You need to disable zaz animation override in the zaz mcm.

The only thing I seem to like from this mod if I can ever get it working is the enemies catching the player either through a defeat scene or player surrender so the enemy npc ties the player to a leash and the player has to follow the npc all the way to nearest hold capital well... along the way if another npc kills that npc then the player is freed or the new npc takes the player so that is the interesting bit for me.

 

I uninstalled all the babo stuff except for animation packs and got rid of some other mods but I can't get crash fixes to work it refuses to see the d3d9_42.dll file in the correct directory. I made a log file for it and the log file says that 1 file needed to load that thing so I know it is seen but still the warning is triggered by crash fixes and it won't load. I did all the stuff with the enblocal.ini and crash fixes still won't load so the only fix for me is the skse.ini setup with papyrus settings in skyrim.ini file, that does actually work. I have 130 mods loaded and most of them are clothes/armors thane homes and the usual shit people install nowhere near the level of some professional skyrim youtuber or anything like that. I really wish this mod wasn't so complicated with all the options, doing more with less is always a good idear.

Trying this out in VR following  SkyrimVR Compatibility Tracking (1/27/21) thread.

It runs but it's not functional.

Under debug xpoPrisoner and xpoanimation and xpojailorvars and xpocrimevals and xpodialogcrime all failed.

The rest of the quests are OK.

SUS does not recognize the way the SVR CT thread says to get skyui working in VR.

 

When you surrender to a guard it says in the top left:

POP: Registration failed

The guard reduices your bounty to 0 then it says

Failed bounty is 0 no arrest for you.

 

No mater what the bounty is surrendering to guards just has them clear your bounty.

 

Anyone experience this? I followed the Compatibility thread to the letter and installed all the patches.

 

FIX: Go into the menus and manually reload the mod. Fixes everything.

Hi! I downloaded the new version and i have a problem. I start an arrest but the guard just stands there an says starting arrest than nothing happens and says : arrest failed...exiting

i patched JKs with POP. i dont understand why is this happening older version was fine maybe city mods have trouble with it?

Hi to me im using LE at the moment and when i got arrested for major crime i got tied up by a gard but then after a few i just CTD

 

EDIT : Ok this time the POP ready was shown so I got further. I went to the point that i was in the jail cell and i saw I think pierce clitoris on the screen somewhere without knowing why because I CTD.

Other users have reported that the wrong version of Fuz Ro Doh can cause that behavior.

 

Please verify that you are using the correct version of Fuz Ro Doh for your version of Skyrim SE or AE.

I have reinstalled without any mod that expands citys and now it works. Maybe my suggestion was right about Settlements expanded but im not sure or maybe People of Skyrim?

I don't use LE myself, so I am not familiar with the problems that might cause a CTD when using POP on LE.

How do I have to set up the MCM to enable any of the out-of-cell events?

I use the debug option to be arrested for a major crime, while in prison, the guards attack me a few times in the cell, and the next morning I am released.

Got locked up, thrown into Solitude Jail [bounty in The Pale]. Taken to market and locked in pillory and then just stuck in a kicking backwards animation for 25 minutes....

no since SE is for special edition. Which skyrim are you playing ? Is it Special edition or not ? Because you really need to pay attention to what version of mod you are installing otherwise it wont work.
