And I got to remove all the gear.. but. the game still says I'm pierced and no matter what i do, i can't make the game see I'm NOT wearing the little jewel. i know Cursed Loot uses D.D. stuff, so i'm asking here.. and there.

On my rig Skyrim runs without much performance issues (as it's Skyrim any rig wil get performance hits ) but in the Inn I'm guessing the total of NPC + devices + SL events is a bit to much for the engine as it lagspikes inside.

AFAIK I don't have ENBoost installed, Whip&Chains worked the last time I went there. Silly me would like the have this mod's quests separated from what I'd call the framework, which is devious traps. It's not because I don't like the quests (which I admittedly do) but I rarely play any quest a second time, but keep the framework, of course.

When you start a game you not pierced. And when trap put into you piercing of course it do a hole into nipples or clitoris. And after take off this hole not healing magically. And you are pierced forever because of it.

'You cant fast travel here'. message regardless of if I'm collared or not. Once i get collared, that message appears and even if i unlock said collar, i still can't fast travel. What setting am i not ticking?

I meant the Yoke of Shame specifically, the timed breast yoke that act as one of the failed solicitation outcomes
balgrufthegreat1 Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 Has anyone else had an issue with the questline after doing the Bound Queen? I went back and talked to Melanie, and she placed the old collar on the table. I interact with it and it says that there is a collar around my neck, but there isn't, I then read the Andratos' letter but nothing happens. no quest appears, no collar it just says bound queen complete and that is it. if anyone knows a way to fix this, then that would be greatly appreciated!

Now I've been playing a new game with the newest version of this mod, and I'm having a problem: No Cursed Loot events are triggering when I'm looting containers, opening doors, etc. I even turned up the base chance to 100%, but still no events. Do I need to complete the Chloe quests before they start? Or maybe talk to someone in the Whip and Chains Inn that I may have missed? Or is there another mod here on loverslab which is known to interfere with Cursed Loot's events?

I have found this to be the case as well, it appears that whenever you are in a quest that requires any devious device, you will not trigger an event, no matter how high you set the chances. When I was done with certain quests, the events would start occurring again.

Both mod is very very old and not get updated since 2017, which mean I don't know they are working with DD5 or not, also the defeat aspect is already included in DCL so it is best to not use them. Deviously Enchanted Chests make open chest have chance to be bound, same thing DCL did so no point using both mod together. It is somewhat like a lite version.

It happens both when an event attempts to do so (like if I opened a container with arousal above the "force full set") and also when I click the debug option "Tie me up". Upon checking, it seems it tried to equip two items on the same slot: leg cuffs and ankle chains, managed to break the ankle chains (get to to be "equipped" on inventory but not really equipped) and thus stopped. Clicking "tie me up" again doesn't add any more items either. DD's have 2 items, inventory and rendered item. Other one is hidden from inventory because its actual name is blank. So you need to get rid of that collar first and maybe also figure how did that happen. Did you perhaps try to remove item from you with console command because that's never a good idea. You need to remove both the ID's if you want item gone. That is why there are MCM debug options to remove items cleanly. You can try to give or buy yourself another collar and try to equip and unequip that instead. If that doens't force the old one out, you might really need to use console to check what hidden item you have on and remove it. Edited June 24, 2021 by Zaflis

I don't use Enchanted Chests, but for the others - The versions of Defeat incl Devious Captures, despite what other might say, seem to work quite well, as long as you're prepared to take the time setting up Defeat properly, and making sure you understand how best to make it work. The best is the Banev3 version, I use this without DAYMOYL, and as long as you use reasonable slider levels, get post defeat events set up to your taste, and above all else learn how to use the very extensive debug features to make sure things are properly cleaned up after combat encounters, it's probably still as good a Combat Defeat mod as you will find. Certainly outcome handling tends to be more 'realistic' than sometimes just plain weird It works OK with DD5.1, except that many of the more up to date DD devices won't be applied by the Devious Captures component. Bane says he's OK with anyone updating it to add those, but so far I haven't found anyone willing to do that to relevant script modules ? Devious Device Helpers seems to be fine and I've used it since what now feels like forever. Makes follower management, in dungeons and elsewhere, more interesting and meaningful FWIW, I'd also recommend using Kharos' DD Support mod to enhance NPCs use of DD's from merely 'ornamental', to 'real' Especially good in restricting follower NPCs combat capability to something that is a bit more realistic Hope that helps EDIT: Obviously you don't use the DCL Combat Defeat section when using the Defeat mod ? About DD 5.1 engine i already post many posts. This have very serious bugs, what leads to fatal crash of DCL (not CTD, but DCL idea crash) 1) DD 5.1 engine - it's checks when equip if you have in inventory rendered device of inventory device. I'ts check if you have item in inventory but not equiped. That means, if you have rendered device into inventory this skip rendered device equip process. But: 2) DCL 9.0 engine generates rendered devices into inventory without equip by progressive bondage scripts and some places more. It's made because there no delay and if you have fast computer and less mods what's makes script works fast. That means progressive bondage send signal to equip device (arm cuffs). And progressive bondage cycle goes in next step. But as rendered device still not equiped (in equip process) when next step checks if you wear a arm cuffs, it's failed and try equip more arm cuffs. That ends with 3 - 4 inventory devices spawn in inventory and the same amount of progressive bondage is spoiled. In this process as faster your computer is and less mods you have it's spawn a few rendered devices (without equip) into inventory. After a few hours of game play i found into my inventory about 20 different rendered devices. And as DD 5.1 engine bug, if you try equip the same device it fail equip. After long time of play your character is immune to traps because you have all available rendered devices into inventory and can't equip any of device. @thedarkone1234 later i will found my thread about your problem (i made some short video about it but without a explanation - i'm not good on video editing) For me i fix both bugs: 1) I change a equip script: if it's found in equip process unequiped rendered device into inventory it's removes it and equip new as predicted. That's removes bugged devices as bonus and also allow me equip new. 2) Somewhere in this thread was publish this progressive bondage fix script. I use it and also i return delay (0.5) - my test show that is ideal timing for this cycle. After that it's equips all necessary devices in "tie me up", not spawn inventory devices into inventory and unequiped rendered devices not appear too. Also i return this delay in any place of DCL scripts where this delay was taken off by Kimy. 3) DD 5.1 can't remove straitjackets by free me option. I already post report there about it. It's happens because straitjacket are universal device and unequip script detect it as yoke. But yoke use different biped slot as straitjacket and because it's check wrong biped slot and not found rendered device for unequip. Left find solution for Kimy. 4) DD 5.1 can't remove plugs because those doesn't have keyword zad_lockable, what is need for found rendered device. Maybe this not bug but work as planned. I left Kimy to decide it.
