Having an issue with the Jarl Balgruuf and the Tamed Falmer in the dungeon. With Bulgruuf he says he's going to have sex with me and no animation plays and the dialogue immediately progresses to me asking how I was.

For the Tamed Falmer I get a notification in the top-left of my screen saying that the Falmer grabbed me, then our two models stand there for a second, and the scene ends. Unfortunately unlike the Bulgruuf animation cancel where I can continue the story line, Fang cannot be talked to in this situation. The error showing on the consol with the falmor is

"FATAL - Thread[0] AddActor(Tamed Falmer) -- AddActor(Tamed Falmer) -- Failed to add actor -- They are not a valid target for animation

"NOTICE: StartSex() - Failed to add some actors to thread"

Might have forgotten to enable creature animations in sexlab, I would try having a look in there.

Every NPC in Whiterun is so broken for me. None of them perform there jobs or scripted events where they talk to other NPCs. Traders like Belethor don't have an option to see what is for sale (even though I have no gag or ever have been). When I first enter Whiterun you usually see Adrianna talking to the Battle-born guy. Normally he would leave but in mine they never talk and stand there forever.

I know this happens if you initialize a new game with the Wartimes alternate start installed.

If you are using Wartimes you can start the new game with the Wartimes ESP disabled, save once the initial loading is done, and then enable the Wartimes ESP and play from there.

If you aren't using Wartimes I don't know what is causing that, I still don't know why wartimes causes it in the first place.

Even when I pick a follower from around Whiterun. like Leon from DCL, it still says I need a follower. The Only work around for this I have found is to be caught by an enforcer in Riverwood and be escorted back to HQ in Whiterun and assigned a follower there. Only then am I properly allowed to leave Whiterun.

This is strange I'm not sure what would be the cause of this exactly, what follower framework are you using? I use EFF and haven't had this kind of issue before.

if you are using another one maybe it isn't playing nice with Survival and might interfere with other mods that affect followers as well.

not sure on that last one, I haven't actually played with slaverun for a while now.

Yeah I guess it has to be wartimes, its the only thing really new that I have tried out.

Yeah I am using EFF, I don't really play it too much either I just like the slavetown aspect of it and normally just use the random start interval.

Thanks for the Help though, that should fix the main problems for me atleast.

Do you have Sexlab Survival installed?  That requires you to have a follower to get out of cities.  Other features of Survival: Is the exit gate 'locked'?  Is there a toll collector with a money box at the gate?

Yeah I do, I know there is some compatibility between Survival and some other mod I have installed, just woindering if other people have experienced something similar. The creator of Survival told me my save looks fine so it must be a problem somewhere else.

What follower manager have you installed? Because if the follower is not recognized as being in the follower pool a mod like UFO EFF NNF ect might have interfered

EFF

It must recognize some followers though right? Because when an Enforcer catches me without a companion I get sent to HQ and they give me one. Then I am able to leave Whiterun with my appointed follower.

I'm having a problem where a guard stops me when entering Whiterun and says something like "take me to your owner" and starts following me around. I'm not sure which mod that's from. Does it sound familiar to anyone?

I think that's a feature from Devious Followers.  You need to talk to NPC's until one of them will help you, when they do they become your devious follower and you need to pay them back for the trouble.  Not sure if it's Devious Followers or a different mod that initiates the dialogue but the result is a Devious Follower scenario.

I have a few questions about quest progress.

First, I dediced to try an "outsider" approach. IE, stay free and not engage as a slaver either, until the time is right, which is when the abolitionist quest begins, and one gets a letter from the Jarl of Morthal asking to join them. I recall that quest progresses as you meet Thalmor and Daedra while progressing through the main quest.

To get there, logically, the next step would be to do as they say and get mode involved, either as a slave or slaver. But I'm not getting any dialogue options for it anymore.

The only thing I get is a useless dialogue asking any slaver about their upper management, and it doesnt help at all.

From there on, the only choice I found is getting enslaved via insulting the gatekeepers and having no money to pay them. (can't even get enslaved so easily anymore)

So, I wanted to ask, is this supposed to be like this, or is this feature broken or incomplete?

Same question for another quest feature in which supposedly you can pay 10.000 gold to Pike to be free again, but even if i tried it, having the gold, and the dialogue showing up, it does nothing. No gold is paid and no freedom is gained.

Unfortunately, my memory is poor.  But as a free citizen you will eventually meet with a number of other women in Riften at Mara's temple.  I think that's after all of Skyrim is enslaved, but might be a bit earlier.  I can't remember at what point a free citizen will see the thalmor and daedra, but when you do, after reporting, you'll need to talk to the thalmor and daedra.  And yet again, I can't remember if as a free citizen if you might get yanked into a dremora location and saved by Mara (if you want, but this storyline might be slave and/or slaver).

The three paths, free, slaver, slave all meander off the main line, come back together later and then branch off again, so it's hard to remember what scenario is part of which path.  But they all have similar or the same points here and there.

Not much help.  But one does not need to be a slave or slaver to do the abolitionist story line to free Skyrim.  I've played all three ways.  And you can always tell Jarl Balgruuf what a bad idea slavery is (as in the cheat method of ending slavery), but you'll miss out on calling him an idiot.

Having an issue with the mod.  I've tried unsuccessfully to run the 3.0 beta alongside Sexlab Survival.  In maybe three attempts over the last few months I keep running into an odd issue.  I get the game started, configure all my mods and then start playing.  Then as I save the game and turn it off for the day the next time I try to load I get a CTD, no matter which save I try to load, I usually have six to eight saves at a time.

I have the DD patch and I have no errors or missing dependencies according to NMM.  I'm stumped.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Kinda wish your memory was more accurate now, but either case, it works.

I guess I'll try that then. Stay free until all Skyrim is enslaved and then see what happens, hopefully find something.

It's good news that there is an alternate way to finish it as free, so thanks... Hope I find it.

Is the tattoo system working for you? My player always only gets 1 Hand tat but nothing in the face. She should get some tats in the face during enslavement. At least the dialogue says so. And if I try to get slave tats with a free char (sub dialogue with Pike) it doesn't work at all.

Do you have the right tattoo pack for it? Corintino or something, I think it's called. I forget if the face tat's just use whatever face tattoo's you have or from the same pack or not.

Well, apparently no. I have the old Slut pack installed. I will try Corintio now. Thank you.

Corintio works but I don't like them. Are any other tat packs supported by slaverun?

A little more help here.  My character has been dodging the slavers and trying to live as a free woman until an unfortunate event led her to the auction block.  In my current game there are three cities enslaved, Whiterun, Riverwood and Falkreath.  After Simple Slavery my character is brought in front of Pike by Mundus and then nothing.  They all just stand and stare.

I know from earlier versions of Slaverun that your character is supposed to go through some training and then start doing slave tasks.

I tried to move the game along by talking to Pike and Mundus and the only result came from talking to Mundus asking him if he was a slaver and I reacted with I was born free...  Then a sex scene starts which seems to trigger the conversation of Pike, Mundus and my character.  Pike tells Mundus to take my character to Bellamy and Murphy.  Nothing happens.  So I start moving my character around and Mundus follows.  I head for the front gate and find Bellamy, Murphy and Diamond and then nothing.  Everyone is just staring at everyone.  That's as far as I can seem to take it for the moment.

Any thoughts?  Has this occurred to anyone else?

Editing the relevant json file might do it, to point to different tattoo's at each stage. Not sure if it is set up to do this though but can try searching through the topic?

This works, I've done it.  I created a different set and simply saved over the Cornito files but kept the Cornito JSON.  It's just for the progressive tattoos, not the ugly ones on the forehead and hands.  I need to change those too.
