It seems like aaf sees the names of the characters and tells them to go to wherever but they get there and load up a foot away from each other then nothing. The walking error. This is a new game. Do I need the aaf patch for FP animations by crazy or is that included in the aaf comp patch? Sorry I am bugging about this. I just had it working so I know it is awesome. In the meantime, you can get it working by extracting the ba2 into the same folder. 1
kraoro Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I installed this and Atomic Lust, which is supposed to be animations for AAF, but when I went through the AAF UI, it said there were no animations present.

Or do i have control over which actor plays which role? it is defined in the xml you can switch the genders, remove gender restrictions and/or change the order that you select actors to determine which play each role there isnt a function to switch roles during the animation. that would be rather complex to add 1

Ok ... so ... I have noticed that Leitos Animations installs 4 Male nifs: MaleBody.nif (flaccid - as it should be) MaleBody_Nude.nif (straight out erection) MaleBody_Nude_Down.nif (erection pointing downward) MaleBody_Nude_Up.nif (erection pointing upward) Now, installing the AAF Compatibility patch overwrites the MaleBody.nif with the exact same nif as seen in the MaleBody_Nude.nif (straight out erection). This does not need to be. The nifs installed by Leitos should be left alone. This change done by the compatibility patch also installs the supermutant body causing a constant erection seen through the armor on all supermutants. ... and yes, I always do a clean save before installing anything new, or upgraded. Always clean the saves with FallrimTools as well. A simple suggestion from a newbie up-and-coming modder (i am working on it trust me lol) is to leave the Leito nifs alone entirely. Just a suggestion ...

The best way I see to fix the perma-erection thing would be to make the nifs flaccid by default. Then reverse the morph calls in AAF. This is something that a 3D modder would need to do.

ROOKIE EDIT: also i corrected my own issue ... since i use leitos i did not allow overwrite of the malebody and supermutant nifs by the compatibility patch and all works perfectly ... thanks again ROOKIE EDIT2: ok i think i am actually understanding the framework as it stands alone ... the premade animation packs are thiers and theirs alone and can be used with AAF but a simpler set of animations can be created and used with AAF ... omg you just opened my eyes to something i had not even considered ... NEW ANIMATIONS designed specifically for usage with AAF .... why hasnt anyone done this yet? I SEE A PATH!!!!!! ... 1

One suggestion: would it not be possible to create a separate folder and put the erect male body in it and make the AAF call (equip) from that folder to the animations? So he would not need to touch the morphs, and a person would be able to have the nomal body without nudity during the game.

Allignments are off BADLY....... 2. No free camera. I'm stuck staring down from above. 3. I must exit power armor before approaching someone. (No can opener).

(No can opener). We're on version 68.1 alpha now. Please update as this should resolve the MorphSet error for people using a male body that has no morphs. A can opener is something for later releases. Better to focus on other stuff first.
