Having some problems starting the second quest (after the cage). Talking to Bjorlam? on the carriage I put my stuff in the chest and get to the point where he says to get me ready and to go stand away, then the scene freezes and nothing happens - I am locked in place i.e. the little marker in the middle has gone, but no scene plays out. I'm wondering whether it's to do with zaz or sexlab, but I have 6.11 and 1.62. I tried 1.61 and 6.11, and also 1.62 and 6.05. That being said that I'm on 6.11, it still only says 6.1 in the zaz menu. Anyway does anybody have any ideas or other information they want?

Since the Solvent doesn't remove the shoulder tattoo nor does the "emergency tattoo remover"....how do we get it off in 3.0.0?  I'm rather past the point of reloading an old save, it isn't that I don't have one, its that I might as well start a new game if that is needed.

 

Also, just an fyi, Bjorlam seems to think that having anything in your inventory, even quest items like the invitation from Cursus Aleator, means you still have stuff and he'll keep sending you back to finish putting your stuff in the chest. 

 

Edit:  Also, once again if the player has a tattoo and removes the mod the player's torso skin textures turns a bright blue.  NO it isn't the missing texture color, this is a bright blue, think the two Twi'leks from Phantom Menace (the only good thing from that train-wreck of a movie) type blue, only brighter.

Thanks Slorm, I've actually got that installed.  I don't mind having the tattoo stay, but the way it was jacking up my char's arousal and forcing it to stay was getting to be a problem.  I was able to fix it by using the script cleaner on my save, deactivating the qayl plugin and editing the MCM settings of SexLab Arousal. As long as that all works I'm happy.  I like having the tat serve as a reminder that she did something dumb in an effort to make some money and it backfired.  :lol:

You know what would be a nice update for this mod? (and probably significantly less time consuming to create)

Make the race repeatable. The player character may not be interested in another run at first, but that brand might give sufficient 'motivation' eventually. 

The player will be given a choice to do more runs, they know that eventually she will have to accept anyway. 

 

Eventually alternate start and finish locations could be added, but that's optional. Just having the races be repeatable would be a great addition imo :)

After you finish the cart scene and get dropped off at the gate with the two guards does it end? I thought I saw something at some point that said that there was more.  Just making sure that's still the end point.  I updated to most recent and it bugs out there.

DocClox Hi, I propose an idea to continue the mod. I just finished the quest mod and it's good. I propose a series to continue.

 

-After Having found his clothes should look to the person who did this to us. It should be whether people know. After a moment a messenger will bring us a letter and we will tell the person to return to the cage for new instruction to meet him.

 

We could then have a quest which lma hardness would increase and in the end we shall find our man and fill enchainer other quests.

You probably have a spell or shout equipped.  If you unequip those he should ignore quest items.

I didn't think of that actually, thanks for pointing it out.  Unfortunately I started a new game about a week and a half ago and deleted all my old saves as they were taking up about 20gb of space on my ssd.

with version 3.2A the game crashes when I load a saved game or make a new game, It crashes when is finished to load and you see the PC, the game crash on the first screen ...

 

I tried the 3.1A version and it works fine  :D

 

Thanks for the mod, I have to still play but it seems very nice  :shy:

Doc really has some of the best ideas imo, not just QAYL but all his projects. I really hope we will see more development some day, even if it's on a much smaller scale.

Question about "The Only Way to Travel" quest. Does the quest have an ending? It just stops when Bjorlam is escorted out through the gate. If that is the "end" of the mod, is there any way to get the quest ID tp "complete" it? I don't like having people standing idle by Bjorlam after reloading my save.

Nope. That's the end. We are still waiting and hoping Doc will be back and he will finish the mod

Myself I can't get that far again, I'm in the same endless loop mentioned on the last page where he won't attach any items.

Make sure you guys have no spells/ shouts equipped. If I remember right, having spells/shouts equipped can interfere with the part where bjorlam asks you to unequip everything etc.

I'm getting crashes trying to load old saves and start new saves with this mod, particularly after updating ZaZ and Devious Devices. Does QAYL need to be updated? Or did I make a mistake somewhere?

Yeah, they work fine without QAYL. That's really strange.
