Think I read this wrong. Eh first off. SLS won't ever 'stop your follower'. All interactions are through the player. 

 

Secondly, there's a setting in the Mcm. Can't remember what it's called. Licence style maybe? It has options:

Player centric - Allows follower to carry any equipped armor/weapons. Anything not equipped is considered to be your stuff. 

Party wide - Licences apply to both you and your follower. So no licences = naked defenseless follower too.

They do equip fine thru the console and thru the radial menu, they just dont unequip thru the radial menu! They also unequip fine thru the console. Could it be cause I switched it to the shield slot (39)? I made sure to change the slot in both the armor and armor addon sections in tesedit, as well as the slots in nifskope!

Honh. I have noticed sometimes the tongue isn't removed when the mouth is closed. But wasn't sure if it was whatever is periodically resetting my chars expression or something to do with sls. 

I presume you've tried the 'retract tongue' button? 

 

PS really need a better word than 'retract'. Makes it sound like a drawbridge or something.

The retract button doesnt work with the mouth open or closed, the tongue still stays equipped. And ya closing the mouth keeps the tongue equipped.

 

Maybe withdraw is a better word? ?

Hmm. Post a log of sticking out your tongue and 'retracting' it. Maybe I'll spot something. I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't unequip if it correctly equips in the first place. And retract definitely works normally for me.

Nothing happens when I select "clear look at" at the menu, is that happening just here? (out of curiosity, what happens if I select the option to look at a follower and then dismiss that follower?)
Also the masturbation count at the second stats page is not changing out of 0 here.

Chances are you have a head tracking mod that is constantly overriding sls anyway.

Presumably your character will track your follower as far as the door and then your PC will explode. 

Or your character will just snap back to looking at nothing. I'd presume bethesda accounted for objects being unloaded but then...... bethesda. So yea....

I don't think I do, but I've been running this Skyrim for some time, so there are big chances that I have stuff there I don't remember. I'll take a better look. Any suggestions on what files to look for on my mod folder? (the only files I have that "replaces" SLS is a pack of sounds)
Btw, looking at the followers and/or PC's feet works well, just clearing it that doesn't work.

Ah there's no file overwrites to look for. Same problem as expressions getting overridden by other mods - the player can only have one expression/be looking at one thing at a time. It's a papyrus command so it'd be hidden in a script. Makes tracking things down difficult.

Ok, got it, I'll avoid using the "Look At" command until I find out which mod is messing with it then.

I wouldn't bother looking for other mods. There's possibly something wrong with 'clear look at'. But I can't say until I get 'Look at' working first. 

Just avoid look at for now.

I've been thinking lately of adding a wear & tear system (yet another one). I know it's been suggested before and I've said no. I've stood by Apropos2 & Apropos1 for ages. And IMO it's almost perfect. 

 

BUT I would like if W&T took into account:

1. Your sex experience. (which is already tracked by SLS)

2. How voluptuous your character is (SLIF probably)

 

If you've fucked a horse 100 times then really you should take very little wear & tear that 101th time. 

Likewise a curvy girl should be able to take more of a pounding than a petite girl.

Here in my build I also just noticed that the cat calling and the guards complaining when you pull your weapons or use magic is not working (the guards making other comments, complaining about shouting and dropping stuff on the ground is working though).

I'm not a big fan of wear and tear, but it being tied to sex experience would make it definitely more interesting (especially if it can be tied to some sort of bodypart's sexual experience, but I don't know how attainable that'd be, if it even is possible).

I like your ideas.  I'm using Apropos 2 solely for wear & tear (dialog turned off) but it has some problems.

 

I'd suggest a configuration factor to limit the degree of W&T reduction with experience.  For me the reason to have a W&T system is to provide consequence for sex, and if that eventually diminishes to near zero then it no longer does what I need.  In real life riding a horse obviously gets better with practice, but a day in the saddle can still leave you pretty sore.  If assume that applies to the other things one would do with a horse.

 

An optional W&T reduction factor for sex with a lover or spouse would make sense, assuming that a frequent sex partner is more considerate than a prostitution client. 

 

I like that Apropos 2 has a scaling factor for animations tagged rough or aggressive.  Unfortunately is doesn't consider victim status, so if rough animations are allowed to play during consensual sex it gets scaled as if it were rape.  It would be nice to have one factor for sex that just gets a little rough and another for an assault.  Experience might help a lot less during a rape, too.

 

If you decide to build it, please consider releasing a W&T system as its own mod.  There's probably a lot of people who'd like to switch, but they might not want to buy in to all of SL Survival.  I know, features can be turned off, but it could be a tough choice whether to install a large mod just for one feature.

So I recently upgraded to the most recent version (and converted to SE), and now it won't let me build bikini leveled list in MCM. That was working in .591 

 

Has anyone had similar issues?

Probably this:

Only important for people with modfied jsons: Adds a small change to BikiniArmor.json - Added 'bikinimodname' string. This is the name of the bikini mod SLS will check for in the mcm.

SLS already has:

Sex experience tracking for the player. 

An interface to 26 other mods. So if I decide to link it to something else for some reason. It'd be easier/quicker

Actually you just jogged my memory, I had a special patch to allow for Sun's Bikini Armor remastered.

 

because it had a different esp name

Right. But now you don't need a patched mcm script. You just change the name in the json file and away you go.
