Sense the source code has been released does this mean someone can upload to nexus now?

Maybe, software laws are still kinda newborn so widhout any precedents it's really hard to tell, even if you have a open source software the law can tell you(user) that you only own it's use (yes it would make a open source into a freeware but if if you have a judge to do, well...).

But it's kinda unclassy, the author have a nexus account and should be him the oneto choose when upload and where upload.

yhniiii updated the mod because of me :) Now this is officially the working version.

I had this mod installed once, loved the feminine legs, ankles, feet, wrists and hands... BUT that BUTT! OMG! :astonished: Even Sir Mixalot is running away! I tried to shrink the butt it looked weird when I did...

There are versions available on the Nexus page without the leg tweaks- do you know if there are any versions without the butt enlargement?

Strange, I do not have such problems, but I have a different body :)
I gave him my version and he was already updating something .. so it’s better to ask him. Sorry.

There seems to be an issue with the official release of HDT 1.5.97, if I compile from the source code or use the version from aers it works fine.

I tried the unofficial files, changing nothing else and everything works. Should have been the first thing I tried.

Lets get to work people and fix those major FPS bugs in the source code that have [been] our Achilles heel since day 1.

Yeah, crack that whip! Ousnius posted on the Nexus page that they've already fixed some bugs, but I'm sure now that you have exhorted them to "get to work" they'll redouble their efforts and abandon their families and just do what you want... :astonished:

Guys, sorry if this has been asked before now, but, is the HDTSSE High Heels fixed also? Any link?

Have you tried with the Framework DLL from aers's version on Nexus?

Nvm, got the newest and updated high heels.

Yes, I have that and the physics one. Before they take it down.

people who have the problem with interior FPS drops can you check the 1.1 beta I posted on nexus.

if you have a mod that is automatically running "pcb" for you, make sure to disable it before testing, because that's the bug i'm targeting.

Hey Everyone!

I haven't posted on LL in a long time (since like 2015 lol) and I decided to finally post after reading through so many pages of SSE guides and spending the last week or so getting my copy of SSE working with SMP+CBPC physics. If you want SSE working with CBBE, BodySlide, and SMP+CBPC Physics, read onward as I'll explain exactly what I did to get everything working for me.

I'm just going to start with saying I use Mod Organizer 2. While it probably isn't the easy tool to work with, it is the best and most powerful of the 3 (vs. NMM and Vortex) in my opinion so keep in mind your results may vary if you are using one of other mod managers.

I also have a fairly high end PC: i7-6700K, GTX 1080, and 16 GB of RAM. It isn't top of the line anymore but it's still fairly powerful. SMP physics is taxing on your CPU so keep in mind if you want to use SMP physics it helps to have a beefy CPU. If you aren't lucky enough to have a top of the line PC, don't fret! I will talk about some configuration we can do later while installing a particular mod that will use less of SMP physics and more of CBPC (or even all) which is much, much lighter on your system.

Since this guide is mainly to get the body and physics working, I will NOT be covering how to set up MO2 and install any other types of mods. If you need to learn how to use MO2, that there are already plenty of guides. If you want a modding guide that gives you lists of mods like bugfixes/texture overhauls/weather/etc. use this: https://www.sinitargaming.com/skyrim_se.html. It's the exact same guide I followed up till the "Body/Skin/Eyes/Hair Etc" section. I didn't install every single mod listed in the guide but the guide provides a very strong starting point. If you follow it and install most of the mods up until that section, you'll have a pretty good base to work with.

If you just want to go straight into body and physics mods, you must have at least a working game with the latest version of SKSE, SkyUI, Engine Fixes for SSE, FNIS, and Racemenu. Once you have this go ahead and follow these steps:

  1. Install CBBE:
    • Body Shape - Curvy
    • Underwear Options - None
    • Outfit Options - ✔ Vanilla Outfits
    • Face Options - ✔ Face Pack
    • Eyebrow Options - your choice
    • Miscellaneous - your choice
    • SKEE - ✔ RaceMenu Morphs
  2. Install BodySlide
  3. Install CBPC:
    • Select Game - Skyrim Special Edition
    • Select SSE Version - SSE 1.5.97
    • Select Your Body Shape - Shizof's Body
  4. Install HDT-SMP
  5. If you want to install SexLab and Schlongs of Skyrim (you're on LL reading a guide that promised working collisions so it'd be more strange if you didn't install these lol), go ahead and do that next! Make sure you install the HDT-SMP patch from the SOS page if you install it (install the same options for what you choose in the SOS installer).
  6. You MUST install XPMSSE:
    • Animation Rig Map - Physics Extensions
    • Character Creation - Racemenu
    • The next 4 pages are your choice but I chose "None" for all of them since I wasn't interested
    • Schlongs of Skyrim - Schlongs of Skyrim (only if you installed SOS)
    • The next 2 pages I also chose "None" but again your choice
  7. Now you have all the requirements to install the main mod - CBBE 3BBB:
    • 3BBB Base - ✔ by default but if you use any of the other races be sure to ✔ those too
    • Physics Type Select - ✔ by default
    • Breast cup size - Dcup (if you use smaller breasts, pick the closest size to your preference)
    • Physics Select - this is then configuration I mentioned earlier and is important to understand. If you don't have a very beefy system, you will want CBPC to handle most of the physics. There is even an option for "Only CBPC" which means you don't even need the HDT-SMP files from earlier. If you select any of the other options, you get a magic spell in game that lets you switch SMP physics on and off. Personally, I picked "Full SMP" because my system can handle it and I found that SMP handles vagina collisions better than CBPC.
  8. Open up BodySlide to build meshes for your character using the CBBE 3BBB body
  9. Select your body preset of choice under the "Preset" dropdown, check Build Morphs in the bottom left corner, and hit "Batch Build...". The first option will have many choices but the important ones start with "SE 3BBB Body...". The CBBE 3BBB mod page has the difference between each of the 3 body types. I chose SE 3BBB Fantasy since that has the most jiggle options but you can choose any of the others. The rest of the options let you choose between the physics or non-physics version of the vanilla clothing. Choose what you want and after you have finished, hit the "Build" button
  10. You COULD run the game now but this is the most important step that many tend to forget...BE SURE TO RUN FNIS, CHECK THE "SKELETON ARM FIX" BOX, AND CLICK GENERATE. Only after you run FNIS and it says that there are no warnings should you run the game!!!

You should now have an installation of SSE with a custom CBBE body, working physics, and collisions! Congratulations you made it to the end of this guide! If you have any questions, go ahead and ask and I'll try my best to answer them but I'm sure others on this forum can do a much better with specific questions. Also, if you see anything missing or incorrect in my guide please, please let me know so I can update it!

Thanks for reading!

Took two screenshots. Edited them and saved them in one, big and clean wallpaper. Will keep this as a Holy Bible of Knowledge. Even though I know how to install the CBBE at least, will still keep it and say thank you.

Btw, do you happen to have something THAT easy to follow and simplified for UNP&UUNP? I made my UUNP thanks to Kokan - may this guy is blessed - but I still don't know how I did it since his guide even though was detailed, it was confusing and some mods weren't needed / couldn't work back then in my case. I am also using his preset of UUNP, and would like to see a final, clean and easy to follow guide for UUNP physics + BodySlide and how to use BodySlide in this day and age. YT videos are more confusing than answering to me, would prefer to read/see pictures step by step instead if you or anyone else can achieve this kind of tutorial.

I actually tried my hand at using the guide Kokan put together but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my installation. I'm going to assume it was because I tried that really close to the time when the game was updated to 1.5.97 and most of his guide was put together with 1.5.80. However, I am willing to try again and will post a guide here if I manage to get it working properly. Thanks for your feedback for this guide I wrote!

Yeah, in my case, I did it work, but I am still in the dark about how I did it. I didn't even installed BodySlide/haven't done the extra parts.

I installed his preset by accident manually on my own, so, basically every step about xpmsse, fnis, hdt physics and framework, yada yada - they are working now, if you want I can send the new ones - and then UNP, his body presets, and all. That's all I can remember, no idea now. Ironically, I found someone to help me what to install for CBBE and God it felt so easy and simple, made a guide out of that, send it to some people who are like new to Skyrim and modding, and it worked 100% with no errors or issues, even the hair!

I haven't installed CBBE myself though yet, but I am kinda looking to try it out, since, it has supposedly curviest bodies, but Kokan's preset with RaceMenu and big boobs sliders is my weakness. lol

Hi!

I'm writing this from my phone as I'm currently not in front of my PC but all of the mods I am using have been updated for version 1.5.97 of SSE. That is probably why you are facing that problem with CBBE 3BBB. You must update the game to follow the guide I posted. If you want to use the version you have, you will have to find versions of each mod for that specific version of the game.

I hope this helped!

^Just how the person above correctly said, you will need EVERY HDT and other stuff for your 1.5.80 version of Skyrim. If you go and put any 1.5.97 version in to your game's mods, things will get messed up and you'll get issues like that error of yours. In a sense? Install ONLY 1.5.80 stuff. If you need help about what mods to get in that version let us know, someone will definitely have the old files to share, or we can look together.

Whoa! Hold on. Is that a good idea? Hydrogen has shown in the past that he desires to control how his HDT plugins are distributed. And part of that is a decided disinterest in distributing it via the Nexus. I realize the good intentions here... but afaik Hydrogen has not given permission for his HDT plugins to be redistributed. And I'd really rather not piss him off enough for him to nope out and take his source with him.

Source code showing up in a public repo on github does not automatically make that software open source (in a legal sense).
