How many of those new users do actually post? Because I think most people would just register to download something and then go silent. Heck, I think that's probably what I did when I registered here 6 years ago. Anyway, can a post length limit be implemented at least for jr members? That at least would prevent the big spam messages.

I click on the report button 2-3 times a day and very short time, this guy is removed.

I know that this guy attack you personally, and I am very sorry. but one should for this reason not punished other new members, in that one shortens Posts or does not allow.
