wait a couple of days then go to a different city. Or just play normally for a while.

 

There is another note on its way, but I deliberately set it with a delay. I was thinking that maybe having run naked the length of skyrim, folks might want to do something else for a while before the next bout :)

 

@hfy124: never mind - you've seen just about everything that's been written so far. I'll look at getting a bugfix out in a week or so, and maybe some new content as well.

 

Yeah but its not good that we can actually play so far. I mean why can we get this letter and start it when the quest is not even finished? I stuck now with this "your body betrays you" and 100 arousel. I removed the tattoo with your button because of that but i still get this message.

Is "Soble Problem" or how ever the quest ist called not finished either? I gave the alchemist in whitrun the bottle and came back after a some days. When she ask me somehting like "it would be helpfull when you say me what you are attemting to do with this" it just stops, there is no more options to continue this conversation. The command "showquesttargets" is not helping because the quest wont show up.

Here is another inspiration for your mod that i wrote in "Prison Overhaul Patches" but it looks like no one wants to read it :(: The prisoner has to go to another prison (because of reasons that i dont know), but how? The problem is that Skyrim is pretty limited in its animations and graphics potential. Something like that could be entertaining (if you're into that sort of thing) if it were a 10 minute movie, with changing animations, angles and a voice acted sound track. But these mods are basically limited to 3 second sound clips and 6 (?) second animations played over and over. Combine those things with a lack of player input and it will get very boring very fast :P.

 

I think that's why Doc's mod is so good. Any part which is repetitive (like the race) gives the player full control. The story doesn't need to progress quickly if the player has control, because the player can progress the story themselves by getting into unforseen situations and imaging how their character would react. Any part where the player doesn't have lots of control (like the cart scene) is constantly changing what happens to the character, so there's no monotony.

 

Lots of mods try to take away player control for extended periods of time without having changing scripted events. SD+ and Prison overhaul both do, for example. I think even those mods don't do it very well- both can become extremely boring over time (is there anyone who doesn't use the fast forward button in PO?).

So why are you writing like that? You say that is boring and yes a 10min ride to the next prison is boring (for PO its like filling a hole between prisonchanges (When the Bounty Hunter finds you he just walk, so let him ride a horse), but for this mod it could be something else). You have to think far more ahead. Dont see this as a request, see it as an inspiration. Take an idea and bend in the form you like. For this Mod you could just take the guard away and controll the horse by your self. The horse has magical brand on his ass too or what ever so it knows the way to the cage. "But that would be boring too because nothing can happen to you". Then let walk some strangers on the road that can run fast enough to catch the horse and they are going to do "nice things" with it. And what do you mean with "skyrim is pretty limited in its animations"? Im not a mod specialist but i think when they can programm weird sex positions then this should be possible too.

 

I have some more ideas for the mods (PO and SD+) but i still dont get an answer (maybe because its hard to see between all those "i have a problem posts") and these were not so "boring" like a 10min ride.

Could give me some advices how i can present them better so i get noticed by my senpais?

It does warn in the description that it's beta and not to use it during a playthrough. It is here so people can play around with the functions available for now, then go back to a regular game. If you don't want to do that, just wait until Doc makes an end.

For the people who wants to try all the available functions there is the really nice "Warehouse". The description says that the first run in complete and what i wanted to express with text is that from this moment the next quests should only start when you go to the "Warehouse" and read the notes on the table.

I interpret "the first on is finished and the second stops somewhere" as: "mh.. ok i play the first and look how far i can play the next". How can i know that i have a "body betrays you" debuff when i finish the first race. For that there is the "Warehouse" (or a command) to get rid of it, but i dont know where or what the button/command for that is.

The problem that i have with your post is that you could write it to every second person here and its not even helpful. My post was (i cant find the right words for that) particularly? especially? for Doc.

Its hard to not sound like a total dick :-( Maybe its because i used the wrong sentence in the wrong context. I already described the first two sentence from the quote you took in this post. The "i stuck now this this debuff" sentence was supposed to be an appeal for help and has nothing to do with the first two sentences. The "Soble Problem" was just a normal question because i cant find nothing about it.

It's not just to pass the time. It's the start of quest that will let you remove the tattoos. Or most of them, anyway. I was going to do that next, but Windu persuaded me to do the racing next ... and getting on the cart proved to be a bit more involved than I'd expected :)

 

Generally, the design philosophy here is pretty much like Bobbert said. Wherever possibly, I want this to be an interactive process. I mean I could have just blacked the player out after "Does the name Cursus Aleator mean anything to you?" and had her wake up in a cage... but where's the fun in that?

 

As for unfinished quests ... it's like I said before: I was burned out and this thing was abandoned. When I finally admitted that I decided to post the stuff I'd been working on, and from that I've managed to start working on it again. If I'd waited until everything was in place, I'd probably never have released anything at all.

 

Regarding the horse with two riders ... it's tricky. I don't know if it's possible to get two riders on a horse in the first place, but if they did, they'd bind to the same bone, which would probably result in the guard getting impaled on the other "bone" along with the PC. You could probably do it with the guard leading the horse. Probably not an idea I'm going to use in this mod, though.

 

If I was going to do it, I'd probably set it up so the player had to get somewhere and contrive some reason why she had to travel in that particular way, giving her control of the destination and the option to dismount at times, probably with consequences for doing so. Even then though, it's not a great fit for QAYL. Still, I'll let it stew in the background for a while: I never know what my subconscious is going to come up with next.

 

(Now I could be talked into making a harness for use with the slavery mods where you could transport a captured slavegirl that way. Might even be able to ride the horse as well if two different idles were used... Damn, now you got me thinking about it!)

That is entirely possible. I tried the advanced uploader and it wouldn't show me thumbnails or anything. I'll fix it.

Any other requirement needed? My problem is not fixed and I dont have new Ideas. I think I have all the needed mods and Tes5Edit says its okay too.. mhh. All other Mods are working. Maybe I have a wrong version from a Mod...?

As for finding the warehouse, from the console, type coc qayl_warehouse, then go down the stairs until you find a clone of Cursus leaning against a wall. Nearby, there's a brass dwemer button marked "super secret tattoo remover"

Naaa its ok, i should learn to put things in a better context so no one gets confused and looks like i did it again. With " idk where the button is" i didnt mean the tattoo remove button, i meant the the button that takes away that "body betrays you" debuff (or the command). I know "rimodcf" but idk if this is the right command for my problem.

Slightly off topic, but if you liked QAYL you'll probably find something of interest in S.L.U.T.S.

Is this the cart thing? Idk what is already possible in this mod, but you could make something like the mod "The Wolfsclub" with it. I already have 3 ideas how the player gets part of this "company". "Talk to a carriage driver, one of the stewards or an innkeeper to get started." So the 1. option is that you can take jobs to make some money, after 2 or 3 jobs the player is forced to work there. In the 2. option the player gets an invitaion for an "job interview" like in qayl. The 3. option is a combination with DeathAlternativ where the player gets captured (and maybe a horse brings the player to the company if you know what i mean). There the player is treaten like a normal horse (this includes riding lessons ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) and a horse stable? shed?). Idk how the player could "quit" his new job but maybe someone else has an idea.

I'm stuck at the part where bjorlam is putting the stuff on me he gets as far as the armbimder then says I'll be back in a bit next he say something that basically days I forgot what you were to be wearing then says something about a bug and that I should report it idk what the bug was to begin with Also i can remove all tattoos except the meat stamp how do I remove it

There's a bug if you try and co-operate where the scene stalls.

 

I'm working on fixing it, but it's being difficult. Sorry.

 

If you try it again and insist that Bjorlam does all the equipping, it'll probably be all right

I have the latest version of QAYL and I use Slavetats, but the QAYL tats never show up on my character when I do the quest.  Do they fail to appear on the character if she's already got any body overlays? The only thing she's got is a pubic hair overlay.

I don't think that should affect anything.

 

Can you add the tats through the slavetats menu?

I mean do they appear on your toon if you select them through the MCM?

 

I'm trying to work out if it's a problem with my code or with slavetats. Some people have been reporting problems with the latest racemenu
