I have a little problem with four DDX Plugs -Tails.

Sometimes their tail part suddenly stretches across entire screen and tail becomes a VERY long. Any ideas how to fix it?

I hate when that happens.

 

The only temporary solution I know of is to remove the plug and reinsert it.

FWIW, I thought I'd leave this on a couple of related threads, just in case anyone has similar issues

 

Those threads are, DDA, DDI, DDE  and DCL

 

I upgraded to DCL 8.3 and my game went ''phut!' at about the same time.  At the time I had ascribed the problem to another mod and how it handled followers in fixing something else.  Mainly because the game was not just jinxed after the update to DCL 8.3, but all games before it was added were unloadable too

 

Having thought that game was properly screwed up, I started a new game, DCL 8.3, LAL etc, and all ran fine

 

Until DCL added a couple of devices in a dungeon to my PC, and follower, which were invisible.  Rats!. Stupid Boy! etc  I had forgotten to run Bodyslide yadda yadda

 

Did that, batch built the new meshes, and straight away, every time I tried to start the game, I got a CTD on load, current and prior saves, with a very short Logfile of about 42k, sometimes 60k or so

 

I use MO, so it was easy to remove the 'new' Bodyslide meshes, as that was the only thing different.  If I did that, everything would start OK (even if the assets were still invisible)

 

Eventually I narrowed the problem down to the DDa/DDi family mesh components - oddly, I don't think the meshes generated by DCL itself actually made the game crash!

 

To cut a long story short, the problem was caused by ticking the Bodyslide 'Build Morphs' option, located down beside the 'Batch Build' Button

 

A full rebuild run without 'Build Morphs' selected works fine. the game loads OK and the assets are visible.

 

Why, well, I'm not a techie, and have no really certain clues.  Certainly that hasn't happened before.  The only common factor is that the two games in question both used 'character presets' from Nexus, loaded up with the F9 option in consoled 'showracemenu'.  I have had games run fine with character presets before, so there may be just be something odd about these two games, but that could be no more than just a complete coincidence

 

Whatever, just posting this for the benefit of anyone else who may have similar issues

Hi i got a major problem here. I updated just now DD Expansion, Integration and Assets and now my Game doesn't work anymore. I can't load a saved Game and also can't start a new Game. After the loading screen the game crash. I used the Nexus mod Manager for the installation. First Integration than Assets and last Expansion. After the installation i used LOOT for the load order. Then i used Bodyslide and last FNIS.

So what is wrong? I use Cursed Loot, SD+, Deviously Enslaved, Deviously Helpless, D. Follower and Slaverun Reloaded. Do i have to Update these too? (SD+ is updated to the latest version.)

There is a good chance that you have exceeded the animation limit. If you want to post your FNIS output here I will happily tell you if this is your problem. Simply run FNIS. Then copy and paste the information that it produces. This usually begins with a description of your skeleton and ends with the number of animation that you successfully loaded.

I use FNIS 745 XXL and have over 15000 animations registered for 62 mods and 44 creatures, I know that these are way to much and can cause troubles, but my game runs before the updates with this amount of animations since 03.2018.

I am sure that all that was true. However, you have just added more animations which, it would appear, have just been enough to "tip you over the edge." That means that you likely need to eliminate some other animations if you want to update these mods. That, of course, is entirely your call.

More animations? Oh, must overread it that in the updated versions are more animations. i use the sl animation loader and need to register them in sexlab. i thougt i could just not activate ingame that much.

Ok i don't know how much is to much. This is what FNIS told me.

If FNIS sees them, so will Skyrim.

I figured out that Devious Integration is the reason my game crash. i got back to the previous version and the game is running again. assets and expansion are updated. but without integration v4.2 i can't update cursed loot and that makes me sad.

As others have said, it's probably the animation numbers

 

But if you are building Bodyslide on Batch Build + build morphs, try without building the morphs

 

I can crash my game, exactly in the same way as you describe, if I tick the build morphs option.  No idea why, but since I stopped doing that, the current game, which would CTD almost immediately on every load, started working again and has given no trouble since

hey i have a little question. actually i'm playing the devious follower mod and my follower put my character in a petsuit. but this petsuit isn't in my game and i wanted to know from wich mod this suit comes? Devious Assets, Integration or Expansion and wich version?

Oh and by the way, the game crashes was caused by devious devices Integration v4.2

and the animations for it are from DDi (newest version 4.2), as far as I understand the system

 

to make DDi 4.2 run on your system just reduce the animation count by removing a SLAL pack or reinstall a SLAL pack and choose less animations if it comes with a FOMOD ( reinstall FunBiz is a good way to reduce animations by running the FOMOD again and choose less animation topics)

Well i have reduced the animations and even with ddi 4.2 there are now less animations than before. but my game still crashes with ddi 4.2 installed. with version 4.0 its running.

did you try this on a new game?

did you update with a clean save from 4.0 to 4.2?

did you run FNIS again (I'm sure you did, but sometimes...)

yes yes and yes. my amount of animations is smaller than before. So if just the animations causing the troubles than it should be running now. (it runs before with version 4.0 with more animations than now)

And the plugin of assets says im using version 2.8.3 but i downloaded and installed version 3.0e and ddi4.2 says it need version 3.0

ok when I put on one of the suits everything works fine but when I couch the boobs and the butts get all messed up like they are in standing mode fix? its like they are being  stretched or soothing like that

I haven't been able to download this from either loverslab or MEGA. The downlaod from loverslab times out before it finishes, and the MEGA download either doesn't start at all or crashes 10% of the way through. I've never had any problems with Google drive so can someone please host it there or help me out with MEGA?

It's the HDT that does that.  Look for the HDT invisibility fix, what it suggests to fix the invisibility problem (changing values in the file to 255) should also fix that problem.

when I wear the straight jacket the butt and breast try to stay in place so if I jump or crouch they are all messed up same with the dresses but for some reason the cat suit works just fine

The usual instructions go to this, wrong skeleton or fail to generate FNIS or batch build Bodyslide. I would guess it's a wrong skeleton, because you describe problems like missing bones. You might have even installed the right one, but they could still be in wrong order.

what skeleton rig would be best?

and what do you mean batch build?
