43deadwood Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Just came across a minor problem during a playthrough - while wearing the collar the user should not try to use a strap-on! My girl arrived at the hot springs hunter camp and decided to have fun with one of the other girls - resulting in death. Can't unequip a strap-on during sex. Will now change all strap-ons to be jewellry! (I've already edited that keyword out of the esp). Other than that this is a great mod and providing me with a lot of fun for a very testing playthrough (Kill on Sight, almost non-existent carryweight, loot from corpses, barrels and sack severely diminished)
Vuulgar Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 I love the ideas associated with this approach, I am using the vanity version on my pc with a very basic orc follower, everything seems to be working fine until arousal triggers sex and then the followers speech menu will never activate. I can get him to "wait here" command if I click him correctly and he seems to be active combat wise, just wont talk. The only good bug is a dead bug so ideas are appreciated.

But how do you select "wait here" item? Please elaborate so I could fix this. Did you try to reload the game? It may be the standard Skyrim bug with dialogs disappearing. Does it reproduce with all followers? Maybe this orc is somehow scripted and these scripts interfere with mine. Anyone else tried the follower part? BTW, the next update will include inventory management. That is, if I'll figure how to alter follower dialogs.

But you are also welcome to discuss it While wearing PetCollar, every previous* item you pick (except quest items, soul gems, gold, potions, sexlab items, devious devices and favorited** weapons) is transferred to the Bag. * When you pick something up, you may use it: eat it (may add auto-eat option later) / favorite it / equip it. But only one item at a time, when you pick up another item, the previous one will be stashed (a stack of, e.g. 2 Iron Swords counts as one item). ** You can have any number of favorited items though, limited only by your very low max carry weight. While holding access to the Bag: - drop it and it will return to you if you have no followers, or to the Bag itself - activate it, and: -- if you're not allowed to hold it, you'll be shocked and drop the Bag -- otherwise, access your stashed goods if not in combat (add some other conditions maybe?). Inventory control is disabled for some time when you select this option. Which should be enough to sell junk, re-equip your follower, make some craft etc You can talk to your follower and ask to access Bag contents (this way you can pick the bag back if you dropped it when you had a follower). You're allowed to have only limited amount of gold, soul gems and potions - excess goes to the Bag.

Most of the other mods i had tried, that restrict your carry weight or the number of weapons/armors etc you can carry, hinder the playthrough a lot since the player actually has to drop items around skyrim and keep only a few. Your idea of stashing all other items in a bag where you can later access and continue playing normally if you no longer have your follower with you, sounds practical and flavorful as well, since you will need permission from the follower to access it when they are with you. I would also like to see the pet collar appear somewhere in Skyrim, maybe equip on the player randomly when browsing chests, like the "Deviously Cursed Loot" mod does. At the moment i add it to the inventory with the console, and wait for the Master from the "Captured Dreams Shop" to surprise me and equip it on the character through the confiscation part of that mod, when i don't expect it, hehe. Love your work so far, and i am looking forward to what you will come up with next.

I ended up having to follow this path: 1. Get Restraints Key via console 2. Hit unequip on collar and wait for dialog to appear and key to disappear 3. Get another Restraints Key via console 4. Select Unlock option from dialog I think the Restraints Key needs to be excluded from Inventory Management.

But for DB I will need to play their quest line first... And public humiliation / whoring as prison alternative seems like an interesting idea. help with installing the patches plz. Also, v.4 is not yet compatible with them. I'll include them into the main mod in next update.
leftwr65 Posted December 20, 2014 Posted December 20, 2014 Updare works great. Got a suggestion for a future update. What about a gradual, increasing amount of damage / time between shocks? This could allow a character to maybe run into town and do their shopping / talk to the Jarl, all the while knowing that time was running out. I think this would add a bit of excitement above just being stuck naked all the time. And, of course, the amount of time to cooldown to a lower damage level could be significantly longer than the time you spent clothed (maybe MCM controlled) This would also be a handy feature for that part of the main quest where you need to wear a dress to get into the party. You would have to look for a chance to sneak away and ditch your clothes before you get shocked to death. Anyways, just a humble suggestion. Feel free to consider, ignore, or mock. Keep up the great work

Just few things: The vanity still activates with clothes for me. Also would be nice to have an mcm option to set up the maximum weight capacity when collared. Also some story text when the collar activates would be awesome but if i read correctly is in future plans
Krazyone Posted December 20, 2014 Posted December 20, 2014 REQUEST... when you put a collar on someone, they get shocked then realise that they need to be naked and strip off their clothing automatically. At present, they just keep dropping down. Never realising that they need to be naked... IDEA... MASTER COLLAR... This is a NO FIGHTING collar, to stop violent NPC's attacking you with weapons, fists or magic... The player has too much mental conditioning to be affected by this type of collar, it would stop NPC's that can't be killed from constantly attacking you... They could be ordered to follow you around, unless its a quest character. Told to get naked, as well as told to stand at one location permanently. The middle of town, naked for a snooty NPC would be fun... You could get rid of Nazeem without killing him, as well as banishing Braith to some dank dungeon...

Also, I'm working on a design for a new sneaky-streaker mod, just for stealth and nudity, no followers involved. PPS. I also need some free-to-use wearable backpack resource...

TBH I don't like the inventory control at all it gimps your game totally if you play a sneaky type character so I've removed the latest version. It also needs a way for the pc to get their gear back when the collar is removed I assume that coc'ing to qasmoke is a temporary measure just for now. You have implemented the mechanism well very well indeed, it's just not quite "my thing". However, do bear in mind that I do not expect you to change your mod just because it doesn't suit my playstyle and other players will like it very much so go with the majority. My main interest is the Vanity Collar as it gives a purpose to wearing clothes rather than armour so I'm quite happy just with that, though I am looking forward to seeing what you do for sneaky type characters. As to the update workarounds, 1/ looks to be the most versatile as you could then keep the inventory control as an add-on which would make everyone happy. EDIT: Thinking about the stash chest, why not put a safe chest somewhere in Whiterun. As the collars open with a restraint key they wouldn't make the inventory control to onerous for players that don't use follows. Maybe also add a timer to the collars so that they will only open after a minimum number of days (even with a restraint key)

The plan was that you get the Bag from your follower before you do that. I need to think about it. Or just add an MCM option for this, now when I know how to do it. EDIT: ...or a Stash in Whiterun that is opened with the PetCollar's key.

That also means that they all can 'ride' you (or just the last horse you rode, I don't quite remember. Let it be surprise!). I've been tinkering with your mod, because I like it, but I like tweaking everything I download to my own tastes. How do I adjust it in the creation kit so the collar doesn't nerf the hell out of my carry weight? I don't like the 'pet's belongings' effect of it, because I can't progress in the normal game. I don't need you to make a special version just for me (hence me tinkering in the creation kit), but even when I remove 'pet's belongings' as an effect from the enchantment list, it still cuts my carry weight to 1/10, and I can't seem to find where that effect is placed in the creation kit. Again, you don't have to make a version without the belongings effect just for me, I just want to know how to pry out that effect myself, for my personal use. I love the fucktoy effect SO MUCH, that whether or not it keeps me naked, I like that effect and want it. I like feeling like my companion's fuck toy. Thank you for your hard work, it's a wonderful mod, and I appreciate what you do. Thank you very much.

Remove it from 'PetCollarFucktoy' effect or just delete: I'll make it configurable in next update. And thank you for your kind words
windpl Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Maybe collar that white list legs and arms? Also adding some queue system would be good idea if you have more followers. ATM if there is more than 2 followers in queue they fail to reach you if they are in close range.
