Wouldn't it affect DDE rather than POP?

 

I haven't tried the new version of DDI so haven't tested it

 

EDIT: In the DDE thread it's been reported that it's working okay with DDI 4

As far as I know POP does not rely on DDi at all since, I've played POP without DDi just fine. 

I will just wait to see where POP goes before updating DDi. 

ZAP is a requirement yes.

Yes that's correct POP has no dependency on DDI as all, only DDE has it as it handles device removal for POP.

 

POP can be played without DDE if the player isn't concerned about removing devious devices though, or without DDI entirely

I still can't get any scenario except "xpoScenarioCell" to run. (It runs by default when nothing else is working). I don't think the function that checks the time of day is working properly, and neither is the function that writes to to log, so I can't really tell what is going on.

I was going to add my own notification to the pillory scenario script see what was going on, but I can't get the script to compile.

Not 100% sure, but I think you may be, at the very least, missing sources for DDequip and consoleutil.

I figured out I was using the wrong version of Prison Overhaul. Upgrading to v033 fixed the scenario problem but broke the MCM...

 

I'm going to look up consoleutil... or maybe just give up... haven't decided yet.

For compiling Papyrus scripts you have to have the SOURCE files for every other script referenced by your script and every script that those scripts reference as well.  You are close though, you need to download the SKYUI SDK files to get the sources (actually dummy sources) for the MCM menu and that Console Util (check, the source files for it will probably be found in the BSA file which you will need to unpack).

Installing SkyUI SDK fixed the MCM, but then some of the dialogues quit working. Reinstalling Fuz Ro D'oh fixed that though. Everything seems to be working fine now. Looks like I'll need the DDe source if I want to mess with the scripts, but I don't think I'll need to at this point.

 

I am going to add a global to toggle off the dialog for when you get your meals though.

In the cage scenario, the jailer says "I think you can figure out what the gag is for" and then removes the ring gag I'm already wearing (POP inox ring, incorrectly written as "POP ixox ring" in the MCM btw).

 

On the subject of gags, there's a gag called zbf Gag Mult0i1 Anim in the toys cupboard on the punishment level.  I've never seen it before in game, but it looks pretty good.  Any chance we could get it as an option for the POP gag type?

Sexlab Solutions has a patch file to make it work together with the original PO - some dialogue for the guards in Riften Jail.

IF you switch the name of the esp, I would guess it should suffice to switch the master file of that patch. But that's one issue to follow up then.

 

I'm not aware of any other mods with patches for PO. Though it could be could be good to watch out for them, too.

Sooo, it looks like NOW is the time to test if switching master for the SLSolutions patch will suffice. :classic_shy:

Note to myself: convince family, that I need more Skyrim-time these days. Important!

Yes! It seems it was enough to switch the master from old xpo to new POP. Perfect! :classic_biggrin:

Are there plans to add (basic) default DDi/DDx 4.0 devices equipping and removing without the need for DDe? As I don't use DDe at all but would like to keep/use DD items. Of course this does not contain the retextures of DDe but if users want those they could install DDe. 

 

And +1 for the "merge" with POH as the original mod can be declared as dead it saves another esp slot (the main reason why I don't use DDe to keep the amount of ESP's to a minimum. )
