Chase Roxand Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Err, I should really gray that armbinder slider out shouldn't I, since chase never put in an armbinder conversation and I haven't used the slider for anything. Well, unless you changed something, the purpose of that slider was to increase the chance of being enslaved if you had an armbinder on. I never intended for special topics for when you have an armbinder on. There was no system that gradually increased the chances of being enslaved, so wearing an armbinder was considered a sort of "total helplessness". I figured that the player should be much easier prey. I guess that didn't come across properly in the MCM description.

Either way, disabled the slider since it wasn't being used. Edit: Random inspiration: I think other user(s) suggested this before but I wasn't in the mood or busy or something Stalker. If you say no to the same attacker over and over they get added to a list, every time you sleep in your bed or at an inn, roll random chance that one of those attackers will have followed you to your home and tied you up/rape/sd enslavement or sold to ss afterwards. Lots of possibilities here. Issues: * I don't know if I can move a player to the top of a bed and animate with zap without issues. Might have to make a special cave for this if I can't detect nearby beds and expect it to work for all beds * I don't know how to do scenes, but might not be needed * I don't know how to make cells that don't introduce their own issues.

Verstort Posted June 29, 2016 Author Posted June 29, 2016 Turning off regular sex attack can be accomplished by turning the sex approach slider in the first mcm tab to 0 Turning off follower sex attack can be accomplished by turning the min follower arousal to 101 in the follower tab Edit: I know that seems pretty roundabout, but it means two less MCM variables...
Zor2k13 Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 I started a new game and now everything is working fine it seems that whatever was moving those sliders around has completely stopped doing that:-) Here is how to check something with tes5edit... Get tes5edit and run it on your mod, when the mod completely loads just right click your mod and select "apply filter for cleaning" then it will take some seconds to prepare for that. After it is finished preparing, right click your mod again and select "remove identical to masters" and say yes to the big bad warning prompt. After that you can see the things it removes in the message area then right click your mod again and select "disable and undelete references" and it will check for those if any and done after that. Click the red X on the top right of the program it will ask you to save your mod click ok thats it done. I set chance for sex conversation to 15% and chance for enslavement convo to 65% and lydia had already added some bondage items to my character so she just decided to take my char for herself this time and kicked in the enslaved options from SD+ :-)
laurient Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 sorry im a bit new but i recently installed DEC mod but i cant seem to find an MCM am i missing something? iva attempted clean save and even attempted a new game and one does not register mmm the last version doesn't start... No start up message, and no MCM menu. The latest version requires UIExtensions, if you haven't installed it yet. I ran into that issue too a couple days ago. I have already UIExtensions installed Can you post a papyrus log? ok, no need of papyrus, my game was badly screewd (to the point to get a savegame file bloat). Redid my load order, and now it's in order. I have the DEC MCM menu.
Guest Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 A question, do you think any mod that affects force-greets might affect yours? I had that not-speaking-to-me thing again, so I reset some mcm debug option (the one that says "caution, other mods use this") and I disabled the NPC, enabled them, nothing worked. I had been fooling with the "Come together" section of nausicaas tweaker, so I removed that mod, and reverted to a save before some quests. I redid the quests, everything seems fine now. But it might be totally unrelated, I just don't know. Plus, Player can't jump high enough to kill bugs now. It's a general question, not a bug report, so I'm not including a log, and my version is 13.02, Thanks.
Verstort Posted July 2, 2016 Author Posted July 2, 2016 The force greet behavior is tied to an AI package, NPCs follow the package on the top of their AI stack, I've always assumed if there's a competing AI package it would likely take over and stop DEC's AI from working. Maybe AI packages can mix and co-exist, but I don't know enough about the AI engine. Haven't heard of nausicaas tweaker, but I suppose it's possible. It's easy to make them think the player is submissive, just parade around naked in bondage and everybody will make their mind. But how do we achieve the reverse? How do we get to be seen as dominant?

Are some of these options grayed out because they simply haven't been implemented yet, or am I missing something to enable them? Specifically I am interested in: Follower options: Select Follower, Follower remembers if shot, Follower approaches directly, Finding item requires dungeon, Vulnerable required for approach Item options: All Zaz (I have Zaz Animation Pack), All Ebonite (I have DDx), All CD (I have Captured Dreams), restrictive items (blindfold, yoke, etc) Enslavement: Quest Lock-out: Trapped in Rubber Suit (I have DCL), CD, MiasLair (I have Mia's Lair) Intimidation Defense: Intimidate Gag Block, Intimidate Weapon Block Thanks.

Although I too have those followers option grayed out, I don't recall the rest being that way. Are you playing a new game or did you installed this on a existing save? By starting a new game, the mod should properly initialize.

If it's not tied to a mod, and greyed out, good chance it's because I haven't completed it yet and It sits in limbo. Zaz and colors for items was never implemented (pain). Certain follower options are greyed out because they don't do anything yet. Mia's lair enslavement didn't happen either. CD should show up if you have Captured Dreams, at least 3.8something was working fine for me. I haven't tried vel's 4.0 beta to see if it needs tweaking. Read as "Trapped-In-Rubber suit" the suit from the mod named Trapped in rubber, not the rubber suit from cursed loot. Then again maybe I did Well, this is what happened when I talked to one of my follower in the city center after they found new toy. She thought it funny to strip me naked, bind me then laugh at me. "I put an armbinder on you, it's not like you don't have the key...", she told me after I asked her not to do that. I find this whole system a bit annoying, since I don't know what kind of bondage I'll get or if the follower will apply a self bondage or force the player. If I'm playing a submissive I don't say, or even if the player is collared. But here it comes a bit out of nowhere. She thought it funny to strip me naked, bind me then laugh at me. Followers should only approach you when alone in the wild or in a player home, not with other people in range (although we use the NPC attacker range, so if you set that really low it can affect this). However, I haven't included a cancel if you enter a populated place in part because it's going to be inaccurate and part because I forgot it was an issue. "I put an armbinder on you, it's not like you don't have the key...", she told me after I asked her not to do that. I find this whole system a bit annoying, since I don't know what kind of bondage I'll get or if the follower will apply a self bondage or force the player. If I'm playing a submissive I don't say, or even if the player is collared. But here it comes a bit out of nowhere. "I told her not to do that" right now all that does should make the follower think you aren't as submissive, it doesn't actually influence the chance of getting a similar event in the future, and they don't unlock you if you didn't like it either. Unlocking is easy and I can put that in as an option, but I've been mulling how to tackle I don't want you to do that anymore and not sure how to implement. Does that phrase mean for that one item type, putting items on aggressively on the player, putting items on you at all, or putting items on you for now. Combinations of the above exist. Not sure which to implement. Right now items the follower find follow the weight system for items you might get from NPC attackers, so you can't just turn armbinder for followers down to zero, making followers remember adjustments to item weights could get complicated... As for predicting the follower behaviour, It's 4 state right now depending on what you set their preferences for being Dom or Sub. If you set their sub to -1 they won't put items on themselves, -1 to dom and they won't put items on you. I need to think of a better way to use that system to its fullest. If I'm playing a submissive I don't say, or even if the player is collared. Huh? Would it be possible to tap into captured dream data to see whether the player is orienting its behavior towards dom/sub/both? (If that's even allowed.) I might be able to detect when the player chooses sub/dom options in captured dreams, sure (haven't checked if the current mod supports this though) I don't want to tap into the actual sub/dom value because this follower system is follower specific and ignores reputation. You can play the sub with one follower, drop them off at your house and take a sub follower for a spin as a dom and they won't clash or swing without you being there, because the followers only care about what you do in their presence. Your follower shouldn't know instantly if you were sub to the CD master 2 months ago when they join your party. Changes made while the follower is with you should be fair game though. You shouldn't get +Sub if you got an item from the follower and said you didn't like it. That's a bug I'll fix.

Recently, she put a stormcloak chastity device on me although I haven't started the civil war yet. The item comes from Devious Regulation and even though I had a chasity key, I couldn't remove it. Another way you could weight the orientation of the player and followers would be by looking into the sexlab diaries of the individuals. Are the characters more aggressive or submissive during sex? As it turns out Lydia is crazy aggressive, she tends to rape every bandit chief we fight together. Or maybe she's just too horny, cause she tried to get on that one bandit I beheaded. Alternatively you could create a diary of your own, recording the choices of the player during the exchanges with the followers. This could bloat the save though. You shouldn't get +Sub if you got an item from the follower and said you didn't like it. That's a bug I'll fix. Actually, I never installed Maria's eden. What I did recently is failing at cleaning a save with the intent of updating Dripping when Aroused. Well, I did update it though. This save is 60 hours old already, and those errors are probably the result of my own wrong doings. And look at that, I reported a bug! However, I haven't included a cancel if you enter a populated place in part because it's going to be inaccurate and part because I forgot it was an issue. I don't recall any follower approaching me. But again, I'm using EFF which may interfere with DEC? Every time, it was me who talked to the follower after receiving the notification "Your follower wants to talk to you." That counts. I forgot follower actually approaching you is an option that isn't in the released version. Same difference though, your follower shouldn't bring up the subject if you aren't alone (although enforcing that isn't as easy) Unlocking is easy and I can put that in as an option, but I've been mulling how to tackle I don't want you to do that anymore and not sure how to implement. Does that phrase mean for that one item type, putting items on aggressively on the player, putting items on you at all, or putting items on you for now. Combinations of the above exist. Not sure which to implement. Right now items the follower find follow the weight system for items you might get from NPC attackers, so you can't just turn armbinder for followers down to zero, making followers remember adjustments to item weights could get complicated...Well, some items might get difficult to remove. Recently, she put a stormcloak chastity device on me although I haven't started the civil war yet. The item comes from Devious Regulation and even though I had a chasity key, I couldn't remove it. I would need a master key from the stormcloak to open it. Stormcloak and Imperial belts have their own weights in the item submenu, you can turn them down to reduce the chances there, although that will affect regular approaches too. You can normally find those keys on commanders in the camps too, if you think you can steal them. Moving items with special or rare keys is something I should consider though, since yes, some of these items can mean game-altering effects beyond DD itself. As for predicting the follower behavior, It's 4 state right now depending on what you set their preferences for being Dom or Sub. If you set their sub to -1 they won't put items on themselves, -1 to dom and they won't put items on you. I need to think of a better way to use that system to its fullest. Good to know! Hmm, on one hand, saying no is giving me the desired negative submissive impression, but the keyword bug is showing up on my end and I can't tell why. You don't have the DD 3.1 beta installed, the version in the git repo do you?

Once defeated, my player is sent to the simple slavery auction and then sold to whomever. However, every single time, there are 2 stacks that get triggered. The character could be sent to SLUTS, then teleported right after in the dungeon of Captured Dreams. I assumed it was a misconfiguration on my part, but I'm starting to wonder if DEC isn't interfering with Death Alternative/defeat. Or that old save was just too problematic and couldn't function properly. Also, didn't know it was possible to weight on the choice of devices. Is it from the DEC configuration? If so, I should probably open my eyes a little more. Edit: oh yes, my list of mod is big enough that you might want to ignore the issues I'm facing until somebody else come to you with it. It may very well be something unique with my setup. Sorry about that.
Verstort Posted July 10, 2016 Author Posted July 10, 2016 Finally got this version bugless enough to be released (I think) Too much time wasted on re-writing a whole section for some minor content (most of which isn't written yet) Please let me know if there are any items that aren't added to the player or follower correctly. Edit: If you get a weird bug where the follower dialogue toggle is tied to the follower approach toggle, save clean should fix it, but resetting the MCM with stopquest crdeMCM followed by startquest crdeMCM could fix it if save clean is too annoying.

nux581 Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 I have been experiencing some odd problems, such as being unable to equip weapons via E or the M1/M2 mouse buttons. Additionally, critters and bandits currently ignore me unless I attack them. When I hit the tilde to bring up the console, I am seeing [CRDE] Player is busy: Defeat. Is it possible there is some sort of residual CRDE status mucking up game play? Any way to clear this out?
Verstort Posted July 12, 2016 Author Posted July 12, 2016 Sounds like defeat is stuck, DEC detects if post combat defeat is still busy to prevent itself from getting in the way. Not getting attacked by anything would suggest the defeat calm spell. "Player is busy: defeat" goes off if DEC detects that the player is in the defeat faction, or has either the defeat calm effect or the defeat alt calm effect. Those are the only cases where that message should show up. Don't know how defeat got stuck, maybe ask in the defeat thread? I don't play with it all that heavily anymore to be honest, and I haven't seen it get stuck like that in a long time. I would assume DEC didn't cause it to get stuck, DEC should detect it's active and stop working.

So, wich mods are needed to have all options on the follower page enabled?
