Futa + PA patch

This is a small patch that fixes a metabolism issue for futanari characters when using Phaze's Futa + Physical Attributes.
Previously, the mod failed to apply the basic metabolism score to futanari characters, forcing their target weight to 100+ by default. This patch fixes that core issue. Additionally, I have tweaked the math to include an extra score modifier. Because futanari characters often possess specific traits that the Physical Attributes mod interprets as weight-inducing, these adjusted numbers ensure the algorithm functions properly.
I have personally playtested these values across a 30-year in-game run, and the results look great: characters with modifiers like "Obese" (or related conditions) will still gain weight as intended, but normal characters will no longer automatically balloon to 100 weight.

Physical Attribute Optimised

I was trying to make Physical Attribute a little bit more optimised, without too much cutting the content as Light and Ultra Light version propose. I make some changes in math, add additional checks before full chain of updates start running for every character. It make the math work not every time, so the speed become better.
My changes:
Tier cache — height/weight/muscle modifiers only recalculate when a character crosses a tier boundary Fewer tiers — 7 modifier tiers per direction instead of 17–20; max/min prowess unchanged Distant character throttling — rulers and characters in player realms update normally; far-away AI courtiers update once per year Compatibility preserved — traits, genes, and continuous variables unchanged; works with CBO Unofficial, Better Barbershop PA Extension, and Futa_PA_Weight_Patch I tested during the 30 years run, was working okay without problems and by feeling better then basic version.
This mod replaces the Physical Attribute mod. To optimize performance, changes were made directly to a copy of the original codebase instead of using a patch. As a result, you cannot use both mods at the same time.

📖 Development Background
During the development of the Gender Metamorphosis mod's "female-on-male" reversed animations, I conducted a deep analysis of CBO's animation code and made two important discoveries:
CBO had registered threesome animations but provided no call entry — meaning the threesome functionality was buried and unused Scene loading supports custom assembly — furniture, decorations, and camera angles can all be freely combined After completing the four-love (trans/reversed) system, we built upon these discoveries to create the threesome and orgy scene systems. Since these features differ significantly from Gender Metamorphosis's core "gender transformation" design philosophy, we decided to release it as a standalone mod — GM Deer Terrace Pavilion.

Gender Metamorphosis is a comprehensive CK3 gender overhaul built on CBO (Community Body Overhaul). Overview
This mod focuses on creating engaging and rewarding interactions with the player’s sexual and romantic partners centered around BDSM themes, primarily domination/submission and control. My aim is to introduce mechanics that complement vanilla gameplay and will mesh well with other mods, while still being relatively lightweight. This will greatly expand how much you as both a player and a ruler can get out of your love life, while avoiding pulling your attention away from regular gameplay.
Submissive Partners should appeal to players with interests across the BDSM spectrum. Things will start off light, and if that's as far as you want to go, that's fine! Care will be taken to tailor content to what you've indicated that you're interested in, and you can feel safe that you won't suddenly get hit with something intense that you weren't prepared for. If you are looking for more hardcore kinks, you'll be able to push your relationships in that direction, but it will be up to you to do so.

Train spouses, concubines, and lovers in obedience and submissiveness, molding their personalities to suit your tastes and turning them into loyal servants for life
Control your partner’s clothing privileges, orgasm privileges, and fertility
As your partners progress in their training, unlock new rules you can set for them, new types of interactions, and more specialized ways to train them
Earn various mechanical benefits from having well-trained partners (primarily fertility, prestige, stress loss, and vassal opinion) without breaking the game

Carnalitas: Make sure it is active & above Submissive Partners in your load order
Installating/Updating
If your CK3 mod folder doesn't exist yet (on Windows, Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod), you need to create it. To install, unzip into your CK3 mod folder, add this mod to your playset in the CK3 launcher, and enable it.
If updating, I highly recommend you delete the old mod files and reinstall every time, in case I renamed something or deleted old files. Versions 0.3+ are incompatible with save games from older versions.
Compatibility
No known compatibility issues, other than with mods using the same trait indices as mine (5600-5699). Be sure to check the compatibility section for Carnalitas, though.

So 2.0, I've got a new workflow, thanks to @Erudasu for recommending Illustrious to me, it indeed seems more flexible and has a lovely KCD2 loading screen Lora that I have and will be using. This probably wasn't the first thing that would have sprung into your mind when it came to Futanari development, but here we are.
If you enjoy The Viltrumite Empire mod from Steam Workshop and want to subjugate the planet whilst repopulating your race, what better agent could you ask for than a super powered Futanari? It's like natural selection.
This patch operates like the existing ones for Additional Degeneracy and Elf Destiny, where it takes the genetic traits from the target mod and allows the Futanari pregnancy system to ensure they are inherited by offspring. In this case, the patch also handles the Viltrumite Blood potency based on who the parents were.
Beyond just patching traits, I also mad this mod allow Viltrumites of any gender to be Knights and Commanders from age 12, so they can put their super strength to use sooner!
Plus, a "Futrum" coat of arms icon is also included.

Carnalitas Slavery Expansion
expands on the Slavery System introduced in Carnalitas and tries to flesh out that part a bit more.
This mod introduces several new slave types and new interactions to work with.
Balance might be a bit wonky, but will improve based on your feedback!
Features
Slave Prostitution Doctrine:
Adds a Slave Prostitution Doctrine to the existing Prostitution Doctrines.
Basically Prostitution is still shunned, but you won't lose piety by forcing your slaves into prostitution.
Also increases the money your slaves make.
New "Demand Sex" Interaction:
You will no longer be able to "Make Love" with your slaves. Instead you will be able to demand Sex with your slave.
This new interaction gives you the opportunity to have sex with anyone you have a hook on, including slaves.
Slave Concubines are an exception though, demanding sex with them does not use their hook.
New Birth Control Interactions:
Instead of having a decision to use birth control you now get an interaction to start birth control on yourself, your consorts, your unmarried children, unmarried lovers at your court or slaves.
Players can choose between two options:
Classic Birth Control Chastity Belt Classic Birth Control gives a -100% fertility penalty and does reduce the pregnancy chance when having sex.
The chastity belt gives a -1000% fertility penalty, affects adultery triggers (treating the character like a chaste person) and will undress for sex.
New Gender Focus Interactions:
Players will be able influence the gender and quantity of newborns by using the interaction on yourself, your consorts, your unmarried children, unmarried lovers at your court or slaves.
New Slavery Tab:
Instead of being listed under relations, slaves will have their own tab on the character window, giving you a good overview which of your slaves is working in which category.
This is needed to keep track of the newly introduced slave types!
Slave Prostitutes:
Slave Prostitutes earn gold by working for their owner. Their income is based in their own skills. With enough experience, they will either gather a large clientele and attract the attention of courtiers as well as vassals or get STDs.
Main Stat: Intrigue / Secondary: Diplomacy / Tertiary: Attraction
Labour Slaves:
Labour Slaves earn gold by working for their owner. Their income is based in their own skills. The fewer skills Labour Slaves have, the more they have to do physical work, affecting their health negatively.
Main Stat: Stewardship / Secondary: Learning / Tertiary: Prowess
Military Slaves:
Military Slaves gain prestige by serving in your army. The performance is based on their skills. An especially skilled Military Slave may become a talented Knight or even a great Commander, enabling them to lead armies as a Slave Commander. They do cost gold though, as they are paid like mercenaries (see Mamluks) and their health is going to be negatively affected due to the strict training.
Main Stat: Martial / Secondary: Prowess / Tertiary: Health
Slave Concubines:
Slave Concubines offer both body and mind to their owner. They specialize in reducing stress. Slave Concubines with high attraction can be offered to other characters as a gift.
Main Stat: Diplomacy / Secondary: Learning / Tertiary: Attraction
New Slave Experience Trait:
Introduces a trait with one xp track for each of the available slave occupations. See at a glance how good your slave is!
New Slavery Report Interaction:
Right click on your character or slave to use the new slavery report interaction, which shows you the costs and gains of each of your slaves!
New Interactions to reveal or adopt children of Slaves:
Reveal the fathers of the children born in slavery and even adopt them by using one of two new interactions!
New Courtesan Relationship and Royal Mistress Court Position:
Adds the new relation "courtesan", a way for non-slavers to have official partners to make love with. Will add Diplomacy, Intrigue and Learning to your stats similar your primary spouse does. Adds a trait to keep track of a courtesan's worth and experience (high-value courtesans will be named cortigiana onesta, low-value cortigiana di lume). You can ask slave prostitutes, slave concubines, courtiers and vassals to be your courtesans (slaves will lose their slave trait). Also added the court position "Royal Mistress" where you can choose your favorite courtesan to be your official lover, giving you additional bonuses!
New "No Drama" Trigger:
Adds a new trigger that activates before sex: If your partner is safe to have sex with (consort, slave etc.) then adultery events will not trigger at all. Can be turned off in the game rules.
New Abdication Interaction:
Right click on your character to use the new abdication interaction, which also transfers all of your slaves to your primary heir! If you own an barony castle holding that is not the province capital, your character will keep it optionally as a refuge. That way, the character will not divorce secondary wifes and concubines.

My fifth mod for Crusader Kings 3 is a lewd toolbox of a sort. The goal was to make a place for all the ideas I came up with but did not have a home for. There is no central theme for the content in this mod, if it is something I want to do then I will do it, simple as. I plan to use this mod as a dependancy for some of my future projects as well just to help keep things organsied.
What this mod is not
This mod is not intended to be very customisable. Some features that I will add will have options to change, increase or flat-out disable, but only the ones I intended to. If you do not like an aspect of this mod, just don't use it. Its purpose is to store many of my ideas and serve my own plans.
Currently this mod does not change the physical apperance of anything.
This mod is NOT finished. It is a work in progress. Some elements are lacking content or are not even functional. More content is also planned for the future. This is a work in progress.
Content Warning
Many depraved themes might be explored in this mod over time and a fair few will not have toggle options. I advice if you do not like darker or more extreme content to simply not install this mod in the first place.
What are the Current Features?
Milk Economy Version 2!!! Construct a Milk Pasture whilst landless to start Appoint women (Or Futanari) as Hucows. Their lactation level will determine the amount of gold they earn you on a yearly basis Appoint people as Farm Hands. Their apptitude directly impacts how much gold you earn.
