I am now at the age, where I see most of my relatives on funerals and less on birthdays...

that is the way if life, I know, but it sucks anyway

I can't comfort you physically but here's a hug in hopes it works as well digitally.

It's not a port of call, fun or otherwise, for anyone as it is not on the coast.

Jedda was the port for people going to Mecca.   Figured more people knew Mecca than Jedda.

Speaking of Birthdays “It is up to you whether or not you bring presents” and never “Please don’t bring presents” since the presents brought are either a hit or a miss. Perhaps we should be using lists and gift cards after all.

Urinals only do half of what regular toilets do

They need less space and less water ( some don't need water at all ) while providing a solution for the more frequent need.

Or boxes filled with rattle snakes.

I know somebody who loves snakes so that would be a perfect present for him. He also has the anti venom for every snake out there.

That's awesome. Snakes are such cute pets. And so are spiders.

Eh, I have a friend that's got a fully black cobra, it likes being pet on the nose...

I just can't be in the same room when he lets it free haha, too dangerous for me - I also have another friend who's got a bat! I think I had mentioned previously.

Personally I prefer bats over deadly snakes hahaha~

A vampire bat?

I don't know about what bat it is precisely, Batman's (name my friend gave him, don't judge me haha) got a pointy nose, I'll ask him next I see him.

Including the one-eyed trouser snake?

Haha, assuming this night creature sees the light at some point, perhaps - but the remedy is either consumed through pills very early or, should the time window be missed, waiting for the parasites part of its atypical venom to develop to a removable stage before hatching.

Yeah, he's a midnight creature caring for other night dwellers, his nickname even is "Papa Bat"!

Pointy nose, sounds more like a fruit bat or flying fox type of thing.

Oh, yeah, he had a flying fox, looked exactly the same...!

...But it died of old age, this one I meant has a long and pointy nose, a bit like a spear, here, I googled a pic kind of resembling Batman. Not exactly it but you get the idea.
