The collar is originally the work of the amazing Lazy, from Lazy's Skimpy Accessories.
In this archive, the collar is already included, so no additional downloads or manual file manipulation are required. Just install this mod as usual and place it after Lazy's Skimpy Accessories or any related compatibility mods if you use them.

What it does:
Makes anyone with the trait "slave" or "court_whore" wear a collar.
It also makes women who are NOT OBESE and under 44 naked.*
*except concubines who are also slaves.
