I looked but it's unclear if the high heels sound is required... I use CBBE 3BBB so it works.

Assuming you really mean the inner surface of the breasts, yes- this is my black recolor of Petrovich's Vest (image taken over a year ago, before I got my ENB sorted out, so the quality is pretty low): And this is an item I call "Biker Jacket" that I extracted from an Apachii Divine Elegance Store outfit (ENB fully sorted!): Here is what the original Apachii-made jacket-and-shorts "Cowboy Armor" *snicker* looked like before I separated the shorts and jacket into separate items, then removed the red plaid top in Outfit Studio using the "mask > invert > delete vertices" functions: And before you ask for me to share the "Biker Jacket," I can't- I already sent my modified separates meshes to Apachii (months ago), who did not respond in any way. *shrug* Obviously, tastes vary. Looking on Nexus SE section I can see only 2 follower mods for Thalmor. Ondolemar https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5451 And a Pack from Jinxxed0 that, like all Jinxxed0's follower mods, contains really curvy females, scantily dressed and the only reason you would know they were Thalmor is that the Mod is called "Five Thalmor Mages" I don't think that's what you're looking for so I didn't bother linking it and just used to get a cheap shot in. You could probably just make your own using console to duplicate an NPC and EFF to turn it into a follower.
