View File CK3 Storyline Editor Hi everyone, I've been working on a small browser tool for CK3 story mods for a while and I feel it's finally in a good enough state to share it with you guys. The goal is simple: you don't need modding or Paradox scripting experience to make a story mod. Hopefully it will empower some of you to make cool stuff CK3 Storyline Editor is a visual editor that runs fully offline in your browser. Instead of writing script by hand, you: Design your story on a graph each node is an event; lines show “if the player picks this option, go to that event. Fill in forms titles, descriptions, choices, when events fire, and what happens (gold, stress, traits, flags, etc.). The tool generates localization, trigger_event links, and the rest of the CK3 script. Add more than events story starts, repeatable events, decisions, character interactions, custom traits (including tracked traits with XP), story characters, flags, custom modifiers, custom artifacts and custom images (backgrounds, trait icons, etc.), converted to DDS when you export. Check your work before testing in-game live preview and Walk chain let you play through a rough mock of your mod in the browser. (Triggers are approximated, it’s not the real CK3 engine, but it’s useful for catching obvious mistakes.) Save and export project JSON for backups, autosave in the browser, and a one-click Export ZIP for a ready-to-use mod. You can also import a mod ZIP (works well for mods exported by this tool, don't expect it to work correctly with any mod tho) How to run it? download the ZIP from here double click index.html There's a bundled demo (Dragon Slayer Saga) that you can just load the JSON and export as a mod, and a few starter templates if you want to click around before building your own mod from scratch. The templates are in order of complexity to showcase a bit of everything this tool can do. If something breaks in-game Export has been tested on a lot of story setups and works well for mods built in the tool. If CK3 throws errors, please send: Your error.log from Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\logs\ A short note with what broke and the name of your mod. That helps a lot with fixing edge cases. Feedback welcome: bugs, ideas, “I wish it could…”, all good. Mods you make are yours; no permission needed to publish them. As the title says -- I booted up Steam to play CK3/AGOT but I keep having this dilemma that all characters (even after selecting one to play as) just show up with hair and eyeballs? I've tried to update as many mods in my playset (both Workshop ones/manually installed) but no avail. 50/50 sometimes AGOT crashes on start (as with all big conversion mods) but I cant get past the floating eyeballs. If someone can either help me sort my playset or tell me how to fix it I'd appreciate it. Attached should be the screenshots of my in-game + playset order. * I normally play with Phaze's Body/Body AGOT but I had swapped it with CBO. Both times still gave me floating eyeballs.

CK2 had a very useful topic like this. I have a question. I have the following event: The event chain works as it should. However the error log keeps throwing out the following error: I can't figure out what it means. In game the character has the numerical variable current_sex_drive set at 3.2 I just want the event to subtract 0.4 from this with the change_variable effect. What am I doing wrong? I thought it was a scope issue and tried adding in the saved scope receiver which the character also has in game. but it changes nothing.

I'd like to write longer descriptions when reforming/creating religions and I've tried to find a mod to do this. Does a mod exist here in Loverslab, Steam etc. which could make this possible? If someone answers thank you in advance.

The same as above. How do I get the animations to play? The character simply stand there naked doing nothing. I have Carnalitas, several of its submods and Character Body Overhaul. Is it load order or am I missing a step?

FOR MODDERS, need help changing age in the game!!!

I need help from those who know how to change the age of consent in the game and make it higher or lower. I also need help with romantic relationships so that they are available from an earlier age as well as a later age. I am trying to create a race of dwarves and goblins. For dwarves, I need an age of at least 28-32, where childhood will be almost up to 14-16 years old, adolescence from 14-16 to 28-32, and then adulthood at 28-32. Similarly, for goblins, childhood should be literally 6-8 years old, adolescence from 6-8 to 12, and adulthood at 12. My knowledge on this subject is very limited. I know that in 00_defines there are lines that correspond to reproductive age and marriage age, but I can't figure out how to change this in the way I need, so if anyone knows how to do this, please reply or provide a file with a possible solution to this issue. If anyone knows how to do this and can help, but has questions for me about the conditions of all these interactions so that they are not just bare strings from the base game, but traits or conditions that I want to create, please write to me and I will be in touch very often.- 4 replies

No shade to anyone who worked on it, it adds proper nudity and a better skeleton, over all fine work. but im kinda over the frontussy... it feels like a sin that we havnt gotten a good female anatomy mod and i dont know why that is. maybe someone can tell me that it's because of the blend shapes or something. but i have a decent model mocked up, what else would i need to consider if i wanted to make this a reality CONTEXT: im a intermediate 3d artist and has little background in making mods, i have no idea what kinda shit im getting myself into beyond making this look pretty

I saw the mod and I wanted to try it but it appeared half of the event didn't work properly and others crashed the game, maybe it's because the code changed or something else. Alpha 1.0.0 This version is only FULLY playable via debug mode but the decisions and events function correctly and do not crash the game. I'm planning futher developping the mod despite the fact that I do not have much time. P.s. If you have to wait more than 5 years to trigger the first event, just restart, and do not forget to choose a female caracter with titles. YOUNGER MARRIAGES FOR CK3 VERSION 1.5.* This mod makes it so that adulthood is moved from the base game 16 years of age to 14 years of age. This is very loosely based upon an essay in medieval history from the University of Exeter which places adulthood at the age of puberty during these times, which was considered to be 12 for females and 14 for males. However, older ages from 15 to 20 were more common. One benefit is you are able to get your children out of your court sooner The mod also changes when personality traits are given and keeps the skill increase rate the same despite the 2 year shorter education period. However, due to the complexity of the Education system in game, I have yet to dig into changing the age when the Education reward is given, so that will still occur at age 16. Be sure to let me know if you find any bugs. **** Change Log **** Version 1.2.5 Updated for version 1.5 Version 1.2: Filled in the missing portions of the mod so that now the Education trait reward will fire at age 14, and the childhood personality traits should also be removed. Version 1.1: Fixed an issue where adults at the start of the game who were 14 & 15 would never receive an education trait. They will not get a trait assigned like before, however children who are under 14 and are being educated, will still have to wait until 16 to receive their education trait. Version 1.0 Where it all began... Changed adulthood from default 16 to 14, which allows you to marry your kids off sooner, not just betrothe them.-

Lewd Epidemics V0.01 What is Lewd Epidemics? I wanted to make the epidemic system in the game more appealing. So, the mod aims to add flavor to that system and bring parts of other awesome mods into it as well. Current Features: - A breast expansion epidemic. (Incorporates Phaze Additional Degeneracy's tit trait.) - Small flavor event for the breast expansion disease. Future Features/ Ideas: (In no particular order.) - Furpies, (I want to make a few epidemics using Phaze Species and have people turn into furry peps.) - Hucow virus. - Tentacle monster outbreaks. - Body modification parasites. - Rut/ heat fever. - More events and better names for the breast expansion epidemic. Issues: - Might run into issues with total overhaul mods, not certain. - For now, until I get some content out here, I am only working with the vanilla map in mind. Might change later. I've been wanting a bestiality themed mod for CK3 for a while now and it doesn't seem like one is forthcoming so I'm throwing my hat into the ring. I've started learning how to mod and have one or two basic events right now. One to get a dog which will likely be part of a series of events that can fire to make it more likely you will have a dog to play with. I've also got one or two test events that fire when you have a dog that will be the first scenes. I've got the events firing on their own and it all seems to work, though obviously no integration to any other mod for the moment. Mainly I'm putting this out there because I'm not sure at what stage I should 'release' it on this site? I suspect by week's end I'll have a dozen or so small events and/or one of the event chains I've got planned. Since, now I've got the basics down, adding more events should be a little quicker. How many events should there be to make it a worthwhile first release? And of course any scene ideas I would be happy to hear. Though I can't promise anything. I have a few dozen in mind right now but I don't know how many will translate into the game well or morph as I attempt to implement them.

With the current organization of my modlist, the three rulers that first appear on the menu screen without any character saved are barefoot. Also, certain clothes stretch off of characters to the left of their heads. Do I have out of date mods or a messed up mod order? I have Community Flavor Project, Ethnicities and Portraits Expanded, and Rajas of India. Could CBO and/or the compatibility patches for it cause problems? I only noticed the stretching clothes bug on certain clothes from the above three packs. The barefoot problem only appears to happen with the three characters with CBO. Nothing major, just curious if these bugs are fixable? Pictures below:

I wrote a mod to display my spouses/concubine portraits larger and added a check button to strip them nude without going into Better Barbershop. So far so good. What I am not getting now is that the function I am using, datacontext_from_model with CharacterWindow.GetSecondarySpouses, is not refreshing when I select a different character. The odds thing is, the same function works with smaller portraits in the family tab. So I am stumped. I am hoping someone can point out what went wrong. I have included my mod here and it has following dependencies: name="Better Barbershop" version="6.0" supported_version="1.*.*" name="Carnalitas" version="2.2" supported_version="1.11.*" Thanks a bunch! Is this par for the course with the lewd mods of this community that I have installed? I have so many courtier babies in my court that I run out of guardians to teach them. Then, I have to marry courtiers to other courtiers to get more guardian candidates, but then they bang and it is a compounding loop of more babies! Help? Are there at least strategies other players use to make this less of a problem? Do I let them be or dismiss them after I had my fill of courtier surplus?
